  @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   Is it normal for @EE staff to knock on doors at 730pm and ask if u are a ee broadband customer and that work will be carried out over the next 3 weeks? We are not EE customers. Wouldn't have she had known this. Shouldn't we get a leaflet saying our broadband may get affected?

  @ee absolutely shocking service… misleading new customers… Told in JULY ‘shouldn’t take more than 10 days’ to connect my high speed internet. Told yesterday earliest external work would be 7 December!?! Not even my actual connection! How do you get away with this?
