@OpenreachHelp @EE @BTgroup It’s Openreach and EE that are most at fault here and only Openreach who can now fix this mess. Typical Openreach sloping shoulders, hiding behind process and SLAs rather than fixing your own mistakes.

Shocking service by @DPDgroup_news. Waited in for a @EE delivery then got a text saying I wasn't in. Driver went to the wrong house in the wrong road. Now needs picking up from a local shop. CS was going to call back but didn't and now it's closed.

@EE debited me twice for my phone upgrade… and have failed to process my upgrade today. The message support was not able to help. App still offering to upgrade me. Prove to me you aren’t completely useless by sorting this out!!!

In fact some months £175. Treating people who actual pay their bills like this, is shocking. For the sake of a month. Although you had no problems debiting my acc £39 +£9 pending upgrade transactions before I was spoke to disgustingly! #avoid plus @EE is cheaper

@EE - You've got the cheek to charge me £2 per day for data usage in Europe then not even provide me a service. Phone has spent half the time connected to O2 & the other half without any signal at all Only sending this now as I'm on a train using WiFi. Absolutely scandalous!!!
