@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

@EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

@EE it's been 3 days of 'we should have this resolved in 16 hours' for the RH5 postcode. Since your suggestion is to switch my phone to WiFi and I also get my broadband through your 4g I'm a bit stumped. Do you have an actual ETA for repair/resolution?

@EE absolute joke we are not able to make any calls out and if we do it cuts off after a few seconds even on wifi calling. We only have our mobiles no house phone. How am I suppose to work with no phone, or god forbid there is an emergency? This has been nearly a week now!!
