    @EE stop sending me shit texts about free data. NHS staff with no email are exempt. As are all the other key workers. I suppose fat karen in Hr will be happy

    @EE @MarieDawn83 They will help @NHS with unlimited data but not a temporary phone so they can use the data and keep in contact

    @EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    @kieran_stanley @EE My last one was worse, multiple cracks bad enough I had to get a protector to stop it getting more damges until I could trade in 😅 paid £100 so they could refurb it, hoping this is similar/less 😅

    @EE Hey Guys. I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and it’s supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    I’ve never had anything negative to say about @EE until now. I’m a great paying customer and have been for years but all of a sudden my broadband has been dodgey? Customer services were no help 😒 #help

    @EE is there a problem with your internet? We have had a rubbish strength of 12mb since last night? Paying for the 149mb so this is not good

    @EE I’ve put in a formal complaint and will Dm you it now. I’ve been told another 48 hour wait dispute being told Tuesday, weds and now 48 hours. Clearly trying to keep me beyond my 14 day cooking off period

    @EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

    @Emerald88793138 @EE Oh sorry, was actually replying to ee's response. I'm completely with you, it's beyond the joke. Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

    Superb service from Chris of @EE help desk who has been calling me almost daily as we attempted to solve an issue that was not of EE's making. Best service I've ever had from a telcom provider's help line. @EE please DM me if you would like more detail.

    Phoned @EE to upgrade a mobile phone b4 Xmas and was offered like 4 like broadband with @bt_uk for slightly less money. After weeks of bad broadband coverage I realise that I wasn't sold like for like. Was on EE's best broadband package,but not on BT's best package. Be careful!

    @EE Like many EE customers abroad, my son has recently lost service due to colossal “extra charges” arising from an EE systems problem that’s not recognising his roaming Add On. After many messages & calls he’s had service restored but new extra charges are back & rising @ £6/MB.

    If you are an @EE customer and they try and get you to 'upgrade' to @bt_uk for no extra cost - DON'T or check what tariff they're moving you to. Chances are you're being fobbed off with inferior broadband without realising it.

    @EE Mobile data doesn’t work though, shows me as being on AT&T network and a 4g signal but I can’t access the internet at all. Have tried to send texts and they haven’t gone either.

    @EE That’s really cool n impressive. I’m sure all involved had a great time but I’m a year into my 5G EE contract and still no 5G signal in my area. Even 4G is flaky. Get 1 bar, 2 if I’m lucky. The way I see it. You miss sold me product. Been a customer for over 7 years. Not happy

    PSA - @vodafoneuk customer service (which is actually in egypt WTF) is utterly soul destroying. least when i was with @EE they sort of tried to fix issues…

    @EE Thank you for replying, but after over 3 hours on the phone over two days I hope it's sorted. But if you are trying to get your customers to move over to BT for broadband please be totally clear that they won't receive the same service for a better price!
