@EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

@EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also I’ve just moved house and the area I’m in it’s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I don’t get any.I’ve heard about EE booster pack

@EE Your phone lines are down it says “thanks for calling our offices are now closed”!!!! It’s 2pm and I need to speak with someone please about these errors on an upgrade I did just earlier with an advisor. Email has extra products in that I didn’t ask for!

@EE My mum has got a new smartphone and kept her old ee sim where she is paying a lot for next to no data. She can't remember any login or password but needs to change her contract, but keep the same number. How does she go about it?

@EE Honestly I wouldn't bother. Been subject to multiple cases of misinformation or straight up lies in the past few months by this company and now been advised that customer support can't offer customer support if you purchased your device in store

@EE What is going on with your service? My BB has been out most of the day. Tried to speak to someone - message saying the office is closed!! Finally managed to follow new "visual" service and still waiting for advisor to call. Not known anything like it in years as a customer.
