-
TheGingerDigest (@DougJBacon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

-
Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England
I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data
-
Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England
@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.
-
Paul (@PaulMan107) reported from Crook, England
@EE seem to be upgrading the network every couple of weeks. I gave no service.....again!
-
L🍩ui💲e (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England
@EE I just spoke to Reece in your Newcastle contact centre. Just wanted to say 10/10 for customer service. He went above and beyond. First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!
-
Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England
As expected @EE never cares about customer relationship and thus had not replied. @VodafoneUK @O2 if you have better options for me with 500 min India calls per month then please contact me I will port my number
-
TheGingerDigest (@DougJBacon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England
@EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago
-
Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England
@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.
-
Lauren Vardy (@LiiL_Laauren) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England
@EE your website is rubbish. I can’t login it’s so frustrating 😤
-

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

Mikey (@Mikey_Hatter) reported
Just spoke to the rudest & most unhelpful customer service rep @EE these are the responses I just had: - I can get a cheaper deal can you match it? A. No, those providers slow down speeds & have call centres in India. - I have waited 40mins to speak to you.. A. You will wait..
-
Laura Alice (@Lauraalice85) reported
@EE Thank you for the reply I have tried both numbers and have had to hang up after about 25-30mins due to sorting family out , what is the best time to try and contact???
-
Steve (@sdb1979) reported
@EE Not at the moment thanks. It was more in reference to the hybrid broadband you have with BT and I don't think that will help? Will the sim work if it has no credit on etc? Purely need to check signal?
-
Gavin Tranter (@GavinTranter) reported
@EE Well, I have got a problem with my Samsung Galaxy to watch active 2 because every time charges it, it does not keep it charged and the battery keeps going down on it fast.
-
Peter (@herguestridge) reported
@EE It's more likely to be the poor signal I get at Portsmouth Harbour Station.
-
Steve (@sdb1979) reported
The biggest problem with the #hybrid option from @bt_uk is Im not sure the @EE network is that great here, that is a worry on a 24 month contract. Coverage check on EE website gives a vague idea of of expected coverage. Basically it might be OK, might not.
-
Tom 🎮 (@TMG_1991) reported
@EE Hi, I'm a mobile broadband customer, and your customer support told me changing my settings wasn't possible My router settings just say "options not available with CLAT" when I log into the router.
