    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @EE @nickduval My mum doesn't have a driving license and she has no intension of going on a plane anywhere. So I guess she will never have a EE contract either.

    Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

    @madebygoogle @EE when will there be a fix for the WiFi connection issues between the EE routers and certain Pixel phones. I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.

    Oi @EE why your box telling me there’s a problem with my internet when every other channel works. Trying to watch some a league and your cutting out and blaming the max broadband possible. Sort your eetv out

    @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company. The company is you, you bunch of *****.
