    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @AJHobbsy @EE Totally agree, the CX is terrible. Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. Once they work out you're not there to increase their revenue they pass you around. #EE #Bullring

    @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

    @EE Hi, the issue isn't the offer, which was an EE One discount code, which I obviously can't share on an open forum. The issue is that in the trade-in section on the app and your website, Samsung Z Fold 7 is not listed, so I'm unable to trade my current phone in and use the offer

    @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

    @EE @adchef76 Phones won't roaming when their home network has coverage. The fix is to enable flight mode until EE service is restored, then let automatic selection do its job.

    @EE I’m waiting for someone to call me. I wrote ASSIST in a text message 30 minutes ago. EE is on the ball when you want my money. Silence when I need to speak to a real person for help.
