    @EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

    @EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also I’ve just moved house and the area I’m in it’s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I don’t get any.I’ve heard about EE booster pack

    @EE The problem lasted only for about 30 minutes. It affected all voice calls (via mobile and VOIP) and data services.

    Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

    @EE my broadband has been quite pants for a few weeks now; keeps dropping out. No problems in the area on your checker. The modem/router/box is almost 3 years old now, what's their shelf life?

    @EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

    @EE Been trying to get help all day. Nobody in call centre answering the phone, no answer on social media. Very poor customer service. Being busy is no excuse for not being able to get hold of you all day. Even online chat would do but you don't even do that anymore it appears.

    @EE not happy been a long-standing customer and the UGF will not be waivered for my last 100 days given that I’ve got multiple lines and I need to upgrade as I’m not getting on with the apple making it less reliable for me to get contact with one of my carers

    @EE another day in Mexico unable to use my phone. Another day paying for the privilege, another day of being told to contact 150 even though I can’t! The lack of help and customer service from #ee is disgusting.

    @EE Rang EE. After a load of spiel about how good they are, number 1 for years and if you have bad service to try WiFi calling, I related I had no service in Town. Then automated voice said they would check and hung up. Then got text saying there’s no problem with service.
