I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.
