@EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

@EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Hello @EE I appear to have had a massive signal strength drop to my 4G box. My postcode begins with G41 (Glasgow area) Ive trouble shooter the router and can see no fault with it.

@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

3/10 The scammers told my dad to click the @EE email & change his password to one they chose, to get the discount. He fully admits he shouldn't have been done in by this but they "sounded just like EE, with all the relevant checks". The only tell was the slightly crackly bad line

@EE Turns out transferring an EE number on an eSIM to an EE physical PAYG SIM is not possible. I mean, technology wise it is (I've worked in the industry) but apparently EE can't/won't do it. Anyway, I'm in UAE and I'm f*cked without my phone. So trying to figure out a solution...
