@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE please help. Been trying to add a data roaming package on (just arrived in USA) and your app keeps refusing to let me add one. Been doing everything you asked and it crashes EVERY time. I changed to EE for this very reason! I heard you were good abroad. So far horrendous

Been with orange/@EE for over 30 years (my original account number was only 4 figures long) I leave after doubling the price of my SIM plan for less service.

@ee Another day, another 24 hours of truly awful service from EE, and another waste of money ive shelled out to you. Signal strength at -119dBm. Little better out in the streets nearby, possibly 2 or 3 dBM stronger, not that that makes a jot of difference. I'm not the only one.

Trying to cancel @bt_uk landline demonstrates all the failures of service providers today. Automated menus, downloading pins, them mixing up work and personal email addresses (because work phone is with @EE) now on hold whilst they try and solve a 'system' issue. 20 mins so far.

@EE Customer service team are rude & when asked for a manager to call me back, I was told there was no point because they wouldn’t. And you call yourselves the best network. Absolutely shocking. Customer service in general is on decline but this is worst experience I have had.

@EE How long do you have? Long waiting times to get through to your customer services, when you get through they give you the wrong information & argue with you when you challenge them. Raise a complaint for it to be closed without any communication to resolve or reasons as to why.
