    @EE I'm not happy at all , Ordered my upgrade Yesterday morning, hoping for next day delivery ( saturday ) ...Nope coming on Monday when i'm back at work , terrible service!

    @EE we are in the USA and having roaming abroad package. Both our phones are no longer making or accepting calls. (Worked perfectly for first few weeks here) Can’t even call customer services. Any ideas?

    @EE Your a fantastic company and the service I’ve had has always been amazing. I’m just frustrated that I end up paying more each year in the contract, when realistically it should be going down as the phone I have is older
