@EE Hi guys the myee app isn't working for me, and hasn't been able to log in, since it updated yesterday (26/10/21). Are you fixing the issue? Tried resetting password to log in, but no joy. Website logs in fine though.

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

@EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

@EE The reason the payment was late was because right was never going to pay you more than I owed you. I had to wait for you to send me the correct amount, which I had informed you of. I can’t call you to say it’s paid or check youve received the payment. It’s a mess

I do not recommend @EE service/phones or @Apple products after a particularly poor experience of getting a new phone. Exceptionally poor communication from EE and phone arrived without headphones or charger. What a con!

I was so fed up at one point last night that I tried to get out of my contract - but @EE wanted £179.80 to terminate our contract early, despite having used up the whole 14 day cooling off period trying to get the data issue sorted.

@AppleSupport It’s happened to 2 brand new iphones, I’ve updated both of them to the newest software, & restored from backup, with the same result. It’s getting tiresome as @EE have also refused help through customer service, (contracted through them), and still expected to pay the contract.

You'll need to wait an hour for @EE to escalate your case to a senior staff member and then another 90 minutes to actually speak to a person who can fix your problem.
