Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint
