Bt has sunk ee custom reality in my mind for eu roaming I will be leaving with all my business phone as soon as possible I will not be subject to blackmail

Andy (@theandycooke) reported from Barnsley, England@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

Agreed a new contract with #ee they’ve overcharged me extra £11 per month and charged £50 for the handset which should have been free. Still waiting for a call back from 22/7 was told it would be within 72 hours. I have the chat transcript

zed (@zed95480523) reported@EE your signal and 4g speeds in my area are rubbish. i called many times just to be passed around and not have issues resolved. Apparently EE sent an engineer to my area to check signal masts and apparently he reported no faults. worked great once upon a time. cant wait to cancel
