I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

Jeremiah Brown (@Jezonimo) reported@bobbiedazler @EE I've done that. But I've found a number of companies on X are infiltrated with fake "help" accounts, it's not just EE. There must be some sort of bot as all these bot replies appear within minutes of the original post.

Photo man (@ach59) reported@EE The problem is not the broadband at the router, that’s fine,it’s the degradation of signal from 600 mbs at router to zero (literally) despite EE assurance that four EE WiFi extenders would ‘do the job’ - not even close & the engineer didn’t even bother to look round the house

Laura Jameson (@lozjam) reported@EE Thanks will have a look. Although now suspect the issue may actually be a conflict or incompatibility between specifically just the @AppleTV app and my @SonyUK android smart tv 🤔 so the broadband may not be the problem.
