    Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

    @EE Hi Michael. There is insufficient signal for any data for much of the airside ground floor food and retail area (and seating areas where I was trying to respond to emails). There was a good signal at the actual A departure gates, which is some distance away from the main building

    @ChrisWall85 @EE I've had this issue for 6 months and they keep telling me the are doing work in the area. I'm going to guess we aren't in the same area. It's beyond a joke and they charge for a service you can't use. Make sure you ask for a refund

    @MikeThornton94 @EE because i’m on the perks scheme, my contact goes up by £20 rather than going down like a monthly sim. That excess will be credited back they said but still annoying. Especially when it should in theory only be 4 days over, paying more now with less, than when i get a new phone
