oldknitwit (@oldknitwit) reported@Hepworthclare @EE Oh dear! This is dragging on for you. Hopefully youβll get a resolution soon.
-
Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee Iβve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
-
Andy Hobbs (@AJHobbsy) reportedCustomer service at @EE still no better after all these years #disappointed
-
Chris Wheal (@whealie) reportedBlimey! @EE can't you provide a decent signal in the middle of Blackpool?

None Superior (@nonesuperior) reportedIβve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.
