Joanne Gough (@RosieJ0) reported from Wombourne, England@EE can you please help me understand what's happened to my new phone? -
Jordan Taylor ποΈ (@JTaylor69) reported from Madeley, England@EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day π Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.
-
Ruth (@ruthpalk) reported from St. Georges and Priorslee, England@EE upgrade through Carphone warehouse but it seems I have a new contract, can I just cancel my old contact and keep my old number, as I do not want to be paying for two numbers

Hannah Warren (@HannahW333) reported from Much Wenlock, EnglandGotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee
-
Terry Woodfine (@MrTerryWoodfine) reported from Lawley Bank, England@EE my mobile currently not working. My phone said initially that the Sim is no longer valid. Now I just have no signal, cannot connect to the 4G network, make calls etc... Can you come back to me on what the issue is please π
-
Karl Jukes (@kjukes1989) reported from Madeley, EnglandI sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! π€
-
Benjamin Cutting (@benjamincutting) reported from Cleobury Mortimer, England@EE I have to reset my network settings once a day with you guys. Itβs not ideal at all.
-
Charles Thomas (@revCTStAndrews) reported from Albrighton, England@charliebelllive @EE Doesn't work at all here in Shropshire on 5G, suspect it's something to do with the by-election in the north of the county. Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...
-
Stewwwperman (@stewwwperman) reported from Wellington, England@EE who unplugged the internet in Telford π Just enough service to make this tweet but anything else, no chance π

Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reportedAbsolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customerβ¦.. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK
-
UniTED (@tedio74) reportedHi @EE, my broadband has been down for over 40 hrs and all I keep getting sent is messages that it will be fixed at various times or within next 4 hrs. I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.
-
Up2Terv (@TrEvvaaaaaa) reported@EE your signal is absolutely shite, charge a fortune meant to be UKs NO 1 .. yet Iβm in a capital city sitting with 1 bar on 5G floating to 4G .. absolute shambles of a comapny
-
Tobes (@theGrimey) reported@EE @EE your option here is to escalate this appropriately, such as @bt_uk did historically with a similar issue (and before this godforsaken merger saw such a decline in service quality) - or I shall opt to seek your executives out directly.
-
Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.
-
Lynds Maple (@lyndsMaple) reported@EE riddle me this, why am I getting no little to no signal at home on the ground floor, upstairs only one bar. Signal checker says no problems but won't let me check further?!
-
Karl Rogers (@Krogers2605) reported@EE is your broadband down?
-
LR (@raphy_lawren) reported@EE It's so frustrating that I can't speak to someone... It's only automated responses and a chat service. Everyone on there obviously don't know the job. I need to talk to someone on the phone.
-
Paula m (@PaulaRossi47) reported@EE how do i get a refund im no longer a customer

6igantuar (@6igantuar) reportedI'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus
