@EE Hi guys the myee app isn't working for me, and hasn't been able to log in, since it updated yesterday (26/10/21). Are you fixing the issue? Tried resetting password to log in, but no joy. Website logs in fine though.

@EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

@EE I suppose I was hoping for something like "Yeah, a meteor hit the junction box and a commune of rats have gained sentience. They're preventing our engineers from getting a good look at it", something I can say "fair enough, I can wait" to or look forward to some defined fix date.

@EE Hey guys, hope the person who reads this is having a good day. My router occasionally has issues with a few wireless devices, for example my parents' phones and my Amazon echo occasionally disconnect, can you advise on troubleshooting? Cheers! :)
