@EE I applied for the product, @YodelOnline lost the parcel, I filled in a disclaimer form but @SamsungUk refuse to process it. This is after I’ve spent weeks webchatting and emailing both companies to resolve the issue, I’ve had zero support with this from either parties.

@EE I'm looking to cancel because I have moved and have signed up with another provider at my new home. I'm aware I'm generally meant to give 30 days notice of this but it slipped my mind as I had a lot to deal with leading up to the move.

@EE My issue with regards to making contact is that there is apparently no way to close my account or even simply cancel my service through My EE on the website: every method I could find seems to involve making a call or, apparently, being contacted by someone on Twitter.

@EE For being a loyal customer apparently I get 100% off the upgrade fee but when I go to checkout, it says I have to pay £300 to upgrade

@EE Hi, since moving in to my new property I struggle for signal in my house, constantly on one bar. The signal checker is reporting it should be ok. Can this be looked into ?

@EE - Just bought a Sim card at Fairhill Centre Ballymena. Sales assistant Mark McAuley absolutely fantastic. Not the most exciting sale he's ever going to make but really really helpful. Makes a huge difference. A happy customer #Consumers #customerexperience

@EE hi, what’s the process of shutting down a phone contract that an under 18 year old has taken out? Would the account be closed immediately?

@EE I’ve been fobbed off constantly from both company’s, I’ve wasted so much time chasing with zero effort or responsibility taken from anyone. I’ve had all the stress and feel like I’m the one having a terrible experience for their mistakes and poor customer service :(
