    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE hi. We’ve just upgraded our BT broadband and have switched our bt mobile sims for EE sims. Unfortunately even though the two sims are in different enveloped it does not tell be which sim is for which mobile no. Help please.

    @EE 1 Hi David, Thank you for responding. My internet connection seems to have improved. However, that is as long as I adjust my phone for 2G & 3G only. 4G simply DOESN'T perform well at all. Perhaps something to do with poor 4G on my local masts? ......
