@EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

@EE Why is it that when I look at your Full Works plan for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's £95 on my upgrade, £87 if I was a new customer, and £78.50 if I were to add it as a second line on my current contract? Surely the best price should be the upgrade, rewarding loyalty?

@Camclarky @EE What phone have you got? If you’ve had it a while have you tried seeing if there’s any dust and fluff in the charger port? I had a similar issue with an older phone, a toothpick and determination cleared out loads of fluff from pockets etc…. Which helped work

@EE Hello, your CS 'chat' advised me to call 0800 0798 586 to get my current, but old, handset unlocked as it couldn't be done online. I tried to ring CS but the appropriate menu option isn't there. You want 25p per minute to get connected and can't afford that. Please help.

Internet is being very slow with @EE today, usually excellent but for the last 2ish hours it's been suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper slow in the DN33 area. Nothing on the network status
