  • stewwwperman
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England

@EE who unplugged the internet in Telford ๐Ÿ™ƒ Just enough service to make this tweet but anything else, no chance ๐Ÿ˜“

  • revCTStAndrews
Charles Thomas (@revCTStAndrews) reported from Albrighton, England

@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  • ruthpalk
Ruth (@ruthpalk) reported from St. Georges and Priorslee, England

@EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

  • RosieJ0
Joanne Gough (@RosieJ0) reported from Wombourne, England

@EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? According to the dpd tracker, the parcel was refused at Birmingham and it's on its way back to you. However, my plan has been updated and I am being charged my new contract fee.

  • JTaylor69
Jordan Taylor ๐ŸŽ—๏ธ (@JTaylor69) reported from Madeley, England

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day ๐Ÿ˜… Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

  • HannahW333
Hannah Warren ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ’€๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‘ป (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, England

Hey @EE I upgraded a couple of months ago and now have reached the time where I need to cancel 2 other numbers on my account. Do I need to ring 150?

  • kjukes1989
Karl Jukes (@kjukes1989) reported from Madeley, England

I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! ๐Ÿ˜ค

  • stewwwperman
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England

@EE Hi Mark. All is well, normal service resumed a couple of hours after my tweet and there have been no issues since ๐Ÿ‘ Thanks.

@EE Can you get it escalated ? I have an o2 sum and willing to terminate EE contract. Immediately and move to 02 who have undercut you anyway

  • wendmyway
    Wend (@wendmyway) reported

@EE I have broadband with you. My contract has expired and Iโ€™m not sure Iโ€™m getting such a good service. The speed of downloading is poor and the reception isnโ€™t always good. Drops in and out! Should I look elsewhere?

  • kittenkong42
    Kitten Kong (@kittenkong42) reported

This is why I stuck with same mobile provider so long! Moving from 3 to @EE - got a contract for a new eSIM, gave my PAC code. Tried to get eSIM and I canโ€™t download it because of a data mismatch. Store couldnโ€™t help, online tried to charge me to send a QR code

  • matthewhalmshaw
    Matthew Halmshaw (@matthewhalmshaw) reported

@FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

  • CThomas663
    Charlie Thomas (@CThomas663) reported

And then the auto dialler calls me straight back with an empty line. Much more of this, @EE and I'll be switching network provider.

  • BrianSlater1976
    Brian Slater (@BrianSlater1976) reported

@EE This is becoming ridiculous. WiFi connection is so slow and still no mobile signal. Can hardly check for updates l.

  • arcpantmcgee
    C (@arcpantmcgee) reported

Surely thereโ€™s mitigating circumstances in this and some common sense can be applied, I wonโ€™t be receiving the service I pay for and my living situation is something totally out of my control, very poor customer service @EE @financialombuds @CitizensAdvice

  • indigojo_uk
    Matthew Smith ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@indigojo_uk) reported

@EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.

  • Ricsi95baby

I have never been to Kilburn in my life @EE maybe confusing me with some fat Irish dosser

  • LeiSnoby

@EE I'm trying to log a severe mis-selling complaint (breach of Ofcom rules). Your website is blocking me, and your Twitter DM bot is stuck in a loop ignoring my requests for a human agent. Please get a REAL PERSON to check my DMs immediately!
