Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

@EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

@ee Why don't you have stock in your stores? Both phones that I was interested in (one 5x more expensive than the other btw) weren't in stock. Staff tried to palm me off with a phone I was not interested in and already had a broken screen out of the box *sighs*

@EE Hi. I have replied just waiting on a response. I would just like an update on when the issue will be fixed please. We have already had confirmation there is a problem since Tuesday last week. 6 days ago.
