@EE My service has deteriorated year on year. It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

@EE I have network issues in my postcode since August 21 and was told by you it was due to some networking work going on and to use WiFi calling for now. This It's now been 2 months! The phone disconnects in my postcode after less than a min on any call.

@EE Yeah Jess, I've had no connection for 3 days even though my bill is paid. Not really keeping up your end of the bargain as a company are you? I can see hundreds if not thousands of other people are having the same issue. Surely we'll be paying a reduced bill this month?
