@EE I’m having issues with my broadband. The connection on it is terrible, it’s drops in and out all day. At the moment I can’t even stream Netflix on one device. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting with no help. It’s been like this for 4 days now

@EE - I need to speak to someone urgently regarding a messed up PAC transfer. Your Bromsgrove branch has transferred my daughters number to the Vodaphone network by mistake. We spoke to your technical team and she was promised a call back between 3 and 4 today but nobody rang.

@EE Yes that’s the connection to the @EE WiFi, which is rubbish yet again. After the engineer came, fiddled about it for 5 mins, it was ok for a few days. Now it’s worse than ever. I’ll be reopening my complaint tomorrow morning

@EE I know the 5G network is working fine as my colleague has the same phone and is on EE. Both phones are next to each other he has 5G I have 4G. Worked fine yesterday, stopped I think after I did the iOS update to 15.1 last night. Wondering if a carrier update could help?

New mobile contract last week, it included BT sport but you never sent me a code. Called 3 times after getting fed up of waiting the first 2. Got through and they sent a text to activate it. Unfortunately it hasn't done that. Just waited another 25 minutes, fed up. Call me @EE
