    Hi @ee after gettina text I ordered a new SIM. I am a T-Mobile customer. When will my SIM arrive? Will my credit transfer? Can I use my current SIM whilst waiting for the new one? Can you check the address it has been sent to?

  • mgthedj88 MG (@mgthedj88) reported

    @EE Would rather buy the phone, sim free, then pay £70+ a month for 24 months… and I’m already a loyal EE customer 🫠

  • HannanCade John B Good (@HannanCade) reported

    @bt_uk @EE I am an EE customer and a BT broadband customer. Can I get a discount? I just saw EE and BT giving customers discounts. Also can I get a second line installed or EE 5G router as a second line?

  • markgra95765636 mark nufc (@markgra95765636) reported

    @EE are you going to sort out this network two days of 3G in ryton uk.

  • Janekelly25 Jane kelly (@Janekelly25) reported

    @EE But what about your #WiFi signal? Surely anyone buying a new phone will need one?

    @EE None, if I can't get a signal

  • welshgiles giles carter (@welshgiles) reported

    @EE why is nobody on your team able to help me reinstate mobile data on my phone whilst I'm here in Spain? It stopped working 3 days ago and dealing with your employees on chat has been beyond painful and totally pointless to date.

  • Janekelly25 Jane kelly (@Janekelly25) reported

    @EE I was advised by #BT to move to you a few months ago but your wifi provision seems similar to theirs - very poor. What service do you offer?

  • LiamForrester14 Liam (@LiamForrester14) reported

    @AmbroseBarnaby @EE I had this issue in Greece. It’s £2 per day. You’ve paid so you might aswell use it

  • ashyarugby Simon Ashworth (@ashyarugby) reported

    @EE Very poor signal. Struggling to make basic phone calls! Ng13 area. Any updates?
