You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

@EE here we go again!What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE The service I have received from EE today is absolutely disgusting! I would advise anyone not to purchase products in store as you apparently dont get any time to change your mind but if you buy it online you get 14 days. Absolutely ridiculous. Not what I was told at the time
