Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE Hello! My phone keeps constantly disconnecting from EE service. Pixel 6 on latest updates. Tried a restart, a network reset and removing/reinserting SIM to no avail. Please help!

@EE Spent some time today attempting to sign in & pay my EE bill, every page is blank now, I did manage to get into the site before & clicked on the pay button; usually confirms the payment straight away, using a new card might have locked me out or choosing the wrong sign in details

@EE Hi Russ, I spoke to my Dad last night and only just found out about this. I live up in Yorkshire but he lives in the South West. Now it looks to me like he can’t cancel this when done in store unless your have issues with coverage. He just gets very confused easily…

@EE Why is the signal so intermittent and connection on your network (when connected) so bad in the NP11 region? 4g/4g+ area, touching on 5g.

@EE Approaching one week with no coverage in YO22 - no other updates than the usual aim to repait in 16 hours - what am I actually paying for? Some genuine updates when the service might be restored would be useful.
