@EE I rang to complain yesterday morning around 9.30am and was told a supervisor would be calling me back within 24hrs I’m still waiting if this us not the case why say it, not good customer service!!

@Haroon_62 @EE All these mobile networks need to have 100% phone coverage before they get to roll out 5G and that should’ve been the case before 3G My phone drops out now more than ever Loads of dead spots all over Birmingham never mind the countryside @Ofcom needs to sort them out

@EE absolutely shocking signal for the last few days at DY8 1JN. Struggling to make basic calls on 4G, 5G or even WiFi. Any ideas please? Using Samsing Galaxy s20+ (and have been for a year without issue)...

@EE are there problems in South Wales please. My mobile phone is suddenly telling me there is no network available and it won’t connect to my @virginmedia broadband either so I can’t call, text or do anything. I have raised a call on your website using my iPad.

@EE I don’t have any problems being contacted if EE genuinely want to offer me something as a loyal customer. Just ensure people aren’t pestered by unknown numbers just because EE want us to line their pockets further and trying to mask it as a reward! It’s a very insincere strategy.
