@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE Friends are getting 150x faster speeds than I am on the same "Free" network. Sounds to me like EE are throttling. Your forums also have the same complaints. I'd like an honest explanation please.

@EE I just called customer service as I also received an email and they confirmed the email was sent from a legitimate EE email but are unsure why it was sent to me. The person I spoke to said he would raise it with the relevant department. Thanks

@EE someone from EE came to my grandmothers door in April and sold my gran EE tv and fibre, the women assured my gran she would cancel her current contract with virgin and set up her account with EE. I found this very strange and low and behold my gran has now had EE (1/2)

Don’t think @EE should ever use DPD as a courier service again. They’ve been a complete failure trying to deliver the Switch 2 since Thursday and now our package is lost. An absolute joke

@EE I have set three emails over the last three weeks and nothing, very frustrating and after 13 years of being a customer I will be looking to a new provider in October when my contract expires.

@EE Finally got through to EE by using a different phone companies phone! Can't get through to EE on an EE phone! 15 minutes on hold, and then disconnected without the problem being fixed What is going on?
