    @EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing. Sent you the same message 24 hours ago and nothing back. Fed up with this now.

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over ยฃ60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about ยฃ5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    @SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and itโ€™s a year old and just out of warranty Iโ€™ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen wonโ€™t turn on? Not a happy girl! ยฃ350 down the drain.

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. Iโ€™m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    @EE one of your advisors failed to do dpa with me, didn't ask for my name and then sat in silence for ages so I hung up. Usually good service as well so was a bit puzzled.

    Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, Iโ€™m told they donโ€™t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom

    @EE Hi Iโ€™ve done all this and been happening since Thursday last week. Everyone else in our area is back up and running. I need to speak with someone right away texting isnโ€™t resolving the issue.

    Why is it on iOS thereโ€™s no ui change to say youโ€™re on 5G+? @EE & @VodafoneUK both say they have 5GSA or ultra 5G but you never know if youโ€™re connected to that and not just the normal 5G.

    @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didnโ€™t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that Iโ€™d never activated nor used it, u thieves
