    What a shock...I call @EE to cancel a contract and I'm kept on the line waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone (and I've now had to give up as I have to go out). You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

    @EE I have, more than once and recieved no resolution. It is not worth me annoying myself reporting it again for you guys to do nothing when i can just change provider

    @EE I have already called 150 which is part of my complaint! I have emailed it to complaints. I would think at this stage EE should contact me

    @EE shocking customer service today so asked to speak to a manager - apparently no one available on Fri afternoon as ‘they’re busy people & have things to do’ 😳

    @EE really poor experience at your Westwood Cross store — faulty repair, multiple visits, and poor service. Formal complaint raised. Can someone look into this?

    Hi @EE, my broadband has been down for over 40 hrs and all I keep getting sent is messages that it will be fixed at various times or within next 4 hrs. I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.
