    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @SamsungTV @EE bought a tv and it’s a year old and just out of warranty I’ve spoke to tv expert this morning and this model is known for all sorts of faults! Flashing stand by lights and tv screen won’t turn on? Not a happy girl! £350 down the drain.

    @EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

    @EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

    @EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

    @EE @MarcAllera @rootmetrics Agree with this. Whenever I get a dropped call it's never my signal - always someone on another network 🙂

    @EE @EE travelling to Turkey be extremely careful as unfortunately the business tariffs are shockingly expensive. Customer service guys in Greenock excellent but unable to offer an economicly viable tarrif.

    @EE I've only been on EE for a week now & hate it already, crap data package, forgot my password to log in & by the time I got the email to reset the password link expired not a happy customer😠

    @EE I’m fuming, how are youse going to block my number when I just renewed my monthly contract, been your customer for 8 years, and after setting up a direct debit the next day I have no service, went to the store to sort this my ID and bills etc and today it’s still blocked?

    @EE Thanks. It's still pretty terrible to be honest but only seems to be in certain areas. It's too much hassle to go through all the diagnostic stuff again.

    @EE Sadly, connection still bad. I cannot call from here as reception is also terrible. Can you look into my local connection- the mast outside where the box is located has often been found to have issues in the past. Thank you

    @EE I just want to know why the signal is and always has been very poor in these areas. Is your company switching off or lowering the output on your masts in certain areas? No DMs, I just want a straight answer from your hierarchy.
