    Really disappointed with @EE phones still not been put back on despite numerous attempts to resolve this they are too busy to call me back. Poor show

    @EE just had an awful call with the retention team - have been with the network for 20yrs&felt like noone cared to help me out with my price plan which got automatically moved so I was worse off. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they won't give call backs on pricing!

    Called @EE to discuss upgrade options yesterday, had to use the SMS system - still waiting for my options to be sent to me. Terrible service on offer. Will try and speak to a human today - if no good will try other network offers.

    @EE Yeah, it's still saying "To access the BT Sport app on this device you'll need to upgrade your subscription, for more info on how to do this visit..." I activated it on Saturday and it's still not working for me.

    @EE Also SIM authentication doesn't seem to be working or creating new accounts. Plus you demand 25p just to speak to customer support to get help! Seriously?

    @EE That's fine I understand that but your advisor told me it would be in Saturday... If I knew it wasn't I would have paid to fix my phone and wouldn't have bothered upgrading as I'm still waiting
