Danny Gartside™ (@Danny_Gartside) reported from Sheffield, England@davidhaslehurst @EE It was probably instore, her 2yr contract has just come to an end which was £15 for 250mb and about 150mins and 500 txt which was shocking anyway so I’ve told her I’d arrange a sim only but the store have sold her a shit one again, £12 for 1gb data and locked in for 12mnths! 😡

Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

Before I sign with any contract service now I ring their help line at least twice to see if they actual have an after service.
