@TheEnergyKing @EE @MarinaPurkiss I would be extremely surprised if this was a fraud issue. It seems like a CDR rating issue within the EE billing system.

@EE & @bt_uk OX5 area broadband speeds are crap (0.4mg) it defies you charging us for it! 4 weeks on & @WeAreOpenreach have done FA. Your Operative said it was drain on the internet due to our landline which was stopped years ago & promised a new router- serious compensation time

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I dealt with BT and a mobile phone company on a similar problem from my mum in law with dementia. Took a while.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I had an electric company try and charge me 4 times the total existing meter reading as an estimate. That for a supply where I use almost nothing. Utilities and communications are operating like broken companies, presumably because they think they can just get away with it.

On the 15.05.25 I posted this: So @bt_uk & @EE your broadband to my area just about registers on a speed test, yesterday we had the heady speed 5mg! I have been told there is an issue which @WeAreOpenreach should dealing with? No router sent since & signal **** again

@EE Spoken to your "guides" on the phone 5 times in the last 4 days. Currently on hold to them. They are the ones who told us to go into the store. And the staff in the store told us that they couldn't help us and that everything the "guides" on the phone had told us was rubbish

@MarleyBoxer14 @MarinaPurkiss @EE The deposit is because you need it to justify it based on your CC or you have deposit rated services (premium calling et) - if it’s that and you removed the service the deposit would be returned.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Well I was looking into moving to @EE for a better service, but if that is their attitude to obvious faults..... I'll look elsewhere.

@EE @MarinaPurkiss If you’re in a charitable mood, my mum wants hers refund. She got hit with the same type of bill amount when her phone was nicked. She never made any calls.
