@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

@EE For two days I have wanted to check the balance on my Pay as you go mobile and/top up my credit. Texting 150 on handset is not working. Online said sorry that you could not meet my request and try again later.

@EE I have requested the unlimited data for my wife who is an NHS worker but when she clicks the link at her work it does not accept it and won’t allow the unlimited data to work. Can anyone assist us in solving this issue please

Customer support from @EE is always 👌I’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldn’t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

@EE Told I couldn’t have it, then when trying to upgrade told I’d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

@EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

@OPPOMobileUK phones are rubbish. The are the worst phone I have had the misfortune to have. @EE promised "the earth" with these phones but they are absolutely crap. Freeze, non-responsive... I'm fed up with it. Can't wait for my contract to end and get a decent phone...

@EE I live in the middle of London. I'll get some of the worst performing broadband I think in the whole world from EE I absolutely love their mobile service they have the best fastest mobile service outright of any provider ever in the UK broadband sux.

@EE Is there a problem with your system? I Have twice texted CYMRAEG to 150 as advertised on your website, received the automated response saying someone would call me within 48 hours but heard nothing back. This was on 07/12/21 and 13/12/21.
