    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

    @EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

    @EE hi there, had an engineer out 3 weeks ago to fix our connection, he got it working again but advised that we might need a new router. connection has been down again since last night - what are the next steps in getting a new one sent out ASAP?

    @EE Thanks for your response Georgia, I have done all troubleshooting. Reset router ect. Are you having issues at your end with anything.?

    @EE another day another message to you lot, yes my service is still ****! And no you haven’t replied, customer service obviously doesn’t matter to you , I’ve only been with you for over 10years so I don’t matter!!

    @EE So disappointed that after being with EE for at least 4 yrs, my broadband contract just keeps going up in price, no loyalty discounts at all. You've just lost another customer.

    @EE help !! My broadband has been down since yesterday afternoon- tried restarting the box but it goes back to flashing blue.

    @EE I have a tablet included in my plan but when it comes to upgrade I don't want to have to pay for that separately as well as a new contract. Can I cancel that contract and just upgrade phone?

    @EE Thanks, finally, for responding to complaint with boilerplate text blaming me for the fact YOU can't process card payments, telling me I cannot cancel. Watch me. And no, you won't get early termination - judge will make sure of that! Absolute joke for ten years of loyalty!

    @EE I have been experiencing very poor WIFI since Tuesday and today my data and phone signal has been just as bad. What is going is going with the EE service? What are you doing about it? How long will it take?
