Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

An extended outage or several close together can take the exchange offline and all the phone lines down for hours as happened to us. Mobile backup is the best option.
