@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@EE HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! My phone cannot get a signal and constantly drops calls it can’t even pick up 3G let alone five! Been on hold for 35 minutes and can’t even get to speak to anybody!!! Business customer absolutely furious 😡😡😡

@EE I got told to phone them and explain so i did, to be told the phone lasts 14 hours which im assuming they werent using it so obviously it would. Its on its way back to store now as they just reset the software - which isnt the issue. It is unbelievable 1/2
