  @EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!

  Spent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

  @EE Yes, however your contact system is so poorly configured that, having fought through the very poor AI to get to a human, they always appear unable to do anything after 30 minutes of identification and account checks

  @EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?
