Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE Marvellous pop into shop to get new SIM and you won't do it without photo ID which I have on my pc but not good enough for you. Zero for customer service. Send me new SIM or I leave the company

@Ofcom @EE EE are refusing to accept that the individual has the right to complain or have the complaint escalated to the Ombudsman, on the basis that the individual is not a customer. What is Ofcom position when ‘coverage’ disparity could be life or death?

Bit annoying that @EE put me on a totally different (watch) plan to what I agree to on the phone then the person dealing with the complaint goes on rest days. Roll on Wednesday when I can tell him to stuff the lot and I move elsewhere. ID16501206 if you can be arsed!

@EE hi EE your customer service is shocking. Bought an Apple Watch with you, it doesn’t work and you say it’s run out of warranty 5 weeks later! I have spent 3 hours with you, each time told some1 would phone back. They don’t. Pathetic - just replace it!
