Unhappy with the poor service from @EE . Phone battery won't last, and I can upgrade, but they want to almost DOUBLE my monthly cost! They claim the new handset is so more expensive than before. So I checked. £60 difference, or £2.50 a month! Losing a loyal customer here. :(

complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

@chefandiwalker @EE 1 basic rule. Ask for disconnections. They have more power than telesales as its their job to keep you as a customer. Same in any contractual commitment with any supplier. It works. Trust me.

@EE I spent an hour and a half trying to get the hub to function - should have been in bed for an early morning Teams call. I was more annoyed that there was no technical support - everywhere was saying use the EE community but as you saw that wasn’t available either.

I’m absolutely livid with @ee. They have cut off my phone service for an overdue bill, because their systems can’t collect money from my bank account or my credit card. I have spent hours on the phone trying to pay them. Variations of this problem have been recurring monthly.

@EE I’m getting sick of this now month after month after month having only 3G service! Calls cutting out. Slow internet, next to no streaming just buffering!! And yet when I called yesterday there is no fault in the area?!? Best network… seriously doubting it!

Also don't understand why but always a problem using data with @EE in Aylesbury. Signal is allegedly good on 5G and 4G but is slow to do anything, if it even goes. High packet loss or damaged tower or something? Now there's no phone line/internet here I'm feeling this a lot more

@Ryyymann @EE They won’t do anything, I’ve made many complaints along with documented proof of poor signal and they ALWAYS say mast signal work ongoing. They must have residence at this particular mast as they’re always there working on it when I speak to them
