Mike Holden (@MikeHolden42) reported from Burnley, England@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Aura Link (@AuraLinkAL) reported@EE can you explain why the people operating your live chat service aren’t clear like those on the phones. The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Does the safety of 16 year old girls not matter?
-
Jee (@Samomit29) reported@EE 14 years of being a customer and you can’t provide me a decent service

Steveo (@SteveA39845825) reported@EE can actually get in the App this morning. But can't expand 'MANAGE BROADBAND' to check speeds etc. Is there still a problem?????
-
Gordon Murdie (@GordonMurdie) reported@EE Have a peek at the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 - your colleague thought this was too old to apply! Key point is, you are charging me over £20/month more than the advertised cost of your service. It's not a good look.

Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE I don't understand why EE is assuming I live there already. Obviously, people will often want broadband installed before they actually move in. This surely can't be your policy? Surely they can't be that stupid??
