@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

So gutted that even after having wrote a complaint to @EE my issues are still not solved :( At such a loss. Feel like if you don’t shout and cause a scene you get nothing. being nice gets you nowhere? Like if I screamed on the phone it would have been sorted?

@EE we’ve had fibre plus installed a week ago since then our internet is hardly working it keeps coming on & off all the time it’s really bad & extremely frustrating what is causing this to happen ? If I knew it was this bad I would have bothered changing.
