    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @HRLambert Ha! You just tried to use @EE 4G at Liverpool Street didn’t you...... They can see this all they want, but until I have enough network capacity to read an email at 17:30 on a weekday at Liverpool Street, I’ll remain non plussed.

    I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

    @Waynelittlewood @EE Again. Insurance has nothing to do with it. The charge is completely down to the company. EE can chose not to implement the charge but are doing so because they can get away with it.
