  @ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

  @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light.   @LeilaniDowding @EE Yes, it’s usually days if it’s a bad storm and that’s in southern England and not that rural, my friend on a quieter month had no electricity for 2 weeks and no internet for a month the other year after a big storm.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE We had a power cut Saturday, WE LOST OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR 4 HOURS. the providers of our fibre optic broadband had a recorded message on their phone line to "email them" or use their website to report an issue !

  @EE Looked on app. Still has original contract. No sign of new one. I know you have cancelled it. It’s not the first time. I will just cancel it and go elsewhere. The number is not important although can be ported. I have 9 lines and 5 out of contract. Your choice

  @EE Nope!! Doesn’t work ! Gets me through to a bot, to report a FAULT , and then it tells me that an engineer has been booked for Wednesday . No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..
