@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

@EE I am thinking of upgrading my Galaxy watch 3. Does Samsungs new watch support Google Pay and will I be able to send and receive texts without the phone switched on? That is something EE badly messed up on the Galaxy watch 3 as I needed my phone on to receive messages.

@EE You've just doubled my ee bill for my families phone, with no alternative, been with you since orange days. Signal is very poor. For my own phone I have gone to tesco with a great signal and far cheaper.
