    @EE Hey Guys. I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and it’s supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    I’ve never had anything negative to say about @EE until now. I’m a great paying customer and have been for years but all of a sudden my broadband has been dodgey? Customer services were no help 😒 #help

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @EE I’ve put in a formal complaint and will Dm you it now. I’ve been told another 48 hour wait dispute being told Tuesday, weds and now 48 hours. Clearly trying to keep me beyond my 14 day cooking off period

    Wow, @EE have absolutely screwed me over this morning. Payment accidentally taken TWICE, and their customer service lines are all down. I can't even talk to them via online chat. Completely left in the dark and I'm £200 down. Sort it out.

    @virginmedia Upgrading to a sim only tariff as ee network mask outdated there words but they failed to tell me that would knock my phone insurance out and to wait till mask is fixed oh and to call @EE customer services but that ain't great they have issues today and tried that yesterday.
