I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.
