@EE Hi there. Two questions. When does NHS unlimited data end? Also I’ve just moved house and the area I’m in it’s awful 4G and even 3G! Luckily enough I can connect to a hotspot. Is there any chance I can get better signal because I don’t get any.I’ve heard about EE booster pack

Thank you @EE for making this lockdown even more inconvenient. Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . So unable t work from home , unable to connect with family

@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

@EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

I am having the most comically enraging experience trying to get @EE to fix my phone, which (yes) I dropped today. Nearly one hour on the phone to them to try and start an insurance claim, when it transpired that my in-store upgrade from September had never been put on the system

@EE Won't allow me to do the trade in cos I have a crack in the screen , when you offer 24 month contracts what do u expect people are going to drop there phone or get scratches or cracks on it!! A loyal customer with 4 products with you and not able to offer me an alternative
