  @EE mobile service is still down in my area. I was told yesterday it would be sorted in the next 12 hours yesterday at 17:00. Still down 24 hours later.

  @EE Hi Monika, I was given inaccurate information in my initial call and accordingly my update is not until next week. There was also some issue with the router that tech support have now resolved. Thanks

  @EE so disgusted with the service from EE the past 2 weeks. Doubling wifi £, not getting back to emails & calls, even their staff agreed. 😡
