    So frustrated with @EE and their lack of common sense. I can't even get a 2G signal indoors at home but as EE say the coverage is "fine there" according to their system, that's the end of the debate.

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    @EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

    Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

    @EE Hi. I am able to track my order no problem. However quidco doesn't recognise my order as complete which means I won't get paid the advertised cashback (I will have to appeal and may be unsuccessful). The link on quidco does indeed take me to your own official website.

    @EE After 2 people, no. The advise they can’t help or do anything. So no. I no resolution. I am locked in for some unknown reason I can’t recall, 24 month contract on a sim only card, that you won’t let me out of unless I pay £391. Not helpful in these days of economic crisis.

    avoid @EE .. booked a "24 hour repair service" *22 days ago*. Lost in transit. I continue to pay my contract without a phone, noone has any idea what to do including the twitter help team

    @EE where is my delivery via DPD? Waited all day Thursday and now all day today. No one can help me at DPD ; can’t track driver for some reason. EE sales say not their problem - very poor customer service.
