    @hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

    @EE your website is awful. Just tried to upgrade my current tariff / phone - 5 times(!!!) - and got a ‘Sorry We Could Find That Page’ each time on checkout! Can’t be asked anymore, been a customer for three years and the new contract was worth £34x 24. Unusable website. Cya.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

    @EE Hi guys, this doesn’t really answer the question for me. Is there a general problem with iPhone 12 pro orders? How long are they expected to be delayed by? The estimate for delivery was 21 days when I ordered and we are 24 days I haven’t had any updates, emails or texts.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

    @jesstyena1 @EE It really is! I just think it’s disgusting to advertise it as “expect delivery on launch day” when in reality, the probably always knew it wouldn’t get to most people on launch… it’s infuriating. I’ve also had the issue with not being able to access tracking

    Lovely to get a call from @EE telling me they are dropping my current mobile bills. I told the caller to tell me how they were going to do this… …as I’m not with EE. **** off with your scams and cold calling, I never gave you permission to do this. Disgraceful.

    @EE @AWayne26231 not Bruce, but I did that not just got worse offers than your website for new customers, I also got a very rude person who made no efforts. Bruce fyi: I looked at O2 and the same offering was £20 per month less. Worth checking there and save urself some money.

    @EE Dreadful service from EE, I have been sent a replacement sim card i don't need, the problem is my old sim has now been deactivated and my phone won't work. My daughter is on a school trip and can no longer contact me. Incompetence at its best EE.

    @EE Hello. New contract imposed without requisite advice or info. Customer Service hopeless on Monday and earlier today when I spent AN HOUR on phone. No complaint ref given. Wrong text confirmation. Manager call back was set for 12.30 pm today. No call back. Had to call AGAIN to find out situation. Really abysmal.
