@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

@EE hey. I’ve ordered a phone for delivery today. I got a notification my dpd app. This has now gone and I have no email from EE or DPD about this delivery. Your ‘track delivery’ page on your website isn’t working. Can someone help? Thanks.

@EE How funny. I did just need some help and your customer service staff member on the chat was next to useless and simply stopped responding. Great work!

@EE Yes. But I am very unhappy with the concept of a new contract after 38 years a customer! It’s no way to treat such loyal customers. And, quite apart from really poor communication and the service dropping out after 31/2 days. @MartinSLewis

@EE Armed forces covenant not honoured. I've moved home due to being in the Army and EE are billing me £160. My new home is not covered by EE but they promised me it would. I'm disappointed they made a show of signing the armed forces covenant and claim to support us they do not

@EE Why are your price plans so expensive ? I want to upgrade to the s23 Ultra bet cannot warrant the massive jump in my price plan to £85 per month, I can get the same phone on a different network for like £30-£40 cheaper per month

@EE EE are by no means 'UK's number one network provider'as they, or Kevin Bacon likes to say...my contract of 4 lines is up in November and I, and many like me are gone too. Shameful behaviour. Hopefully we'll leave in droves and they'll see how poorly they've actually treated us.
