  • ruthpalk
Ruth (@ruthpalk) reported from St. Georges and Priorslee, England

@EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

  • JTaylor69
Jordan Taylor ๐ŸŽ—๏ธ (@JTaylor69) reported from Madeley, England

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐Ÿ˜… Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

  • HannahW333
Hannah Warren (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, England

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  • kjukes1989
Karl Jukes (@kjukes1989) reported from Madeley, England

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐Ÿ˜ค

  • stewwwperman
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England

@EE who unplugged the internet in Telford ๐Ÿ™ƒ Just enough service to make this tweet but anything else, no chance ๐Ÿ˜“

  • stewwwperman
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England

@EE Hi Mark. All is well, normal service resumed a couple of hours after my tweet and there have been no issues since ๐Ÿ‘ Thanks.

  • RosieJ0
Joanne Gough (@RosieJ0) reported from Wombourne, England

@EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? According to the dpd tracker, the parcel was refused at Birmingham and it's on its way back to you. However, my plan has been updated and I am being charged my new contract fee.

  • revCTStAndrews
Charles Thomas (@revCTStAndrews) reported from Albrighton, England

@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

  • HannahW333
Hannah Warren ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ’€๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‘ป (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, England

Hey @EE I upgraded a couple of months ago and now have reached the time where I need to cancel 2 other numbers on my account. Do I need to ring 150?

  • MrTerryWoodfine
Terry Woodfine (@MrTerryWoodfine) reported from Lawley Bank, England

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please ๐Ÿ˜€

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Dream_Sculptor
    John Martin Moore (@Dream_Sculptor) reported

@EE Why is there no chat in the EE app, no way to connect to customer service from outside the UK without making a phone call?

  • DEI_Bollard
    Dave (@DEI_Bollard) reported

@EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.

  • rachelbbridge
    Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported

Gotta love he @EE complaints process... they **** up, they ask you to wait 8 days for them to respond, but their communications say they'll close the complaint if they don't hear from you within 7 days!! Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!

  • OnSamps
    Luke Sampson (@OnSamps) reported

@EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.

  • SallyFinestone
    Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported

@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

  • SteveA39845825
    Steveo (@SteveA39845825) reported

@EE can actually get in the App this morning. But can't expand 'MANAGE BROADBAND' to check speeds etc. Is there still a problem?????

  • ItsOnlyRash
    RaSHiDa (@ItsOnlyRash) reported

@EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?

    Rachelle Georgina๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ (@chellebadita) reported

@darksister841 @EE Sadly what the world is coming to. I will never use a call centre again after this, just not worth the grief.

  • ThomasODuffy
    Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

  • notjay92349724
    not jay (@notjay92349724) reported

@EE Thatโ€™s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesnโ€™t want to make a fuss, and wonโ€™t push it. Iโ€™m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff
