@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

Hello @EE I appear to have had a massive signal strength drop to my 4G box. My postcode begins with G41 (Glasgow area) Ive trouble shooter the router and can see no fault with it.

brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.
