    @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

    @EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didn’t get a notification telling me you’d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so it’s only broadband I notice issues with.

    @EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

    @EE is there a problem with the app? I'm on an upgrade anytime plan and was just looking to upgrade to the s21+ but now it's saying plans not available? I just had all the plans up and now they've disappeared?

    @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

    @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

    I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

    @EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

    Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us it’s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

    @EE when are you going to sort out the signal issue in beverley?? I can't contact any one unless it's via WiFi, have no call signal either, great for emergencies!! Paying £50 a month to only use a device on WiFi is not what I signed up for

    25 years+ of loyalty to @EE and orange, but customer service during latest iphone13 upgrade a total shambles. No reply to complaints and promised callbacks haven’t happened. Will be voting with my feet and leaving EE asap.

    My experience with @EE has been terrible so far. I switched from Vodafone but I’m tempted to go back! Husband ordered me an iPhone 13 pro max on 24.09.21. Was informed it’d max 7 working days to arrive. Now I’m being told the order is delayed, and it’ll take more than 28!? 😡

    @VodafoneUKBiz the worst customer support. 3 days ago I requested assistance in getting my Apple Watch connected to the network and still not resolved. Shameful customer support. I should have stayed with @EE
