@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

@EE ordered phone from you for delivery today 4pm-6pm, when someone would actually be home, but delivery attempted at 11am, when nobody was. What was the point of that, then? You must be aware of @UPS_UK APPALLING customer service, so why use them? Unhappy customer here.

@EE Wow 6hrs to reply. The signal is now back but that doesn't negate the fact that we had no warning of signal loss. I'm sorry but I have had it with EE and am switching mobile contracts as I've lost money today due to not being able to receive calls. My customers were annoyed
