@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE @Difd_11 Hey Craig maybe you can reply to my DMs regarding me being unhappy too, and don't tell me to contact 150 before I'm always asked to wait and can never reach anyone. 2 months with bad signal, just to be told it might "have been a one-off" and yo restart my device is ridiculous.
