@EE hi I am having a hard time removing game pass from my account, it’s been removed but shows on my Xbox I still have it via you as a add on. I have spoke to Microsoft and you and I can’t seem to find any help. Funny thing is I still have access to game pass and it works.

Definitely think I might come away from @EE the amount of problems I keep having! My partner sent me a message at 3pm this afternoon and I've only just got it 5 hours later! Since when does a message take 5 hours to come through?!

@EE when will you sort out your WIFI signal in the South Hams!? I’m paying nearly £40pm just to want to launch the box out of my window.. I’m considering switching to a different provider, It’s beyond a joke now. 2 years of this crap.

actually regret my decision getting a Samsung - phone signal strength on them are nowhere near as good as they are on an iPhone! @EE your signal on my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G has been very poor in Buxton Town Centre, it's absolutely ridiculous if you ask me!
