    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    @EE why have I only got one bar of signal strength in my location? From the so called best network in 🇬🇧 I’d expect slightly more..

    @Rutherford_Paul @EE It’s every network mate, I’ve been through 4 in the last 3 months and they are all as bad as each other. It’s something to do with that ****** tower block on the roundabout
