    @kieran_stanley @EE My last one was worse, multiple cracks bad enough I had to get a protector to stop it getting more damges until I could trade in 😅 paid £100 so they could refurb it, hoping this is similar/less 😅

    @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    Turns out that @EE ‘s unlimited data offering is limited by the incompetence of their staff who cancel SIM cards and leave customers with no service at all. @MarcAllera needs to really review processes and training

    @EE Just a shame the person I spoke to cancelled my esim instead of leaving connected until physical sim arrives as I asked. I now have no signal at all. Unlimited everything is great but it is limited by the incompetence of your support

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    @Emerald88793138 @EE Oh sorry, was actually replying to ee's response. I'm completely with you, it's beyond the joke. Had my mate 20 pro over a year now and in that time have had 2 security updates. IIRC ee was extremely slow on the uptake with 9.1 as well, I didn't get it until May released Feb 🤔

    @EE my phone signal has been awful for last couple of months. Get cut off regular. I rang 2 weeks ago someone told me re WiFi calling and to try it. It doesn't work and he said he would ring back in a week. Still waiting. Paying for a phone that's useless

    @EE stop sending me shit texts about free data. NHS staff with no email are exempt. As are all the other key workers. I suppose fat karen in Hr will be happy

    @EE On the phone to customer services promised me a new product go into store they will give you a new one only to come away with a 2yr contract from the store . Not acceptable with a faulty product

    @VodafoneUK I just want to cancel, this was a wifi dongle which isn’t 5G at all keeps dropping signal & I went against my better judgment and not added extra wifi to my current plan with @EE who never let you down!

    Hey @EE any reason I'm only getting 5Mbps when we should be getting waaaay more than that? Reported the outage but it's been like this since last night? I'm not seeing any down reports for my area either.

    @OpenreachHelp Hello, you are the provider for our @EE broadband. Internet has been down in the CM1 area for approx 4 hours. The green light on the router was flashing, now it’s a steady yellow. The LOS on the wall box is red. Have restarted it a few times but still the same.

    Well just had a look at @giffgaff contract prices well i am so joining them loads better come January @EE i am leaving them rubbish network and so expensive!!!

    Never had an issue with @EE till today. & absolute shocking customer service!! Told I was paying a part payment from my previous contract only for the direct debit to show 2 FULL contract payments. Customer service rep then hung up on me. Shocking.

    @EE is your 96% coverage based on population or land. I cannot get a decent 4g signal, I have tried with 5 phones in 3 different areas. Now I can just about get 5mbs on 3g. My signal strength on 3g is around -83dbm so bandwidth is the problem. My phones don't cost £1000s.
