Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE heya there I’m currently have issues with my phone signal and using my 4G this started this morning and keeps coming and going I’m in the same area I always am and have no issues before, so I’m not sure if there’s something on your end that might be having issues?

@EE hi the signal has been so bad for the past few days- saying I have 4G and 3 bars but nothing is loading and says no internet. I’ve restarted my phone so many times it’s really not okay - has there been a problem across Oxford..?

@EE I have tried 3 times and no one can help me, i got a number for collections team but the number doesnt work!! How can you contact anyone if you are not accepted for not being a ee customer or the numbers arent working

A 3rd party just rang on behalf of EE to say I was selected 2 receive rewards 4 customer loyalty. As some comps offer perks like Orange Wed/Disney+ I called EE to check it was legit but turns out I’ve actually been selected to see if I want to pay them more! Really poor from @EE

@EE hi, my WiFi has been down for over 48 hours now. An engineer was supposed to come between 8am-1pm today but no one has showed up or even called me to let me know they’ll be late.

@EE - an old customer trying to pay a old bill & its impossible to talk to anyone!! Obviously you dont recognise my phone number as its from a different provider & doesnt let me continue the call, how am i meant to call now when the other contact numbers from the site dont work
