@watson_sonny @EE I've done my latest with no problems, they used to be around twice a year, but seem to be one a month lately, I've looked into it online, and the consensus seems to be the pros outweigh the cons, so ; annoying as they are, guess we're all stuck with them.

@EE Yet the network and the service is getting worse and your profits are increasing? I have nothing against @EE as a business they have been great when I first joined. Just the slow decline is making the increase in cost less and less worth it
