Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE hi I have been with ee or versions of ee since 2007 ,I have been a loyal customer .I have been looking for a early upgrade but all I get is ridiculous offers for phones I don't even want .But if I am a new customer I could get more for 20% to 30% less why is this .offended

I moved from @EE for a variety of reasons but it seems one of them - communicating with a company that advertises how communicative it is - was not a valid one. How am I supposed to contact you online when your mobile WiFi is the issue? @O2
