I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

Tony (@Happytoon) reported@EE what's going on? TOTAL loss of service (phone and 5GEE mobile broadband) for the past day or so. (using an alternative PAYG network, just now, expensive). Try to contact Tech Support, online chat turned off, calling 150 and call disconnected twice after 23 minutes wait? WTF?

Try to call again 150, this time "the service is not available". Either all customer service agent are on holiday or something is going very badly wrong.

First lady I spoke to agreed it was in error on #EE's and that she would ring me back the day after to resolve.... after waiting all day the call never came. Got 2 phone numbers instead of one....
