    Any1 else on here dealt with @EE for a PS5? Our delivery was supposed to be here bye the 15th but still no sign of it. From what I’ve heard there have been a lot of issues with getting them out to customers.

    Another yet wasteful call with @EE , again no idea with what’s happening with our broadband and we now have to wait till Tuesday! We’ve already been waiting THREE WEEKS. Would probably be quicker to cancel our contract with them rather than wait!!

    @EE price increase email received, ta. Why would you state the minuscule CPI rate of inflation (0.6%) instead of just saying “we are putting our loyal customer charges up by 4.5% - 7.5 times the CPI rate of inflation”! Say it how it is and don’t treat your customers as stupid!

    @EE your service is rather appalling. Charging a long-term customer £1.8/mn for either made or received calls when @VodafoneUK offers the same service at £1/mn (almost half the price)!!
