    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE roaming is down, can’t call to report the issue and have tried everything from restarting my mobile phone etc, I need it for work and it’s been like this for over 2 hrs

    @EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. How do I check thats actually happening as my EE broadband is still on and nothing showing on my billing. Need it cancelled otherwise im paying twice. Cheers.

    @EE A 20 minute wait time to speak to a guide is unacceptable in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Why has your customer service gone downhill so much?

    Been with @EE broadband 3 weeks and now looking at a weeks outage. @Virgin any chance of coming back? Scamming accounts which claim to be the customer services dept of the above companies need not reply

    When you have nothing but trouble with @EE with getting a charge refunded from May and you realise you should have stayed with @skytv Will think twice about moving providers again in the future.
