Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@MarcAllera @EE Hi @MarcAllera, as much as I would love 5G to be switched on here, I think the general signal imprisonments are required locally first as we still get blackouts on top of the hill! It’s so frustrating. #ee #poorsignal

@EE Disappointed with customer service and promises not being met! Was hoping for so much more. Been in contact regarding an issue 3 times and still not resolved!
