    @EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

    Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @EE please explain how I can have 4/5 signal bars of 5g but my download is at 1.90mbps and my upload is only 0.02mbps. I cannot work woth these speeds!

    @EE It is now fixed but having lost service for 24 hours for a change EE made. I went to the Chester Broughton store as chat and call centre were constantly unavilable

    @EE trying to contact someone re PAYG. Topped up with an unlimited minutes pack but can’t place calls (says I need to top up). Need to speak to someone. Customer service charge 25p/m please top up?! I should have minutes. Awful service.

    @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    @EE Can’t be that concerned or you wouldn’t have a 45min wait time to speak to someone or just get fobbed off with a cheap AI bot that just repeats the same questions. Very poor
