  • nonwatcyn NonWatcyn #IndyWales (@nonwatcyn) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE Yes, we have a scheme paid4 from our annual gov budget which Eng could have instigated too from theirs but chose not to. However mob companies coming to the aid of Eng fams was noticeable as was their omission of supporting Wales/Sco families. Never too late to make amends tho’

  • chickenshed24 sheryl fussell (@chickenshed24) reported from Rudry, Wales

@EE My week is very frustrating , no mobile network since last Thursday and having chased for an update your company don't seem to be interested in solving the problem quickly. Can't make business calls but apparently you don't guarantee a network connection so why am I paying you??

  • stewpalm Uncle Fester (@stewpalm) reported from Wenvoe, Wales

@EE Shite service from you today. Not impressed

  • thisisjmx J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

Hey @ToTheMoonMobile Do you not have access to @EE 800mhz band? I see 2100, 1800, 2600. But 800 would be a big help as inside signal is really poor around areas of my village.

  • thisisjmx J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

  • Welsh_Si Simon Latham (@Welsh_Si) reported from Caerleon, Wales

@EE is there an issue gifting data at the moment. I can’t seem to gift data via the app or online?

  • leeweb79 Lee Webster (@leeweb79) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@EE Are there issues with the network in Caerphilly at the moment? Been struggling for mobile reception for about a week now. And the mobile data is shockingly slow. Affecting all 3 handsets on my contract. Been to work in Cardiff today, and it seems fine and fast 5g

  • thelee_x_w lee williams (@thelee_x_w) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

Anyone else fed up of @EE got ripped off in my last upgrade, been in twice recently to try n upgrade another line and their systems are down. Might it be time to change my provider? Anyone suggest a good one?

  • thatWilkochap John Wilkinson – Chart.PR, FCIPR (@thatWilkochap) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE Hi there. We’ve got an outage in Cardiff but your system says it’ll be back up within 8 days. That’s a joke, right?! 😳

  • thatWilkochap John Wilkinson – Chart.PR, FCIPR (@thatWilkochap) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@EE Morning. No signal in Cardiff. Any known issues?

  • AndyVaughan21 Andy Vaughan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🔰 (@AndyVaughan21) reported from Risca, Wales

@SteveRoussellee @EE 3 hours and no response. Either the signal is that bad that they haven’t received it or they don’t give a ****.

  • garethwynhughes Gareth Wyn Hughes (@garethwynhughes) reported from Tonypandy, Wales

Hey @EE signal has been out in #Tonypandy CF40 1BE for over a week now. Can you advise what’s wrong please and an ETA on when normal service will resume?

  • Rivers_Slowmo CM Kerplunk (@Rivers_Slowmo) reported from Cardiff, Wales

  • jeggburt James Christie (@jeggburt) reported

@Tuftyduck74 @biscuitsgod @EE I doubt they would have assured you. They probably said "there are no currently no plans." Of course, if you think you have been misled, you could claim you have the right to terminate your contact without paying a fee...

  • zefrog Nicolas Chinardet (@zefrog) reported

Hey, @EE, as EU citizen resident in the UK, and loyal customer of many years, I'm really less than impressed by your decision to reinstate roaming charges in Europe. You managed well enough when you had to do it, you greedy bastards!

  • eskaydsm Sam 🌍 (@eskaydsm) reported

The first mobile network to confirm no data cap and no roaming charges will get my business, simple as that. Left @EE because they're jokers as proven by todays news... #25gb #EE #RoamingCharges

  • DomHeadley Dominic Headley FRSA (@DomHeadley) reported

@BBCNews @ee I will definitely be leaving as a customer after sticking with @ee since the early days of T-mobile on principal alone. Absolute betrayal after committing in January to not bring back roaming.

  • DamienHellewell Damien, The IndyCar Brit 🏁🍊 (@DamienHellewell) reported

@MartinSLewis This is nothing short of shameful. @EE I've been a customer of yours T-Mobile for TWENTY years. If you tell me I'm going to have to pay to use my phone in the EU - somewhere I usually go to 30-40 days per year - I will not be renewing my contract.

  • zem2005 sean (@zem2005) reported

@EE I was told yesterday that the issue of no signal was apparently fixed, so how come the network is still down in my area?? BH20 4DN. This is absolutely ridiculous, I rely on my mobile as I have no landline. Your quick enough to take my money for a service that I can’t use!

  • mikewood77 Mike Wood (@mikewood77) reported from Altrincham, England

I was looking at 37 business handsets on @ee but with the introduction of rip off stealth roaming charges from January I’m not touching that network!

  • CoopsSimon Coops (@CoopsSimon) reported

@denkmit @EE Yes I get that completely, and it's a proper u turn but only for new customers. Which isn't as bad if you're already a customer. You just won't use them if you're looking for a new contract. I may have misinterpreted if you were saying you were going to change because of this.

  • zefrog Nicolas Chinardet (@zefrog) reported

Hey, @EE, as EU citizen resident in the UK, and loyal customer of many years, I'm really less than impressed by your decision to reinstate roaming charges in Europe. You managed well enough when the law forced you to do it. What changed, you greedy bastards?!

  • Nick_L_B Nick Barton (@Nick_L_B) reported

@ee Shame on you for planning to bring back roaming charges (especially after saying you wouldn't). I've been a customer for over 20 years, looks like I need to find another network that doesn't want to fleece us. #liars #ee
