@EE Hi Mark. All is well, normal service resumed a couple of hours after my tweet and there have been no issues since 👍 Thanks.

  • JTaylor69 Jordan Taylor 🎗️ (@JTaylor69) reported from Madeley, England

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

  • revCTStAndrews Charles Thomas (@revCTStAndrews) reported from Albrighton, England

@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

  • stewwwperman Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England

@EE who unplugged the internet in Telford 🙃 Just enough service to make this tweet but anything else, no chance 😓

  • benjamincutting Benjamin Cutting (@benjamincutting) reported from Cleobury Mortimer, England

@EE I have to reset my network settings once a day with you guys. It’s not ideal at all.

  • HannahW333 Hannah Warren (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, England

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  • HannahW333 Hannah Warren 🇪🇺💀🎃👻 (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, England

Hey @EE I upgraded a couple of months ago and now have reached the time where I need to cancel 2 other numbers on my account. Do I need to ring 150?

  • ruthpalk Ruth (@ruthpalk) reported from St. Georges and Priorslee, England

@EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

  • MrTerryWoodfine Terry Woodfine (@MrTerryWoodfine) reported from Lawley Bank, England

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

  • kjukes1989 Karl Jukes (@kjukes1989) reported from Madeley, England

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

@EE How do I block text messages from a food delivery service with no number? I never asked for them. All I know is this is the second time, they are coming from FOODHUB and I'm tired of them already. All I get is the option to delete it

  • Mrssammoore Sam Moore (@Mrssammoore) reported

I’ve been a customer of Orange and @EE for more than 20 years. Today they told me I have no choice but to pay an additional £2 a month for an extra 1GB of data I don’t want and won’t use, or leave - because they have decided to change their plans. Nothing in it for me, so 👋🏻👋🏻

  • philipmanson Phil Manson (@philipmanson) reported

@EE Hello. Do you have an email address for Customer Support for current customers ? Many thanks. P

@EE Any meaningful update on service issues in LL61, Anglesey. Website just says there's a problem, should be fixed in 8 hours, it's been 2 days so far. Completely saturated Band20 with no available bandwidth is all we can get.

  • HD1080pMC Dave (@HD1080pMC) reported

@EE are absolutely shocking!!! Been with @VodafoneUK for over 15 yrs & never had a problem…a few months into my EE contract & been misinformed twice already. absolutely shocking!!! Fed me everything i wanted to hear to get me to jump ship but left out all the catches!!! #fuming

  • richhowson81 Rich Howson (@richhowson81) reported

Totally woeful service from @EE needed a quick PAYG sim for mobile data while away, and you are unable to register an account to get started and add your first top up, as the email verification process has failed! Speak to support and they don’t understand there own processes! 🤬
