Purchased a mobile router from @EE with unlimited data for £95 for it to not work. Returned to the store 1 day later to be told i cannot have a refund! As an existing EE customer this is absolutely appalling! Would appreciate it if someone contacted me from customer care please.

@claudelittner Do what I’ve done. Ditch the landline, get a 4g router and unlimited SIM from @EE. (Other providers are available) no problems so far 😎
