@EE Hi I need help. My contract is set to end today and I need a PAC code. This is for my personal device (my work one is still with you) how do I do this as I cannot call from the phone, when I try calling from another it’s not recognised. Really disappointing.

@EE definitely changing my provider when it’s reasonabley practical. Your WiFi signal is terrible, sitting on my patio and it’s nearly impossible to keep a signal unlike when I was with @bt

@EE can someone assist in getting access to my EE Benefit that I have never been able to access! I tried 2 weeks ago and you could not assist as the App wasn't sending me a PIN number and had locked for 24hrs

@O2 and @EE your mobile broadband service tonight is awful. I can barely load a web page let alone stream a film or even music. When is this going to improve?
