  @EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

  @EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

  @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
