Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

@EE seems to have freaked-out. Been over hours (including sleep-time) zero WiFi... all on Data/4G. Have tried every possible fix/Down Dector has a Spike in issues with EE. MH did not need *this* atm.

@EE had nothing but trouble with the broadband I had put in earlier in the year. Can you tell me how I can complain to be released from this **** show of a contract. Worst service I’ve ever received. 😑 nothing in my house works because of your shoddy service 😭😭😭

@EE You are the worst provider out there,completely ignore your customers. Even when they have spent hours upon hours trying to sort things out. You hit them with absolute gobbledegook,customers who have been with you for years as well.I will be taking my complaint to the ombudsman😡
