When 4G was introduced 3G went terrible.. now 5G is here, 4G is terrible. Talk about ways to get the customer to sign into more expensive data plans @EE #5G #5gishere #4G

@ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

@EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

@EE I've had a number of complaints logged with @EE. None of them have been resolved. On Friday I was told that someone would get back to me Saturday about ongoing issues, but no. I can understand that a technical issue is difficult to resolve and may take time, but... 1/2

@EE Sick of being informed I have signal when it's clear I do not. Something changed months ago and now I never have signal at home. People can't phone me and I certainly can't phone them. Terrible service. Try and make a doctors app for your baby with no signal... 😡😡

@EE what is going on EE. NO MOBILE SERVICE YET AGAIN. Service has been dropping in and out since Thursday. I spent ages on the phone to the EE TEAM. service was resumed but not 4g. The excuse was some sort of work being carried out on a mast near me. Honestly diabolical service.
