Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

I was given a number to complain. That proved pointless. I'll have to wait for the contract to expire. Are they all like this?

If you both use Apple Music you may find it more cost effective to change to Apple Music Family instead. £14.99 for up to six people in your family (if just two people use it, it’s already cheaper than two separate plans).
