@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@EE just been on hold for 20 minutes … finally got through to somebody who then said “let me transfer you” and then the call was ended in your end … I only joined you guys today because the customer service was supposed to be great 😒
