    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE EE selling me a phone contract on the basis of 3 working day delivery and then being unable to give me any specific post sale information when phone not delivered is terrible customer service. Had i known I would have changed my provider.

    @EE - Been a customer of EE for decades. Spoke to Jack just now whose expertise was second to none. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You don’t get that service anywhere else.

    Hey @EE how can you admit to their being network failures in response to AWS going down but then when its reported claim nothing happened? Some of us need our mobile connections for work/side hustles etc. We pay you every month for stable connections not lies its just my device

    Great scam by @EE , supply customers with faulty equipment then charge them £85 for not returning it. If you need your broken router so bad, send a courier instead of making customers do all the leg work for you.

    @EE Your ineternal investigation already decided even though there was a nationwide issue with EE signal and AWS servers, somehow that does count as my service being disrupted? Report ID 6290801

    @EE I’ve tried to buy from you. You misled and missold me. I called you to chase, spent 3 hours with no resolution. Was told I would get a call back, didn’t. I called again. I’m still nowhere. It’s taken 6 hours so far. I just want to buy EE One. This is rediculous.

    @EE Your website is so frustratingly broke and slow. I only want to upgrade my SIM only plan and give you another 24 months of business but you're really putting me off. Can someone reach out to speak about whats available? For some reason im only able to select a 30 day plan
