@EE 90 minutes on a call to get another replacement phone because you sent me a phone that doesn’t work.. what is the point of insurance? The Apple store today told me today that the battery isn’t likely an Apple part.. sub standard service! Who do I speak to, to escalate this?

@EE what's going on with signal? Over a year now it's been on and off but the last 3/4 months it's been absolutely ****, paying premium business rates and can't make a call receive calls, texts , emails anything, useless

Hi @EE I don’t appreciate your sales representatives calling me to force a new contract or price plan down my throat 😐🙄 Whoever called me yesterday needs better training to not try to coerce customers into new financial agreements they don’t want

@DeputyGrocott @EE Yes, you must be armed with comparable prices from any company which holds phone you want. EE will price match if you can prove the company has a better deal. Ask for your pack number, which implies you then leave with no problems. Good luck.
