    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE I’ve been told to call your customer services as my dad bought a pay as you go phone & his £10 top up has gone onto a new sim rather than the old one he wants to use. Impossible to get through your system as it is not one of your menu options. Please advise what I should do.

    @virginmedia 57 mins on silent hold only to be told your cancellation dept has now closed! Appalling behaviour! I will be cancelling my account with you tomorrow. Let’s see if @bt_uk @EE have a better service!
