Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.
