    Trying to cancel bits of a new package I was pressured into with @EE - #difficult and #annoying, still not managed to get it done. If your considering switching to EE, DON'T!

    To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

    @EE you need a word with your customer service. Tried ringing to question about the so called maintenance always happening with your network. Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

    @EE what a ridiculous network have been on annual upgrades for multiple years went to follow through with it again to be told my plan had been changed and there’s nothing they can do

    Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

    @EE any idea what’s up with my phone? iPhone 13 pro max 3 days old and had nothing but problems with it, today all I’ve had is problems with the internet, sms and making calls, really intermittent!

    @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @EE I have a friend who lives in Uplands area of Swansea, complains about signal in his flat, not just his flat that has issues with signal but other friends too, I visited a number of times, find similar issues with signal SA2 0QA & SA2 0QB

    This is why I stuck with same mobile provider so long! Moving from 3 to @EE - got a contract for a new eSIM, gave my PAC code. Tried to get eSIM and I can’t download it because of a data mismatch. Store couldn’t help, online tried to charge me to send a QR code

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE how hard can it be to cancel my broadband!? My new provider couldn’t get you to do it. You couldn’t do it when I rang up, I was told I’d be contacted when it could be done, it’s been three days and nothing. This is ridiculous.

    If you come to the swindon designer outlet don’t expect @EE to work. It never has, suffers the same issue as SN1 Old Town. Dire and EE can’t be bothered to improve it.
