    @EE Hi, has the Volte option been removed from the iPhone 12? I have echo on calls in my car and was advised to switch this off on my 11 pro which solved the problem. Now the issue has returned but I can’t see an option to turn volte off - help!

    @EE Some mobile calling issues going on in the SY8 area. Dropping out, call failures and sometimes calls can not be heard.

    @EE will ee be commenting on the supply issues for Apple Watch Ultra and the fact large upfront payments are being taken and sat in ee’s bank account for an unknown length of time until supply is resolved - not good!

    My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

    @TheBlackGate @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @T21Jan @EE Charger isn't the issue, I've tried multiple. Borrowing a phone isn't a viable option for me..

    I have never received such poor and customer service as that in @EE today. Lady in store-fab. Truly lovely. Sadly had to call retentions team who just lost my business. Now in 3 store getting new contract, hubby is getting one as well because he was out of contract with you.

    @EE Using CPI, go against the norm and don't. Imagine if @EE announced price freezes to help during this time.guarntee you will have had more customers in 12 month than lose them. Your nearly as bad as @bp_UK How are you improving the service exactly? Nothings changed in years

    @EE Waited hours for help on Live Chat, and the next morning there was still no response from Tech Support. Managed to fix myself the next day, but not impressed as was a long time without my phone and your website is useless, offers no suggestions. A Network Reset fixed it.

    @ee are *************** charging people after their contracts have finished? I’ve Been paying for a watch contract that finished 5months ago!! How many others have had this issue ??
