@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE well done if the worst customer service experience. Ordered a new phone via upgrade with an order confirmation then you call to say oops got it wrong you need to pay more!!! Order cancelled and contract soon to follow. Unbelievable.

@EE ridiculous! Been going on since Oct. Update on M28.The site has been damaged by recent bad weather. Once it's safe for our engineers to work there, we'll get them started on fixing it. We will next update you on 7 March.

@EE sorry your here@to help 7am 11pm weekdays and 8 till 8 weekends is not working my@husband has passed away I am trying to close his account for the past 3 weeks I eventually spoke with someone 8days ago they said i would be contacted in 5 days I have heard nothing !

@EE It has no damage and I am confused as to why the website specifically stated my phone was ‘worth’ £200 and the email confirmation confirmed that. You surely can appreciate if you get an email confirmation that you’d expect it to be correct or at least have a disclaimer.

@EE can you tell me if you are experiencing network problems in the pontypool blaenavon area in south wales I have no signal, 4g, and the wifi is patchy. It's never been like this.

@virginmedia when will i recieve my phonecall? As a new customer who has still not had her account activated fully after 4 days,wifi is shocking,super fast my a**e @EE leave you standing.Without tv for 4 days now. 5 hrs on the phone, hung up on 3 times. Rubbish customer service.
