    @EE This phone is on payg. My contract handset is working fine. I've done all the usual things: restarted etc, but nothing is working. I'm guessing that because the EE app says my UNLIMITED data is "exhausted", that it's unlikely to be a problem with my device.

    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE the worst customer service. Offered free trial for an add on, given less than 24 hours notice trial is coming to an end, went on to cancel trial, error occurred, £9.99 added to my bill 👍🏻 #poorcustomerservice

    @EE it’s great that your helping people who cannot help themselves but it’s a shame you can’t offer decent deals to customers who have been with you for years. I’m saving £17 per month by moving to another network as your pricing is so high, even for loyal customers.
