    @EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

    So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE hi, the network seems to have been down for almost two weeks in Burnley now, which, considering looming price rises is ironic. What's being done about it? People can't hear me on calls and you can forget Internet access. Is everybody in the bb11 area getting a discount?

    @MartinSLewis It's not hard, phone up, be nice, have a joke with the call center agent, ask politely, and bingo, rather than a 17% rise in broadband and a 17% rise in mobile costs, I now pay less for both bills :) Thank you @virginmedia and @EE for great customer service.

    @EE @MyTatasAreHot So the company can charge customers extra when they want but when we want to leave our contract early we have to pay? Absolutely disgusting. my whole bill is going up £22 a month and all I got was it’s all customers not just you, customer service is shocking now.

    @EE Hi. My phone and my wifes wouldn't make or receive calls for about 3 hours. I know technical issues can happen but I couldn't get any answer from customer services, because I have a business account. Surely this should be addressed?
