@EE Currently on the phone with one of ur team trying for 2 weeks to sort out my Bt Sport with smart plan done everything asked not moved at all. Upgraded 2 weeks ago bout to cancel my contract awful service spent slot of money on contracts over years. LOYAL CUSTOMER?!!!

@EE Ongoing issues with coverage in Edgware HA8 area for 4 weeks now due to mast de-commissioning. Apparently you need to put a new mast up and don’t have permission. An absolute joke. Calls cut-off as soon as you drive into HA8. You won’t let us leave either. Please explain!!

@EE called 150 this morning to discuss an upgrade to 1 of the 4 numbers on my account, was promised a call back as systems weren't working. No call back received, tried again twice on 150, after 15 mins hold was cut off twice. Shocking customer service
