@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please 😀

@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

@EE I have to reset my network settings once a day with you guys. It’s not ideal at all.

Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

@EE @MarcAllera Looks like #EE is refusing to fix the problem that they caused. Not even responding to my communications. That is why 76% of #EE customers rate #EE as BAD on Trustpilot. If @MarcAllera was paid on customer satisfaction he would be a poor man.

@officialsouthn @EE Yes actually they insisted the Internet is stable which is not at all ,and insisted to many devices are connected but they are the same ones I had connected for the last 3 years..I mean 2-3h of Internet during the day if I'm lucky and they're solution is upgrading 1/2

@EE why is my EE smart hub going down about 3-4 times every day, it goes down for around 2hours each time, I have tried factory resetting, restarting the router, unplugging and plugging back in. But nothing works, I do not pay £29 a month to not be able to use it.

@officialsouthn @EE Same problem but it just started a month ago didn't have this problem before, do you have normal broadband or fibre? I talked 5 times already all with different explanation and resolutions ,frist one was the router (they sent me a new one),the problem continue 1/2

@officialsouthn @EE 2/2 second the chanel, third the engineer came (from BT that they sent) he told me I'm the 10th person on that day from EE with the same connection problem etc yesterday the final solution is to upgrade and pay 50£ a month for 4G

@Daviecraigdfc @EE It’s bullshit. Tesco Mobile who I understand share the same network as O2 are shouting about the fact that they won’t be increasing their prices when all the others are. It might only be a pound or so extra a month but multiply that by the number of customers they have!!!
