    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @EE I have spent considerable time attempting to resolve this matter through @EE customer service and complaints channels. I was given clear assurances had been handled but EE have not acted on their advisors agreements and gone against agreements received by EE representatives.#EE

    @EE Nah, I've been there. You tricked me into accepting a free tablet (because I'm such a good customer) and shafting me with a two year SIM contract on the back of it. You want fool me again. I've been a customer, and loyal, since 1988 when you were Hutchinson Telecom. You blew it..

    @EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

    @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

    @EE between store snd your repair centre there has been damaged caused to my phone yet all denying it and saying ive caused the damage yet it wasnt logged when booked in!! Won't let me complain! COVER UP!!!
