    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.

    @BenGungyal @EE What you mean to say is she ignored all of the out of contract emails/text messages and somehow in the 15 years of her being vunerable you've never cared to scan over her bills, what a shin SIN you are
