@SterlingMess @EE Its greed, gaslighted into 'you will get a better service'. I wonder if their employees will be getting the same increase in salary...

@ee I was shocked to find out that even though my 2 year contract with EE ended in Nov22 at which point the value of the handset was fully repaid, EE continued to charge me for both the handset and service after Nov22 and the response was that it was up to me to call 1/2

@Ofcom so @EE are probably ignorant of the cost of living crisis abs believe that their poor service warrants a significant monthly increase for customers. Here’s hoping they lose thousands of customers.

@EE Nothing sorted at all I’m afraid. The Apple Watch app is advising me to contact you with code 030. I don’t want to call again because I’m spewing hours each time woth same promises, without resolution. This needs escalating because no one seems to know what’s happening

@_julianlewis7 @EE I left EE 4 years ago having been with them since the early days of orange & T-Mobile due to them not having any loyalty. Thousands of pounds was spent with them and nothing back for being a loyal customer. I’m now with @ThreeUK who are a far better provider.

Here's an example: my 84 year old Tory-voting neighbour (who owns her own home) is panicking about photo ID. She's already had problems with banks and @EE. She doesn't have a valid passport, driving licence OR oyster card because she's too old to travel, drive or jump on trains.

@EE This seems and feels like a cash grab. No matter what you say about investing in your network. Especially when your owner made a profit over 7.6 billion pounds. How much of that profit is being invested back in? I can guess zero because shareholders right?
