@EE Problem resolved without me actually talking to your colleagues. I started to make a call and was told that because I hadn't used the mobile for long period service had been suspended. All I had to do was to press 1 and back to normal, including giving my credit balance 👍

@ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

@EE Told I couldn’t have it, then when trying to upgrade told I’d have to find my own upgrade online as I wanted to try and reduce my bill. Not helpful and never easy

@EE My point was the nearer it gets the less it goes down eg the day before it will probably be about £90 still. I understand you are milking us for every last penny but there is a point where enough is enough.

@EE For two days I have wanted to check the balance on my Pay as you go mobile and/top up my credit. Texting 150 on handset is not working. Online said sorry that you could not meet my request and try again later.

@ee I don’t understand why having a price cap should stop me from ringing landlines when I’ve not needed to even use the price cap? I’m ok but this seems pretty bad for people budgeting every penny during a cost of living crisis?

Customer support from @EE is always 👌I’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldn’t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

Ongoing saga with My ee @EE , after 6 months I still can’t see my phone usage. Today l did see someone else’s details via my ee. Their phone number, their contact details and their handset type. I have the screen shots. We already have a complaint going on (since July).

@EE Live in York. I cannot get to the internet, via my 4GEE. Two phone calls involving technical support and four hours of waiting on phone. No change, no call backs. I work at home. Sorry, but very frustrating.
