  • CaroleFossey
Carole Fossey (@CaroleFossey) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

  • leejones90
Lee Jones (@leejones90) reported from Stockport, England

@EE what’s the number for customer service? I want to cancel my contract.

  • terryspipe
Tim Butters (@terryspipe) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

  • sarawestney
Sara Thompson (@sarawestney) reported from Bredbury, England

Customer support from @EE is always 👌I’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldn’t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

  • MalbiffaSwann
Mal Swann (@MalbiffaSwann) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@EE I have requested the unlimited data for my wife who is an NHS worker but when she clicks the link at her work it does not accept it and won’t allow the unlimited data to work. Can anyone assist us in solving this issue please

I'm guessing I'm not the only one having @EE internet issues on my phone?

  • JoeandCodenim
Joe&Co®Denim/Apparel (@JoeandCodenim) reported from Stockport, England

@EE Votes do not justify twice the price as any other service provider. You need to stop believing your own hype and look after your loyal customers before they start filtering away, you know, the ones that have stuck with you and built your company

  • pandaeyes82
Jo Brind 🌳 (@pandaeyes82) reported from Stockport, England

@ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

  • LindaBr31456660
Linda Briggs (@LindaBr31456660) reported from Buxton, England

@EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

  • phillip19836625
phillip (@phillip19836625) reported from Stockport, England

@EE what’s the point of having a number to ring when you never pick up the phone. Joke

  • nickfurber
Nick (@nickfurber) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@EE Looks like Vodafone beat you to it. Just like they beat BT (your parent company)to being the first UK network back in the early 80’s. When you talk the talk you’ve got to walk the walk #ee #vodafone #5g #pippedtothepost

  • northmonkey199
Mark boyle (@northmonkey199) reported from Macclesfield, England

@EE Told I couldn’t have it, then when trying to upgrade told I’d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

  • MalbiffaSwann
Mal Swann (@MalbiffaSwann) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@EE I am having issues logging on to my account via the app or on line is there a problem with your site ?

@LeilaniDowding @EE It was super bad lol . Nothing at all , but many excuses

  • tenerifepete
    Peter (@tenerifepete) reported

@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite

  • CreateActionLtd
Create Action (Alan) 🎯 (@CreateActionLtd) reported

@EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE It's not an EE phone. It's a Xiaomi Redmi 9 bought from Amazon. Why tell me to ring 150 if that number only works for EE phones? And as I said, it doesn't work, I tried around 20 times.

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE @EE Suppose I owed EE loads of money and I said this other person will pay off the debt for me, but they fail to do so? Would you think my debt is their responsibility, or mine? The gift cards are EE's responsibility, not some 3rd party.

  • Wozza777
    Wozza (@Wozza777) reported

@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network

  • Wozza777
    Wozza (@Wozza777) reported

@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE I’ve been all through this with my parents they phone switches to the mobile network when the WiFi is down

  • sophie_reed98
    sophie (@sophie_reed98) reported

How can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡

  • L1ND4K
    Linda Knott 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@L1ND4K) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.
