    @EE I have a iPhone 14 pro max on order I couldn’t order via app or online to use student or blue card I’ve been loyal for 14 years same number. But being called mate & not adding the discount to say cancel and order again the phones backlogged for over a month can somebody help

    Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

    @EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

    @EE it's two weeks and this disreputable #mobile company cannot honour it's words..have been lied to by at least 5 costumer service staff. They must be paying really basic wages as staff cannot be assed to do their actual jobs .

    So it seems @EE only reply when you do this first. Ffsk EE over 10 years I've been a customer and have to constantly make complaints to get any response.

    Hi @EE We keep having problems with our speed of our broadband. I'm bored of turning the router off and back on every day or whenever I get a teams call. This needs to be looked at as you are routinely not achieving your guaranteed speed. Great to begin with, crap now.👎

    Anyone else experiencing terrible service from @EE #faversham today. I can barely make/receive calls.... @EE - if I am forced to use WiFi calling using a broadband connection I am already paying for, I trust I will receive a credit against my bill?
