  My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

  If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.
