  @EE I have had an online chat followed by a long phone call and each time, I am back a further step and my bill has gone up instead of down. I have raised an online complaint so hopefully someone will find out what is going on.

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @virginmedia let down twice in 24hours!! Promised me an engineer today yet none arrives!! Working off of 4g data at my extra cost, certainly leaving ASAP @EE let me know about your broadband deals!!

  @EE thoroughly disgusted with treatment today from Ee! Does it really take 5 days to get back to me with a complaint originally raised in February!!!!!!! Apparently managers don’t speak to the public!!!

  Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

  @EE Never had this issue before just a shame a company like you who I’ve used for years. Has this problem with awful delivery company.

  @grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.

  @EE Customer service REACHING NEW DEPTHS today!!! Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

  @EE useless customer services no email address, live chat are less than helpful, all you do is keep raising complaints which never get resolved
