    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    Three days that @EE haven’t had any signal here. Three separate days. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Better be some sort of goodwill paying for nothing.

    @ee why is your mobile phone coverage stopping Monday “for a couple of days”? Why such short notice? When phone is only “life-line” how is someone in a wheelchair to feel comfortable without? New phone needed @virgin or @VodafoneUK better customer service? New phone needed too.
