    @EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

    brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

    @EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

    @EE there’s a clear problem with my broadband. For days it’s been dropping out, but now it’s constantly off and the red broadband light is staying on. Called up to be told we’ve had a new electrical appliance… err no we haven’t. Downdetector indicates there’s a clear issue!

    @EE Good afternoon! What on earth is going on in the SY11 area? This is the 5th consecutive day there have been problems with little or no mobile signal in Gobowen, SY11 3 . . area. I have had more texts from you saying normal service will be resumed in 14 hours than I can count!

    @VillanAston @EE It's not a common fault we're aware of, but if you're struggling to get signal even outdoors in the postcodes you've provided, it's the only possible explanation we can think of, given the other troubleshooting steps we've already carried out. 1/2

    @iD_Mobile_UK @EE Ow so taken you this long to suggest this after months and months of complaining? You said its not under warranty so who is paying for this? Its this a normal thing with iPhones 11 pro? I have never had this on my other iPhones ever.

    @EE just need to dig through the fine print of what you're contractually obliged to provide etc as my pixel 5 is a bit dodgy with charging and your executive customer care team aren't too keen on replacing it
