Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

In certain sectors there will be a documented process to follow, but the usual expectation is that you have exhausted all means of contact with the company concerned. Record everything in detail, expect to evidence it.

Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

Jane Siddorn (@siddornySids) reported@EE I have been with EE over the past couple months. Prior to this I was on O2 for over a decade. I feel really frustrated about the price rises. I would be happier if I was receiving a better signal but it is terrible compared to O2. I feel duped.
