    @bt_uk It is just rubbish! Drops out all of the time and the speed is almost snail like! I would love to have @virgin but they say they can't put a cable in! Therefore I'm stuck with @EE at £78 a month for a crap service! #ruralproblems

    Hey @EE when you demand your customers go visit a store, perhaps you should add to your script a question about if the customer can physically get to your store…. #inclusion

    Well @EE is the worst network out there. Their customer service is appalling - using lots of technical language no one understands, not being clear on what needs to be done, and contradicting themselves. Brutal

    @EE Hi Debbie, Had to relocate to be able to work today so not long home. Bill payer has spoken to EE but they could only confirm that work is ongoing. It’s an issue for the whole area as it’s a fault with the 4G mast.
