  Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  @EE I have tried all that and it has worked overseas with no issues previously 🤔 Have turned it on and off and toggled between airplane and no airplane - only works on wifi 😢

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too 🤞🏻

  Why it’s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. I’m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

  @EE Has anyone else had @EE send contract terms after sign‑up, ignore service issues, and then hit your credit file? Because this whole experience feels like a masterclass in how not to treat customers.
