It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

shaun bull (@shaunwbull) reported@EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.
