After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

@EE over the last few days I keep getting calls from papa New Guinea at all times of the day and night how can I stop this as they are all from different numbers so just blocking the number won’t help

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

@EE Having signal issues no bars at all, currently in Birmingham. I couldn't recieve a phone call it went to voicemail then when phone call came through after she tried twice nurse from occupational health couldn't hear me. We had to rearrange the phone call tomorrow at 11am.

@DeputyGrocott @EE I’ve been with EE or predecessors since mobiles were a thing. I tell them I’m going to leave! I got my a14 for same cost I was paying my a11 with 25 GB data by trading in and getting £12 discount a month along with long service discount.
