Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Not another one (@NicDenso) reported@MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.

If you’re looking to keep your number and this is the only active line your account text PAC to 65075 and don’t even bother calling 150 to cancel otherwise give 150 a ring.
