Your premium service for which l am paying was merely intermittent but now goes off for 12-15 hours at a time . When it does return it's intermittent again . Well, it did seem to get a little better but the main problem is I was travelling around quite a bit on Friday - Worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Solihull, pinpointing a postcode would be too difficult. Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of 💩
