Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@MFC_Steve @EE I have the same problem. I spoke to someone today who confirmed it’s a known issue since 18th December. Now that I’ve logged it with them, it should be resolved in 72 hours. I’ll believe that when it happens.

@EE He is recovering from surgery and won't be able to speak as he is having a lot of problems currently. Is there any other way I can just check this as I'm worried that he owes money to yourselves

@Ash_1248 @dpd @EE I have had numerous issues with phones delivered via DPD for EE (none stolen thankfully). I’ve reported every instance (we’re a business) and get told by their staff “yes we know they’re awful, we take calls like this all the time”. Yet they still use their them. Mind blowing

I got a message from @ee telling my bill is to rise 25%. Do I get 25% better service? No. 25% more data? No. Just clobbered. It's legalised theft. Disgusting.

@EE my account been frozen im trying to pay but for 2 weeks it keeps saying there's a problem with payment system, can I do promise to pay immidiatly once I can ring my bank as I have funds I don't know why card being declined @HalifaxBank
