    @ladystardust31 Itโ€™s just awful. I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

    @ee Hello, the UKโ€™s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

    @urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

    @EE Iโ€™m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that itโ€™s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. Iโ€™m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didnโ€™t work , couldnโ€™t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesnโ€™t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

    @becsav1 @EE Unfortunately Bec, this is retentions at their absolute worst chat will upsell you untold times. If youโ€™re looking to keep your number and this is the only active line your account text PAC to 65075 and donโ€™t even bother calling 150 to cancel otherwise give 150 a ring.
