    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! ๐Ÿ˜•

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when Iโ€™m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

    @EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please ๐Ÿ˜€

    Have been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - โ€˜cell breathingโ€™. I think thatโ€™s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said theyโ€™ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐Ÿ˜… Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE @glastonbury Fantastic! Must have made bundles of cash too! Now do you think you could invest just a little at the mast LL499YA, the one on the golf course you know needs work but you say itโ€™s too expensive to do? Just give locals the decent 4G data signal they pay for.Not even asking for 5G!

    @charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

    @EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

    @Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted Iโ€™d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were โ€œlostโ€ and they matched the original offer.

    @GBNEWS I've been with @EE for years, if they ration or bump up prices, kiss goodbye to alot of customers who will go elsewhere, I already know deals are available for same package at near half the cost, these companies are also not threatening to ration our signal, wtf EE?

    @EE iโ€™m off EE having a better service being a long-term customer here and Iโ€™m paying 300 pound for my phone bill and now youโ€™ve increased it by an extra 4 pound is very cheeky. I know April have an increase every April but as a long-term customer, should my bill get cheaper

    @skytv do you want to explain why EVERY other device from 5 mobile phones. 5 laptops. 2 ipads and a even partridge in a pear tree works on @EE broadband, but your sky Q box and multi room box keeps disconnecting? is that why i pay ยฃ75 p/m for repeat films and crap sports?
