    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @EE The worst service ever. The amount of dropped calls I get daily is crazy… engineer needs to sort my area out immediately!!

    @EE when are going to fix your App? It updated itself automatically and now shows no usage and asks the check back in a few minutes. 4 days later,vane thing. Reporting a bug page is of no use as its just more marketing.

    @EE well I knew it wouldn't be long until I was back here. I raised my complaint, spoke with your complaints team, who agreed with me and offered to honour the deal originally pulled by your customer service team. Was offered an email to back up what customer service agreed 1/2

    @EE I hope you can help me. When I try to use mobile data nothing happens,but when I try to ring out I get,"not registered on network". I did try to block one of my numbers due to I lost the sim card,but the lady stopped the wrong number. I did get the service back tho. Pls help

    Seriously, the Oppo Find 5 sucks compared to my old Huawei P30 pro, and @EE customer service and store suck too. Buy second hand and go SIM only with an independent network folks.

    @EE Yes - as always customer service with @EE was excellent - did everything they could, apart from get me a signal without using Wifi calling, hence it’s such a shame I’m having to move networks to @SkyUK to make a call from home.

    Cancel your contract with @EE then get more and more offers for after the contract is ended, absolute joke of a company. Please take the hint, **** OFF!!!

    @EE my roaming is enabled on my account but I am getting no signal while I am abroad. Can someone please DM me with a way to resolve?
