Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!
