@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

@EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

@EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

@EE Tried to Anytime Upgrade but order was cancelled as I was told I have to go on a higher price plan. I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

Totally shocked by @EE … had a phone with them for two years, no issues with paying. Yet I can’t get an iPhone 13 pro max as I don’t earn enough, even with my husbands wages added on. No attempt to retain their customers either. Off to Vodafone I go

@EE Scratch this, it has behaved again since. It was YouTube, had an update this afternoon to firmware. No internet issues, seems clunkiness of speed is phone feature. I'll have to stick with it, I don't think I can return for these reasons.

@O2 seriously has the worst customer service. Over 40 minutes on hold on the phone to try to speak to someone SO FAR. I called @EE last week and was through to someone in 3 rings.
