Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey.   Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

  .@EE When are you going to fix the poor data service in the central area of Kingston upon Thames? There's no 5G, the 4G reception shows as good but data is extremely slow. The nearer the Thames you go, the worse the problem. Local EE shop were no help.
