Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. Has been ยฃ5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.
