    Been with @EE broadband 3 weeks and now looking at a weeks outage. @Virgin any chance of coming back? Scamming accounts which claim to be the customer services dept of the above companies need not reply

    Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @emsdoesnothing @EE Its total ****. I have been complaining for months. Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. How do I find out when my contract is up so I can go elsewhere.. 😡
