    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    @CathyJoslin @EE Are you receiving automated texts from other senders? That's the best test of whether this is a sender-specific issue, or an end-user-specific one. That then dictates the course of action to rectify.

    @skytv do you want to explain why EVERY other device from 5 mobile phones. 5 laptops. 2 ipads and a even partridge in a pear tree works on @EE broadband, but your sky Q box and multi room box keeps disconnecting? is that why i pay £75 p/m for repeat films and crap sports?

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2
