  • Waddy17
Dwayne Waddy (@Waddy17) reported from Whalley, England

@EE No I haven’t got the time to spend talking on the phone, I should be able to find good deals online like I can with other networks including yourself if I’m a new customer.

  • Pear_shaped30
Tracy Harvey (@Pear_shaped30) reported from Clitheroe, England

@EE here we go again! What’s the cancellation policy for fibre broadband?Fed up of it dipping in and out.Countless engineers sent out, nobody can fix it and then we just get forgotten about.Appalling service all round.Using up monthly data on mobile phones!

  • MikeHolden42
Mike Holden (@MikeHolden42) reported from Burnley, England

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

  • Pear_shaped30
Tracy Harvey (@Pear_shaped30) reported from Clitheroe, England

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE coverage means nothing if signal strength is so abysmal the network becomes unusable

  • Ysbyddaden2
    Ysbyddaden (@Ysbyddaden2) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I can't get a signal. I blame the cycle paths. Pathetic.

  • Barbara25122320
    Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?

  • mhh02
    james (@mhh02) reported

@EE my 5G is running at 0.8mbps how can it be so slow, I nog had it over about 2 in weeks and sometimes we get no internet

  • pboromikky
    superposh (@pboromikky) reported

@EE your signal in PE6 is absolutley honking. How can we in 2026 have literally 1 bar and almost no signal in the middle of a main village @TomTugendhat is spot on. You , o2 vodafone , three, need to get your acts together and start givings us all a decent service

  • britgermanbloke
    Dr Steve Fleischer (@britgermanbloke) reported

@RichardBentall @drew_carver @EE Agree. I signed a bb contract in January, paid the bill by direct debit so didn't pay too much attention to it. Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.

  • corn1882
    Cornholio (@corn1882) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE My mate can face time me.from a mountain in Albania.... I can't take the call in my house I'm a residential estate without WiFi. Your coverage in Suffolk is awful too

  • alexintheskies
    Alex (@alexintheskies) reported

@EE @TomTugendhat S73 post code in Barnsley has the worst signal, cuts out very often.

  • CouncillorLuke
    Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').

  • KettchUK
    KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.
