Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.
