@EE Coverage horrendous on broadband and phone for the last three days. In line said there was a known issue but repair time had no expected fix time. Now it’s saying no issues but still not back to normal service!

  • michaeljw_97 Michael Williamson (@michaeljw_97) reported

@EE If i wqs to proceed with EE broadband, would i need to cancel BT first? BT only started on Monday.

  • SheriCopelandUK Sheri Copeland (@SheriCopelandUK) reported

So @EE's reasoning for charging an extra £2.33 pcm for itemised billing is: "striving to create a harmonious customer experience between the EE & BT brands. By increasing the itemised paper bill charge to £4 we're aligning to the same price charged by BT for the same service"

  • RedSteppaJ MAN LIKE RED J (@RedSteppaJ) reported

  • WasdaleBex Rebecca Naylor (@WasdaleBex) reported

@EE your app is awful, how can you be a UK leading network operator when customer service chat keeps losing server connection plus the grammar and attention to your customers' issues are shocking!!!
