@EE Hi. Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Seems to be ok now, thank you.

@EE, just had a very rude CSR on the phone called Michael. I explained why I was leaving EE and he sarcastically replied, ‘Best of luck with @SMARTYMobileUK. I speak with many people who go to Smarty who then change their mind so I expect to hear from you in a month”. RUDE! 👎🏼

@EE I've called them now. That's the tech support line but I've asked them to open an official complaint all the same. If I get no joy there I'll be opening an official complaint with EE also. Why is the customer doing all the running around here? It's unreal

Everything is just a right faff! Transferring my number to an @EE sim. First the website tells me I’m already a customer when I haven’t been so for a couple of years, tells me I need to log in, then says it can’t long me in and we go around in circles.

I’m so shocked at @EE not unlocking my phone automatically or letting me know it’s locked even when they KNEW I was switching to a DIFFERENT network. Now I’m having to be WITHOUT a network for another possibly 10 days? As an NHS employee this is a major inconvenience for me!
