    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    @WeAreOpenreach They have been trying to raise this issue with you for 5 weeks now. I’m just going round in circles. @EE are saying it’s a problem at your end and you’re saying it’s something that @EE has to do

    @EE @paulmatt86 This is the same for all uk mobile providers. In Croatia i can get a signal in the middle of the sea on my way to brač island but cant get a.signal in the Lake District
