@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@EE Hey Guys. I recontracted my small business plan on Friday and it’s supposed to come with a smart benefit - was told to text pick to 150 to chose. But that just comes back with a list of 150 options and if I look at MyEE is states smart benefit excluded. Please help! Thanks.

@SirKnoe @EE I swapped from EE to Vodaphone and wouldnt look back, went from max 100mbps wifi to 900+, faultless new phone contract and swapped numbers, struggled with signal@ home with EE, have 5G with vodaphone

@EE If it was a fixed cost rise for all customers, ok but because I chose to have a handset that costs more than most, I am paying a higher percentage increase. I'm penalised because of a phone I am inevitably paying for. The service I get is no better than if I'd had a cheap phone.
