Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@EE 3 days now trying to get to talk to someone in customer services. Calls don’t get answered, e-mails and tweets don’t get a reply. For a big communication company you don’t really like communicating. Quick to answer when it was time to upgrade though. #rubbish

@EE was supposed geta a call today after DM conversation yesterday on the poor service no call I am getting from EE I think I must have 1G can somebody once and for all sort this out. Ok advertising 5G when a loyal customer is getting this poor signal

I've a friend that left @EE December last year, they sent debt collectors for £129 they said she owed (in March) Despite that they've now sent her another bill for £47 saying they've now suspended the account that was cancelled last year... Anybody else have problems with #EE?
