    Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @EE Extremely poor service ... as a brand new customer the whole process of transferring to EE has been so painful ... should have stayed with Vodafone ... 😩 don’t do it peeps ... genuinely not worth the hassle!
