    My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

    @EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

    @EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

    @EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

    Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

    @EE - I need to speak to someone urgently regarding a messed up PAC transfer. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

    @EE why don’t offer discounts for customers that have been with yourselves for 10+ and offer the same deals as standard? Been with you since the T-Mobile days and sadly just had to cancel my contract as you weren’t willing to price match or try to retain me as a loyal customer.

    Anyone else had an huge bill from @EE due to calling a number and on hold,racking up and suspension of account without actually telling you total cost. Felt my husband was spoken to in patronising manner, still awaiting call back. I wonder if Sally Hamilton @DailyMailUK can help?

    @sjr_giuseppe @EE Try the customer service line. 08000798586 even if you can't fix your problem, you will distract @EE staff from time they otherwise spend screwing things up, so its good for everyone.

    @EE I’ve contacted you multiple times with no response. I’m currently abroad with no phone connectivity other than on wifi, so I’m unable to call your helpline. Since I arrived my phone has not connected with a local network so it’s unusable. Can you please rectify this asap?
