    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE You have two pages that say upgrade, but one actually takes you to add an extra line to your account. That’s dodgy as ****. My trust in EE is at an all time low. Once my contract is over I’m going with any other network

    @EE Phoned customer service tonight- they could not ahve been better. Sorted me out with a deal on Iphone13pro, cut the price of my moblie broadband. Your phone staff are the best I've encountered. A Happy customer. 👍

    @EE No I can't access my account. Every time I try and create an account it goes "oops". No, I can't dial 150 to create it, because I have no signal here, which is why I need wifi calling, and no, I can't use wifi calling, because it isn't working, even though that is why I switched.
