Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE Called Friday & yesterday for an hour & a half in total only for the same issue to still arise. Can't fault your guides though who have been helpful if unsuccessful. Will call again later & hopefully it'll be 3rd time lucky 🤞

@EE still no update. the order number i've been given (by having to call up) doesn't show any order online and your online chat says it's closed while literally quoting hours that would mean it is open. how do i complain? this is beyond bad.

@EE - hi - Can’t top up my phone - all saved cards being declined - try adding new Mastercard Debit card and it says it doesn’t accept this type of card - try adding a MASTERCARD instead?!? I’ve spent an hour trying now. What’s the problem? I’ve spent over an hour trying now.

@EE I am so disappointed with the service from EE. I have been told it’s my phone, the construction of the house, which incidentally has remained static for the last 10 years. You really need to solve this problem without any condescension! The signal is not constant.

@EE I've already tried, absolutely useless, rang to cancel, cancellatons said they'd pass me to billing to remove the charge. When eventually got through to them they refused to remove the charge and refused to cancel my account.

@EE I'm in the queue to talk to someone... The waiting time is over 20 minutes. Is there any other option to contact you? There is nothing that can help on the previous link that you informed.
