Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

Flashing stand by lights and tv screen wonโt turn on? Not a happy girl! ยฃ350 down the drain.

I currently receive f&f discount which reduces the monthly cost, but the new plan would be higher than what I am paying with a discount. Help!

Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

It's the old 'we're the best, they'll pay it' mentality which is fine when the price rises are maybe a little above the average, but recent changes are crazy.
