@EE Coverage horrendous on broadband and phone for the last three days. In line said there was a known issue but repair time had no expected fix time. Now it’s saying no issues but still not back to normal service!

@virginmedia KENSINGTON DOWN 5 Days. Using my @EE Hotspot. Can't get through to a HUMAN. Forgot PW etc is one circle. Downloaded App entered Post Code my virgin email I do not use . Please just get me back on 2 failed engineers. Long weekend

So @EE's reasoning for charging an extra £2.33 pcm for itemised billing is: "striving to create a harmonious customer experience between the EE & BT brands. By increasing the itemised paper bill charge to £4 we're aligning to the same price charged by BT for the same service"

@EE your app is awful, how can you be a UK leading network operator when customer service chat keeps losing server connection plus the grammar and attention to your customers' issues are shocking!!!
