    @EE please explain to me why my partner has waited at home all day for our broadband install only for you to text him to say he's missed the engineer and the next available date is in 3 weeks! (we've already waited 1 month) You never phoned to say you were on your way or knocked!

    @Joshy_ward @EE I’m lucky to get 2 bars of 4G anywhere I go in cov with them these days. At work in baginton I get 1 bar of “EE EDGE” which is ******* 2G no internet City centre it says I have full signal 5G but it takes about 5 minutes to send a WhatsApp. On iphone13 Shambles of a network

    @EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

    So I need to get a phone for work what’s best @EE or @VodafoneUK. My personal phone is with Vodafone but the signal isn’t the best and calls fail…..

    @EE I hear this same copy paste answer every few weeks and still nothing get sorted. Should I count how much I have paid for non existing service or how much yous charge for not having direct debit?? Its free country and I shouldn't be charged for not having it!!!

    @MarcAllera @EE 14 days to cancel a device but I’ve been on hold time and time again. I have been allowed to upgrade in your company without the account t holder present yet I can’t cancel. How is this tight morally? I could leave this person in dept and you allow it?
