    @EE Can't access my EE app since the update and my 4G keeps dropping out. It's not a regional problem either I've been all over the country in the last few days.

    Ongoing saga with My ee @EE , after 6 months I still can’t see my phone usage. Today l did see someone else’s details via my ee. Their phone number, their contact details and their handset type. I have the screen shots. We already have a complaint going on (since July).

    @EE I’m sure your colleagues on the help desk are similarly motivated, and after three hours of text exchange I’d hope that they have what info they need already.

    @EE Yeah it is faulty and they've agreed to replace it but no stock so I'm here paying for this phone that can't be used properly so no offer to resolve it. Just a shame for a long standing customer not one with line but 3

    @EE Spend your efforts dealing with the complaint please. You won’t be able to deal with me officially because somehow you do not recognise me as the account holder. I know this, I’ve been trying to progress this since July.

    @EE No issues logging into the website. Just My EE app. Says there's an issue and to close it and try again later.

    @EE hey there you lovely peeps. Is there any issues with the app on Android at the moment? Keep getting error messages when trying to open it.
