    @EE hey I’m currently roaming and cannot make or receive calls, how do I get in touch? The app only provides phone numbers to contact (which of course are not working)

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    @EE I cannot call 150. Your website complaint form is broken and blocking me. Under consumer rights, you must provide a written alternative to log a complaint. Please provide a direct email address for the Complaints Team or escalate my DM internally. If you refuse, please issue

    @EE I can login on the website but I need the app to be able to control my broadband as it wont let me edit or do anything.

    @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

    @EE Can you get it escalated ? I have an o2 sum and willing to terminate EE contract. Immediately and move to 02 who have undercut you anyway
