  @EE @SuzJamieson Has it occurred to EE that people don’t have time to sit holding on in the vain hope that someone might speak to them? I binned EE years ago because they were awful and expensive

  @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

  @EE how long is it going to take to fix the signal issue for Ne15 9ep. I've not seen a single person at the tower at all. I'm not happy paying for a service i can't use.

  @EE Yeah says an issue in my area but still had signal but now it’s completely gone off and says won’t be fixed for another 16 hours. Absolutely ridiculous this

  @EE what a heap of rubbish! I’m here in AUS trying to renew an add-on and you are making it so difficult! I’m a new customer and wishing I had never moved to EE!

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !
