    @EE the signal i get from you is terrible, 5G barely works when i have it, slow as anything and 4G is constantly slow most of the time

    @EE why is it that I have a brand new phone, 5g and connected to he train WiFi and STILL can't stream videos 🤔 best coverage network? I think not

    @EE Is something up with sending texts abroad?? I've tried to send a text to Finland (I text there often & it's not normally a problem!) about 6 times & it just won't go through, it says 'delivery failed' & then 'message not sent'. Are there problems?

    @EE have you had anyone else have network signal issues with the s21? I'm having issues and even been sent a brand new handset and still having network issues. Looking on Google the s21 seems to have network signal issues. Just wondering if anyone else has reported this to you?

    @EE you have no problem ordering a new line/sim online in a few minutes. Why do you force me to speak to an agent when I want to cancel? Why the dark pattern? You really think users will give up because it is too complicated? All you’re achieving is pissing off your customers…
