Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE He was the technical support person I spoke to the day after I arranged the upgrade with the upgrade team. I’m almost certain he gave me a different name at first. And all he really needed to explain was that my existing cable would work. 1/2

@EE Hiya. For the past two weeks the two phones on my contact have had no signal in Lincoln. I'm having to communicate through WiFi when I want to make a call. I'm not too impressed when paying a lot for the service! Can you help? Thanks.
