  • fibrotony tony (@fibrotony) reported

@EE trying to activate Xbox game pass and keeps saying technical problems. What’s going on?

  • pras_patel Pras Patel (@pras_patel) reported

@EE You take orders for delivery on the release date but you don't fulfil them and worse still, you don't advise the customer of a delay. Hardly good customer services?!

  • cjforms Caroline Jarrett (@cjforms) reported

In today's episode of "Fix the forms, one at a time", I went to get my @ee phone bill for the first time. Discovered that it's a new "simpler" bill ... entirely in illegibly small grey text. Simpler as in useless. Sigh.

So @EE we haven’t had proper signal in Bexhill since the 19th and now I am being told that it won’t be fixed until the after the 4th of March. Why am I paying for no acceptable service? 3 mobile phones and an iPad with rubbish signal, £65 per month for nothing! @Ofcom

  • Amanda234712 Amanda (@Amanda234712) reported

Been told my signal won’t be fully restored until 72 hours @EE , I love interacting with Willesden SDA church sabbath lesson and sermon 😞 on YouTube . Plus on zoom I have stuff going on. Currently using one of my support networks hotspot til tomorrow morning

  • Amanda234712 Amanda (@Amanda234712) reported

@EE Is something going to be done as a disabled person I rely on my phone . I got told 4pm and still it’s bad signal ! What’s being done about this issue I’ve DM you guys with no response

  • SuffolkGood Suffolk ‘n’ good 💙 (@SuffolkGood) reported

@EE Good thing this wasn’t happening here on Friday and Saturday. No power and no mobile signal. Happens every time. So much for resilience…

  • jakeclarke1306 J₳₭Ɇ (@jakeclarke1306) reported

@EE Not to sound rude, but that comes off as awfully patronising.

  • LoElizabeth04 Lauren (@LoElizabeth04) reported

@EE My handset is fairly new (iPhone 13 max pro) and it doesn’t work- no one can hear me on calls, cuts out etc. Rang and got told to take it to an EE shop. I can’t as I have covid but don’t see why the onus is on me as you have given me a fault handset. Can I cancel my contract?
