I’m already paying £70 for 1TB and it’s not enough I have been on the phone for 50 minutes to be told nothing they can do. I have nothing left so 4 kids working from home it’s the weekend and no data left

To keep connected simply use WIFI - @EE Simply use WiFi?? I'm outside most of the day with no WiFi, hope we're not paying full price for half service!

Wifi isnt bad. downside, current price is £80+ a month with two boosters. so will see whats available in Sept.

Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡
