Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

I know of many outsource contracts where targets on call answering time only trigger once the customer has got through the initial messaging (high volume of calls) and selection of option. A % of customers quit at the cried wolf message so hit target.

They're upgrading my network to 900Mbps in a week and giving me practically free landline services, all for £62/month. Overkill maybe for your relative but they have much cheaper packages.
