  @Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  @EE As it stands I have a 5th person calling me back on Monday. If this person is as useless as the rest I will open a 4th complaint. I have treated me like trash. Something so simple has been messed up to such an extent it has dragged on for MONTHS.
