  @ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

  @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
