Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE Please help me 😩 I’m stuck in a contract with #O2 and their virtually unusable mobile data signal. I wanted to buy the new iPhone from you but you didn’t have Gold and O2 did, but I’m a couple of months in and am loosing my mind having 4G and full signal but nothing loading!

@EE sort yourselves out twice ive had someone answer the phone and put it down on me I need to speak to someone ASAP I have an issue with my phone and need to speak to someone its not very professional at all your company sucks both for phone service and broadband
