  @SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

  @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

  @dcr_1999 @EE I had issue when I tried to change my kids contracts to sim only, tried online spend cap limit reached, went in store same, even though I was trying to spend less than currently was. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!
