@EE are you having signal issues the last few weeks? Have gone from 4 to 1 bar on phone… not good, sometimes internet doesn’t even work despite it saying 4G

@EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

@DipakV88 @EE O2 is the only utility company that has held my loyalty since I moved to the UK 14 years ago. But I will admit, the network coverage in London can be patchy!

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE just went to pay for shopping with Apple Pay on my iPhone. Has no 4G but full reception on 3G. Phone said I had no internet connection so couldn’t pay so ended up looking like a right plonker. Drove down the road. Got 4G and internet connection came back. Why doesn’t 3G work?
