cultofvhs (@thecultofvhs) reported@EE hey, was offered a perk as part of upgrade (prime video) but explained I've had it before but was told not a problem. I charged for it last month & now can't use it as I cancelled the card to avoid other charges. How do you plan to solve this? I can't get through on the phone

Megan Hubbard (@what_megan_said) reported@EE hi, I got a text when I recently upgraded my phone with a link to get a quote for insurance. The link doesn’t work & the website directs me to call but I can never get through. Is there another way? I just want a quote first really!

Joanne Allan (@jojobrosser78) reported@GavinWilliamson @EE Or maybe seeing as we are 1 year into a pandemic you & your frankly shite government could have been proactive & prioritised education over anything else. But you’re a shower of useless tossers so can actually only make a bad situation worse. Stick your patronising up your arse!
