    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE Hi Casey, it's OK there is no point. I have been through this many times now with EE who do checks and say your system says I should get excellent signal etc. In reality that isn't the case but EE don't do anything about it. #EE

    @EE 14.4% increase? Justified by inflation at a time when the government believes public sector workers should have 3.5% as that is all that is affordable and fair? Expect my phone call to cancel and move providers.

    Wow, so just had a text from @EE to say they're putting my monthly price plan up by 14.4%, and my network service has been so patchy and unreliable over the last few months. Time to find a new phone company I guess. 🤷

    @EE I am new to EE. I have 5 mobile SIMS on my account. We have suffered from service disruptions twice in last 2 months.This is something that never happened to us when we were with @VodafoneUK for 12 years.I hope EE won't penalise me to switch to another network mid contract.

    @EE Please can someone call me I have been trying to speak to someone in your accessibility team and I wish to cancel one of my lines due the appalling behaviour of colleagues bern with you for years very sad but to treat vulnerable customer s like this will not be tolerated
