    Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

    @EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @EE Still waiting for the call back i should have had on 12th november after finally getting a reply to my constant attempts to call you ..I was asked to make a note of signal tests for 3 days which i have done .Still being charged for a service not fit for purpose .

    @EE customer service is letting you down. Friend in US pays extra, notes on account to confirm plan upgrade but despite being in talks with billing you take £580 from his account. Complete incompetence and now quoted 5 days for a manger to respond !!!!

    @EE customer services is letting you down big time. I have a friend currently in the US, paid extra to cover him & due to someone’s incompetence & notes on the system confirming plan, you pulled £580.00 from bank account despite being in discussions that the billing is incorrect.

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE @NetworkRailSE please please please talk to each other and make arrangements for safe repair of mast serving TN14 7TS . Fault recorded on 8/9 and still no date for a fix. Being told ‘it will take as long as it takes’ isn’t good enough. #servicefailure
