    @EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

    @EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

    @EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also I’ve just moved house and the area I’m in it’s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I don’t get any.I’ve heard about EE booster pack

    @EE my broadband has been quite pants for a few weeks now; keeps dropping out. No problems in the area on your checker. The modem/router/box is almost 3 years old now, what's their shelf life?

    Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

    @EE called to upgrade and said I can get much cheaper elsewhere that even use the EE network so would stay with you if can price match but the advisor wasn’t interested. No way of retaining custom if that’s the attitude. I’ll move all 4 contracts on Sat if no resolution given.

    @Paulc2nd @EE Can you log in to your account Paul? Loads of customers raising complaints about poor service, customer executive team don't seem bothered and are just telling everyone to take it up with the Ombudsman but customers can't access their accounts for the info they need!

    @nikdoof_ @EE Hi my daughter was blocked and bill under my name over £2500. I eventually got through to the customer service number. Seems like their roam further has has a problem and all use is being charged. This should all get refunded I have also emailed chief executive about the issue

    @mikejobson @EE Surely if this is a widespread issue, EE should be *at the bare minimum* be communicating straight away with affected customers what is actually happening - I imagine for many folks, a useless phone and a bill for £10k while abroad will be very distressing!

    @ianelacey @EE I'll be doing just that. I've just looked and there are plenty of much cheaper packs on offer. I can have similar data, free calls etc for nearly half of what I'm already paying never mind with the 10% increase! A reasonable increase and I'd have been happy to stay. This isn't!

    @LexiBellissima @nikdoof_ @EE Lexi see my response there’s an issue with roam further shocking that EE have not made a customer announcement. I called and had the unblocked as my daughter is in Canada on her own at times.
