To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

Fuming with the driver for @DPD_UK_Helpline took a picture of my block of flats but didn’t bother to attempt to deliver my phone @EE passed it off as “no one’s in to accept” and when I rung customer service they told me there’s nothing they can do they’ll re-deliver tomorrow 😡

@EE I was told I would be upgraded to a plan that has roaming and credited back the price difference. Which I agreed to but wasnt done. I was told they have to do a call listening to confirm that 3 weeks ago and till now nothing has been done. I had to call in yesterday and the advisor downgraded me back saying they would add the roaming as a tech add on as it should be which I agreed to only for the downgrade to happen but he still couldn’t add the roaming and asked me to go online as no department was ready to act on it which was very annoying. How do I go online to chat with a bot when humans on phone cant fix my issue? I have had enough with ee really because every time I call I spend some time over two hours or my valuable time and still nothing is resolved. This is affecting me
