  • kjukes1989 Karl Jukes (@kjukes1989) reported from Madeley, England

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

  • MscChris Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England

Have been chatting to @EE this week due to 29% call drop rate and have come across a new phrase - ‘cell breathing’. I think that’s technical bs for terrible signal. At least they said they’ll be improving the masts in September 2020!! #whatdoipayfor #ThursdayThoughts

  • MscChris Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England

@EE Signal in TF5 area is poor and getting worse. So many no signal spots when I’m walking the dog. Sort 4g across the whole country before playing with 5g please.

  • HannahW333 Hannah Warren (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, England

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  • stewwwperman Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England

@EE Hi Mark. All is well, normal service resumed a couple of hours after my tweet and there have been no issues since 👍 Thanks.

  • ruthpalk Ruth (@ruthpalk) reported from St. Georges and Priorslee, England

@EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

  • clarembooth Clare Booth (@clarembooth) reported from Newport, England

@EE come on sort yourselves out - my mum has had no phone signal now since Tuesday !

  • MscChris Chris Shepherd CIHCM (@MscChris) reported from Admaston, England

@EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

  • revCTStAndrews Charles Thomas (@revCTStAndrews) reported from Albrighton, England

@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

  • HannahW333 Hannah Warren 🇪🇺💀🎃👻 (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, England

Hey @EE I upgraded a couple of months ago and now have reached the time where I need to cancel 2 other numbers on my account. Do I need to ring 150?

  • MrTerryWoodfine Terry Woodfine (@MrTerryWoodfine) reported from Lawley Bank, England

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

  • stewwwperman Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England

@EE who unplugged the internet in Telford 🙃 Just enough service to make this tweet but anything else, no chance 😓

  • JTaylor69 Jordan Taylor 🎗️ (@JTaylor69) reported from Madeley, England

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

  • Simongeorge78 SGP (@Simongeorge78) reported from Newport, England

@EE hi I’m having real problems with my phone not had my phone a year

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • VCBcom Vale Cake Boutique (@VCBcom) reported from Barry, Wales

So annoyed @EE... Ordered a phone for my Son, his first ever, big surprise for him to take away this weekend, only to open it and the SIM doesn't work as its not been set up by sales correctly!! One extremely disappointed 10 year old, thanks for that! #ee #eepoorservice

  • JimGormleyPhoto Jim Gormley (@JimGormleyPhoto) reported from Esher, England

@EE Can't even get 2g here, how do we get someone to take notice of a bad reception area

  • JIGSAW_72 Richard Davies (@JIGSAW_72) reported from Hope, Wales

@EE Why does it take so long to fix a fault, I’ve had no internet access since 10am Thursday, told@it will be another 4 DAYS before engineers can attend 🤬

  • VCBcom Vale Cake Boutique (@VCBcom) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

@EE Message sent but your sales department told me that you couldn't resolve the issue today, so I'm having to leave work and visit a shop to get yet another new one in time for him to take away, to avoid more disappointment!

  • bayleighbessell Bayleigh ✩ (@bayleighbessell) reported from Kingswood, England

Hi @EE I need some help please

  • kezqb Keith Houghton (@kezqb) reported from Ketteringham, England

Very poor service from @EE tried to upgrade phone in shop but their IT is down

  • andyjuk Andrew Jones (@andyjuk) reported from Worcestershire, England

@EE your voice and data coverage in Worcester is diabolical. The number of times I have full 4g signal but no data and either disconnects or atrocious call quality is ridiculous. It’s like a daily occurrence.

  • LukeBaron82 Luke (@LukeBaron82) reported from South Shore, England

Seriously can’t wait until my @ThreeUK contract is up, nothing but issues with the data. Bring on @EE !! #EE #ThreeUK

  • amawson Andrew Mawson (@amawson) reported from Tottenham, England

@EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

  • AlSoprano Allister (@AlSoprano) reported from Milton Keynes, England

@EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.
