brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing.

@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously fruatrating

@SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

@EE in the USA, wife’s Travel Data Max plan added to account. She got ‘we’ve had a problem updating your account’ text. Called you x2 (40 min+ wait each time) told to wait 24hrs then will work. It’s doesn’t. Can you please resolve? our sons been in hospital & this is debilitating

.I know never to rely on a response from @EE Can I say I'm surprised? It seems normal practise for enterprises these days to make great inflated claims re their support services. It casts doubt on their other claims like their network runs on renewables . Hard to believe.
