    @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. Iโ€™m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    been through account security questions with @EE customer support so many times while trying to get our mobile plans sorted out that I have now memorised the last 4 digits of my bank account number

    @EE Iโ€™m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam thatโ€™s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didnโ€™t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for
