    @EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

    @EE My new iPhone 17 pro max was stolen after having it 1 day. All they offered me was 30 of my next bill. I’m paying on a contract without a new iPhone. No loyalty perks, discounted upgrade, trade in credit, promo deal on a new device. Is this how you treat a loyal customer ?

    @EE So original complaint filed via telephone on 29/01/26 then online form on 02/02/2026 and heard nothing back!!!! Look into this, as I’ve lost the will to live by calling 150 everyday

I’m not wasting any more of my time going round in circles. I’m done with TalkTalk. Tell people the truth on why your systems have completely broken down in the past week!

    Have spent hours trying to renew/upgrade my @EE phone. All the store staff and call centres want to do is sell broadband. When you log in your online EE account it turns out you aren’t actually eligible for the tariffs shown. Giving up and heading to a new network.

    @EE Yes I know. 5-7 working days. I've worked in banking, insurance and customer service for over 25 years. And the fact it said on the app (on 29 Jan when I did it) the next payment date had been changed from 10 to 19 Feb is why I'm pissed

    @EE Thanks for the offer but all that will happen is someone will try and sell me @EE Broadband. I know because I’ve already called three times. Used to be a friendly helpful service now just full of sales staff trying to earn their broadband commision.

    @EE I think I speak for most of your customer base when I say this… when we generate our PAC online it’s because we don’t want to speak to you. If we did, we’d call you to negotiate, f%$k off with the incessant calls to all handsets on the contract! It’s so annoying!
