brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

Hi @EE I upgraded my account with the promise of 5G however I am yet to start seeing it apply to my data. There is plenty coverage in my area and my phone is compatible however that’s over 6 months without. Can you help?

@EE love seeing that my bill has gone up by £7 this month moving forward. Not like we havnt got enough price increases with petrol and gas and electricity. This is how you treat loyal customers. I’ll be going to 3 from now on.
