@EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

@EE is there a problem with the app? I'm on an upgrade anytime plan and was just looking to upgrade to the s21+ but now it's saying plans not available? I just had all the plans up and now they've disappeared?

@EE what a joke received a text saying early upgrade waivered if choose same price plan for a smart phone. Have been re customer for 20 years or so- rang up. Offer not real free upgrade but have to pay an upfront cost for a usually free mobile. Wasting my time. Sky mobile it is

@EE sorry your here@to help 7am 11pm weekdays and 8 till 8 weekends is not working my@husband has passed away I am trying to close his account for the past 3 weeks I eventually spoke with someone 8days ago they said i would be contacted in 5 days I have heard nothing !

@EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

@keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you. Is this for your Dad? Mobile providers are universally poor. They consider themselves never in the wrong. I’m with @EE also poor

@EE getting REALLY fed up of constantly having no service at home because of continuous ‘service issues’ in my area. Can’t make WiFi calls to doctors, companies etc 😡😡😡😡😡

@virginmedia Please stop using @YodelOnline. I’ve been without internet for 3 days they’ve never delivered on time whenever they’ve been used, never an issue with others. Having to use my @EE mobile data to work from home which is down to its last 20% for the next 10 days.

@EE I have sent a web form of complaint over explaining every problem I’ve had with EE. It’s very long, as there are a minimum of 10 things that have happened. It should be on record & I’m still waiting for a reply back. I just wanted to highlight the terrible service I’ve received.

I really can’t express enough of incompetent and terrible @EE are. Only been with them since December and have had problems constantly, charging me for things that were their fault because they made a ‘mistake’. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
