@EE Trying to get help from EE is horrendous switch contract from vodafone for my son 3 weeks later still not working! Paying for a phone he can't use disgusted my experience with them so far leaves a lot to be desired. I'l be dead by time i get a call back not good publicity !!!

@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

@EE No, never had any problems, I called your customer services team and they advised that you are having problems and it’s being looked into. Please can you take the time to advise your customers of this, and also when you expect a resolution.

Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

@EE My phone regularly (two or three times a day) does not connect/ loses its connection to EE phones within a 5 mile radius. One of your masts in Kendal was broken 18 months ago. It still is but you can't mend it "because of Covid". When can I expect a normal service? #EE

@EE Hello. I have been without network coverage at home, today is day 3. I rely heavily on my data for Internet access. Not to mention making & receiving calls (elderly grandmother currently in hospital and I'm next of kin). When is this likely to be resolved? DM already sent.
