Unhappy with the poor service from @EE. Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here 😔

@EE I upgraded using my phone on 29 Jan. I just accepted the offer as EE sent by mailshot text. Realised too hasty. Called 29/1 re issues & contract. I was told to email. I did on 2 Feb and chaser. I wanted to amend contact. No response. Spoke to EE 10 days ago. They said too late.

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

@EE I was kept waiting for proof of purchase. Sorted that. This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

@EE I'm panicking about this as I can't afford to pay the money & it's really stressing me out as @RoyalMail have been no help 😢 yes the return is part of an anytime upgrade I did. I sent it back straight away, I have my ref no. Can you check if it's arrived at all please ?

So @EE offer 20% for members of the armed forces. But there is no physical way of applying that offer on their website. They are also offering me an upgrade (out of contract) the exact same as a new EE customer!! Where is the loyalty there?

@EE @EnglandFootball Poor EE Coverage If you'd like to cancel your contract due to poor mobile coverage from EE, it's likely that an early termination charge would still apply if you're inside the minimum term of your contract.

I got charged for my @EE calls to Pakistan even thought they were supposed to be free. Called up about 4 times to complain weeks in advance but they never listened and they applied credit instead, they’ve taken money - I’ll be at a loss for over a month because no one listened.
