    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    @EE @RitaOra Even worse, 2 COVID rules were broken. U should have actually been in quarantine Rita!! Shocking behaviour from someone in the public eye and intolerable that EE haven't done a thing about it.

    @EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

    Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

    @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

    @O2 Your lack of WiFi calling ability is really poor - The signal in my house and in areas I visit is nil so the ability to use that is perfect, shame you took that away - @EE do this and I wish you did too. I've been with @O2 a long time and I'll consider this at renewal time

    @EE your 4G is shite I’m paying you £400 a month... every month... for 2 years and your internet on my phone has gone down more times than a stripper on a Saturday night.

    @EE This sums it up you have this all wrong - the In store team were brilliant but you won’t let them do everything- you now brush me off with a patronising statement like this - how poor is your customer centric approach or do you even have one - don’t blame the store !

    @EE It seems to be ok the now but am more concerned incase moisture has gotten inside it since the screen was all condensation on it and it takes a while before it shows any damage if it's been caused
