    @EE I don’t know, speeds don’t seem to be as good as promised. I understand they fluctuate at times but was wondering if an up-to-date, newer router would sort the problem or if it problems your having in general x

    @EE I've been trying to reset my password for the My EE app for ages, but when you're taken to the 'reset my password' section after the email is sent to you, the website just says its not working now. Any idea when this is due to be working again?

    So @EE it's been over a month and I still don't have my Gaming Unleashed bundle. This is unacceptable and grounds to cancel. Texting UNLEASHED to 150 just gives me a standard reply telling me what keywords to use. Sort it please.

    @EE honestly your website is the worst and is so buggy!! Other then having to log into my account every 30 seconds cause every time i add something to my basket i get logged out, when i log in I’m re directed to my Ee home page and an empty basket!

    @EE I have contacted EE 3 times now via DM and chat but still don't have a fix date all I know is there is a problem with a mast. Can you confirm if I can cancel my contract as I have zero service. Maybe EE have tried calling me but as I have no service.......
