  @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

  I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

  @AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.
