Jordan Taylor 🎗️ (@JTaylor69) reported from Madeley, England
@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.
-
SGP (@Simongeorge78) reported from Newport, England
@EE hi I’m having real problems with my phone not had my phone a year
-
Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England
Have been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts

Karl Jukes (@kjukes1989) reported from Madeley, England
I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤
-
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England
@EE who unplugged the internet in Telford 🙃 Just enough service to make this tweet but anything else, no chance 😓
-

-
Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England
So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G
-
Jake Jones (@JakeJones_94) reported from Shrewsbury, England
Just ruined the geordies customer service assistant day at @EE by mentioning Rafa ... think I’ve made it even worse by letting him know Avram Grant is heavily linked with the job 🥴 phones defo getting cut off tonight #NUFC

MissLegacyFan (@MissBlack01) reported
@RegardsChief @EE **** company. Was with them for years on a contract. Binned em as they wouldn't give me a better deal after years on their hook. No ***** given by them or me. Moved to 3. Cheaper & roughly same level of coverage.
-
YNWA73 (@YNWA731) reported
@EE 2. due to the fact she was already an @EE customer I took out a new deal for her and purchased a new iPhone and believed the wifi calling feature would overcome the poor signal, it worked well however my auntie was unable to work the phone and did not understand the swipe
-
Mark (@theBuzz85) reported
@EE @rootmetrics Who said it's the best? Still having issues 2 months later!
-
Roger Crabb (@rcrabb200) reported
@EE I’ve been trying repeatedly to top up my 93 yr old Uncle’s mobile phone by credit card. Call 150 from his phone, select option 1 for PAYG top up, then option 1 again for top up by credit card. No response! Your menu system just hangs! Is it broken?
-
Maeze (@maez1234) reported
@RegardsChief @MissBlack01 @EE Definitely considering leaving as well. Word of caution with 3 - they don’t do voicemail in the same way. EE has visual voicemail so would recommend another network that has it as well - not 3.
-
🦹♀️💙Vicky💙🐘 (@DrRoppyRop) reported
@EE I’m being massively overcharged by my phone network. How do i switch easily to you- keeping the same network?

🦹♀️💙Vicky💙🐘 (@DrRoppyRop) reported
@EE I’m being massively overcharged by my current phone network. How do I easily switch to you, whilst keeping the same number?
-
Anthony (@hottesttony) reported
@EE @rootmetrics EE advised me to end my contract early for sim only, that I’m getting 1 GB for £14 per month if I use more then they say I have upto 21 GB emergency but slow. This was rushed through and because I’m passed 14 days they are holding me to the contract for 2 years I gave 3 lines
-
David Beales (@bigmoledavey88) reported
@EE is there a reported downage in Sheffield UK currently? Broadband is completely offline and while I can ring out on my mobile it seems your 150 services are also down as calls won't connect?
-
Pain in the Arsenal (@PainArsenal) reported
@RegardsChief @EE I always get confused by how companies put “price will increase by RPI plus 3%” or something in their contracts. It’s basically telling you they will mug you off each year and there’s nothing you can do about it (except cancel and go to a competitor)
