Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  • benjamincutting Benjamin Cutting (@benjamincutting) reported from Cleobury Mortimer, England

  • MrTerryWoodfine Terry Woodfine (@MrTerryWoodfine) reported from Lawley Bank, England

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

  • JTaylor69 Jordan Taylor 🎗️ (@JTaylor69) reported from Madeley, England

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

  • kjukes1989 Karl Jukes (@kjukes1989) reported from Madeley, England

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

  • ruthpalk Ruth (@ruthpalk) reported from St. Georges and Priorslee, England

@EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

Dear @EE please stop misleading ads to tell us you have the best 5G coverage. I can't even get a network in Stansted and it was exactly the same in Gatwick too. If you can't get it work at the airports, just don't do it really.

  • candiemac candice (@candiemac) reported

@EE please can you respond asap as this is a major problem. I don’t have an EE account as this is via BT while i wait for fibre to be installed so they won’t tell me anything

  • Hooksy66 Rob ****** (@Hooksy66) reported

Wow @EE just been told that you don’t refund for service outages. So you can’t provide Contacted services for vulnerable customers for 2 weeks but expect them to pay full price. #shocking

  • hampsteadtweets Hampstead & NW3 (@hampsteadtweets) reported

@EE Hi Inna, one of your colleagues said "from what I can see, it looks as if our engineers are aware of a problem in that area" it hasn’t been resolved as of this morning.

  • CounterVal Counter (@CounterVal) reported

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. I contacted PlusNet and there was a fault in my area. Took a couple of days to fix. Thanks for your reply.

  • candiemac candice (@candiemac) reported

@EE it’s mobile broadband through an ee data hub as a temporary fix from BT so it is connected to your mobile network towers. Is there a problem with your EE mobile network in AL5???
