@EE Hi.... You've charged me for a contract I've never actually had or used (it was cancelled & returned before I even received it) and therefore pushed me overdrawn. And I can't get through to you on phone at the minute.

@EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

@EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)
