Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE Was sold a contract with the promise I could add my NHS friends and family 20% off code. After having issues applying it in store they asked me to call customer service. Just spoke with customer service and they don’t know how! Can’t help but feel I’ve been missold?

I think I’ll stick with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport as their unlimited data is actually unlimited unlike @EE where there is a speed cap after 500GB to 2mbps. I actually get signal with Three in places where EE doesn’t have a bar.

@O2 @virginmedia Hey @EE how’s your signal on a train as O2 is by far the worst ever !! They can boast about 5G and Volt but it means nothing if they can’t deliver on speed
