-

MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported@EE @mjpeterz22 How can I request some help?
-
Hanin Alyamani (@hanin_alyamani) reported@EE Hi, I’d like to cancel my EE line contract & I’ve finished already my 2 year contract. However, I’m outside the UK & I’d like to know how to proceed with the cancellation. Thanks in advance.
-
Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
-
Anna Bonnar 🎗️🚜 🧬🚸 (@bonnar30014) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE True. My parents, in their 90s, have been endangered by not being able to phone out for help when EE has not been able to maintain coverage. @EE
-
KMA (@KMAUK24) reported@EE I have done this and had no signal for 3 days now! Unless on WiFi! Will Be making a complaint and using this as evidence
-
ironchimp (@ironchimp) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s your infrastructure, just like the old tv signal infrastructure was yours and not the damned state’s.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Robin John (@robjohn75) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.🤔 Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.
-
leilani dowding 🌸🚜 ☮️ (@LeilaniDowding) reported@stuuk11 @EE That’s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. It’s so dangerous
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company 👍
