Nobody answers for 40minutes. Not even sure if it is even maintenance or your network is just shocking. Have quiet word with yourself.

The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!
