  @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say it’s too expensive to do?   @TheWobblyGamer @EE I’ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best

  @EE Yep. Done that. Spoke to someone. Absolutely useless. You can’t deal with the people who deal with email complaints IN THE SAME COMPANY because it’s a different team. Never mind I’ll make sure I recommend a different provider next time his or my contracts are up.

  @EE 1 week later and still trying to fix the same issue. tech add on contract ended Jan 26, was billed feb & march for it. advisor now saying to pay the correct amount but with no bill showing this? why would i pay something with no record of & will have to message again to fix. wild
