    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    Have been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts

    @EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

    @EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

    @EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

    @EE why am I paying for 80mb fibre and only getting 0.5mb? I'm in the CA22 area is there maintenance going on? Was bad yesterday then was back upto 89mb, now its unusable at 0.5mb

    @fplmj @EE I will say that I had a few issues with their internet to start with. Then they told me I was still on the old setting and switched me to 5ghz....it’s been much better since.

    @EE sort out your service in the BR5 area. @Lucasisthename is trying to make urgent calls and her phone keeps cutting out. It’s not her phone because she’s tried using her children’s phones and they’re doing the same!!!

    Oh @EE why is your website so dreadfully slow as soon as I click "My EE" and try to authenticate? I've been for several *minutes* trying to login, watching timeouts go by....

    @EE Cannot get into my account successfully and gift data between accounts. Children unable to connect to their online learning. 4G down half the weekend and still patchy. Why am I paying you guys so much money???

    @EE please ee could you fix the service in my area I literally never get over 2 bars and most of the time I get 1 I am literally getting scammed by you guys I pay £210 for both of my contracts for no reason
