@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE I have no idea why it was not working. After resetting my phone and leaving it off for an hour it was fine. I was unsure what happened but my friends on EE was fine. I would like to let EE know how good you are at your job.

@EE I’m also having my bill increased for people who can’t afford digital devices?! Am I included in being a vulnerable customer…feel like im being mugged off with that answer. Just cos I pay my bills im being charged nearly 15% more???? Think it’s time to move.

@EE your new "Exciting visual phone service" is crap. Cannot get through to effing anyone. I'm getting called twice a day for some reason and I cannot even call you back. Utter shite.

@EE Thanks for the reply Dom. Is that regulated or a voluntary scheme? How much do you expect to gather and spend on these services for services for vulnerable people? Should investment in the service not come from profit?

@EE Yeah I am very aware as to how network providers raise prices in line with CPI, however considering CPI was 10.1% in January adding another 3.9% on top of this just seems a little disgusting

@EE very shortsighted. Gouging above inflation increase from loyal customers when everyone is struggling. We may be locked in to current contracts but will not forget your disregard for customer loyalty - shame on you! Can’t wait to leave!

Hi @EE - 360 told me this morning they couldn't help me and should go into my local store. I just went in and told them my issue and they told me, (actual words), that they 'didn't believe me' and that 'I should have noticed sooner.' Need to rectify ASAP, where do I go from here?
