Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

With yourselves its Β£20 up front Β£72.81 a month (first month is Β£92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

Mobile phone SIM companys should be liable for at least a guaranteed 4g+
