To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

@EE great, no signal at my home. The tracker says 3 days to fix. My mum is on end of life care and the only way the hospital can get hold of me is on my mobile as there is no landline. Thanks EE seriously screwed up.
