    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @Fletchmeister81 @EE Seems to be an issue in every store now. The staff in Sunderland bridges are the worst I've ever encountered. It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises

    @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

    @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.

    @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

    @EE Thanks but that is just routing me as per 2 calls I’ve already made this evening, so I don’t expect a different outcome really. A dedicated route for raising a complaint would be preferred,

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    @EE can you please get your service right. Is unstable. getting tech support is near impossible. Everything is routed to the useless bot. And even something as simple as getting someone to fix the cable that you installed that has become undone is impossible. Terrible service
