.@EE customer service really are a disgrace. I ended up leaving them myself because of it and now tried to upgrade my mums phone and they are not one bit interested, they’d rather palm you off. Another customer lost.

A complaint will be made to the CEO of @EE @MarcAllera tomorrow . All I wanted to do was get 2 new accounts for myself and my wife, total value to @EE approx £1500. All I’ve got is incorrect emails , a blip on my credit file ,and lack of any sort of joined up customer service 🤬

@EE lodged a complaint and was promised a call back within 2 hours 4 hours late....shocking!!!! Loyal customer and this is how we get treated!!
