    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    @EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

    Last night my mobile phone was stolen in London. Today I popped in to my local #EE shop to sort it out. I have NEVER been so absolutely DISGUSTED at the level of customer service (or lack of) in my life. Totally DIABOLICAL. So much so that I may change to another provider. @EE 👎

    @EE 1/2really disappointed that you’ve switched off our signal box which worked brilliantly for years. We both have Wi-Fi calling compatible phones, with EE, and Wi-Fi calling isn’t working. It’s switched on and we’ve rebooted the phones and the router. Any ideas?

    @EE my father has contract with you for £10/ month. He wants to cancel. You are making it very difficult. He is 86. He didn't get anything from and every time he gets through to someone you keep saying his contract is another 6 months. You are disgusting.

    @ThePollitt @EE @ThreeUK are equally sh*t. Offshored call centres really, really don’t help. Can’t help thinking the staff are harvesting personal data even though you have authenticated yourself before being connected to a human.
