@EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

@EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

Last week, my 85yr old Dad went into the @EE store & asked for a basic call/text phone to buy upfront to use on his existing EE sim. Because they don't sell phones, they overwhelmed him & talked him into a smart phone contract @ £29pm. Refused his request to cancel & return phone

@EE I'd thought they would want to really provide minimal service to my broadband but they aren't. The whole of upstairs on the WiFi is about 30-40mb. I'm paying £55 alone for for the 900mb fibre. I'm not getting the service promised by my contract so why should I have to pay 2 leave
