@ee Hello, the UK’s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

  • langoo
Christopher Lang (@langoo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

  • andysvaughan
Andy Vaughan (@andysvaughan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE Anyone want to help me out with this? I have everything decided on and set up. All I am trying to do is commit to giving you a grand over next 2 years and it's impossible

  • PaulWilsonx
Paul Wilson (@PaulWilsonx) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

  • theycallmesimo
Snakewounds (@theycallmesimo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

  • theycallmesimo
Snakewounds (@theycallmesimo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

@EE With respect, your call centres have failed spectacularly to help me in 15-20 attempts. They have put me through to Apple support, BT support, cut me off, not resolved my issue. Why would I call again? You have had a life chances. @Offcom is my last resort.

  • ThomasODuffy
    Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported

@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
