@EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

@EE Are your phone lines down at the moment. Can't seem to get through on 150, full number or the mobile number. Just not even dialing, just straight to call ended. I'm trying to give my 30 days disconnection notice.

I switched because I was appalled by the customer service of @EE who had made my dealings with my mothers account under power of attorney, a nightmare. At one point they wouldn't let me top up her phone, she has dementia and is in care.
