Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! π€

Hannah Warren (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, EnglandGotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day π Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

Emma (@crazywithtwins) reported@EE looking at your upgrade deals... It looks like I can save myself Β£5 a month if I cancel my contract and take out a new one, as opposed to upgrading. Why don't you offer loyal existing customers the better deals?

Tried to contact support who are supposed to reply within 60 mins. 2 hours later and nothing. Glad I didnβt get a contract. Nothing but roadblocks with this company

PuffyBooks π€ (@PuffyBooks) reported@Vhero @EE I spoke to a person at ee yesterday morning, they told me I will get 5gb on top of the standard min of 1gb because of being a broadband customer... My account got updated today. Still says 1gb in my ee account. I really am not trusting it right now.
