Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

@SkyHelpTeam That website says there is no known issue in my area and then wants my landline number, which I don't have, when I want to test my line. I think @EE will be providing my broadband when my contract ends in a couple of months

@EE awful experience, I've tried to sign up with you, but it turns out the person on the phone put my adress down as 62 rather than 82 and there is nothing you can do about it I'll just have to wait another 3 weeks!! I think I'll go with someone else.

There is a billboard at the end of our street advertising @ee full fibre to the property but it’s not available….. Poor siting of the advert? I’m just being impatient & it’s coming soon? Anyway. quite irritating. The one thing I miss from the old house was the fibre connection

@EE The broadband is down again with the same features as in the small hours of Thursday. The box flashes as normal and the problem is down the line. Is this just E7 or wider?
