@RegardsChief @EE **** company. Was with them for years on a contract. Binned em as they wouldn't give me a better deal after years on their hook. No ***** given by them or me. Moved to 3. Cheaper & roughly same level of coverage.
-

@EE 2. due to the fact she was already an @EE customer I took out a new deal for her and purchased a new iPhone and believed the wifi calling feature would overcome the poor signal, it worked well however my auntie was unable to work the phone and did not understand the swipe

@EE @rootmetrics Who said it's the best? Still having issues 2 months later!
-
Roger Crabb (@rcrabb200) reported
@EE I’ve been trying repeatedly to top up my 93 yr old Uncle’s mobile phone by credit card. Call 150 from his phone, select option 1 for PAYG top up, then option 1 again for top up by credit card. No response! Your menu system just hangs! Is it broken?
-
Maeze (@maez1234) reported
@RegardsChief @MissBlack01 @EE Definitely considering leaving as well. Word of caution with 3 - they don’t do voicemail in the same way. EE has visual voicemail so would recommend another network that has it as well - not 3.

Anthony (@hottesttony) reported
@EE @rootmetrics EE advised me to end my contract early for sim only, that I’m getting 1 GB for £14 per month if I use more then they say I have upto 21 GB emergency but slow. This was rushed through and because I’m passed 14 days they are holding me to the contract for 2 years I gave 3 lines
-
David Beales (@bigmoledavey88) reported
@EE is there a reported downage in Sheffield UK currently? Broadband is completely offline and while I can ring out on my mobile it seems your 150 services are also down as calls won't connect?
-
Pain in the Arsenal (@PainArsenal) reported
@RegardsChief @EE I always get confused by how companies put “price will increase by RPI plus 3%” or something in their contracts. It’s basically telling you they will mug you off each year and there’s nothing you can do about it (except cancel and go to a competitor)
