Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

Hey @EE so still there is no service & data signal. To even top it off had to deal with rude people on the chat about them telling me the amount the agreement that was set up as I had forgotton. So I’m still expect to pay my bill. I have been with ee for years. Not happy :(

I have an iPhone 14 that can contact satellites apparently if I’m stuck up Ben Nevis but can’t get on friggin WhatsApp on a haven camp on north ******* wales 🤬 @Apple and @EE need to sort your ****!!

@EE - Just so it's clear here, despite what is advertised, EE do not offer NHS discount. They pick and choose what the discount can be used on - and therefore, the suggestion that they do, is a sham. Choose a network that cares guys. Shame on you 😔
