    @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

    From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    @EE as most places are open except for EE. It’s a bloody joke that your customers can’t speak to someone on the phone when you do a live chat they can’t help you so please explain if that is a way to run a business.

    @LeekyB83 @EE 20meg should be just fine for HD streaming, 24ish is the sweet spot for UHD. Could be a contention issue, if you're in a busy area, you might have a fast connection to your ISP but if everyone else is streaming at the same time it won't matter how fast your connection is 🥺

    @VodafoneUK have to be the worst company going when you’re coming to an end of a contract , or just cancelled a new one , owed money on both fronts. They literally don’t care back to @EE i think never had these issues with them #daylightrobbery #consumerprotection .

    @EE What is occurring with the mobile internet signal in the GU29 postcode area? Normally up to 70MB on 4G and much faster on 5G. Only 1or 2 MB this morning and no 5G at all!!

    @EE not sure if this is a strange one occasionally my iPhone 11 says there’s no SIM, Apple confirm no faulty. I’ve been having issues with Signal and some other areas - do you think I’m worth getting a SIM replacement and who’s best to have a chat to?
