In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐ Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐ค

I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.

For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.
