    @EE Hello David. Yea. Long time user. And recently got that casting service added. Then had a text telling me that BT Sport had been removed from my account. Not long after I had another text telling me I could now add it if I text SPORT to 150. I did also ring... No luck.

    Ok #ee @EE my daughter is now unable to pay for her current contract and have been told that she is unable to downgrade. We are going to cancel the monthly payment and hand phone back due to being unable to pay current costs. Please advise if this is not the case! #contract

    @Snitchie It's an @EE problem. Three had no problem down there in my experience but like you, on Saturday my phone was a brick. Biggest network my bum. That's Landore, Swansea Market and parts of Sketty.

    @EE your old broad street branch have terrible staff there customer service is very poor they need to learn that when dealing with one customer they should not just walk off and deal with someone else while dealing with the first person

    @EE We had an engineer come out Thursday who was supposed to set it up and be good to go, he connected something to the wrong telegraph pole, didn’t ring someone he should have and told us we’d have internet in 24hours but a really slow connection not which is not what we pay for

    @HyderEbrahim @EE The galaxy beats the I phone hands down for specs it’s all about the software and iOS wins for me but if Samsung had iOS I would get the S10+ absolute beast of a phone
