At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

david dunn (@Dave80D) reported@EE I tried to cancel two contracts before the 30 days I was told it's not possible without paying a fee. Yet your own website as per above clearly states "you can request the cancellation of your contract with us a maximum of 45 days before the end of your contract".
