@O2 @r4anhughe5 I’d happily join O2 again but @EE have me locked in for a while still. Can I get out of my contract if they can’t get me basic service at my postcode?

  • petikeis Peter Iesan (@petikeis) reported

@EE Thanks for your help. Will try late on, chat seems to be closed.

  • 83NNYB B3NNY🐝 (@83NNYB) reported

@EE is there something going on in Saddleworth with your 4G signal? Always been full in my house, it’s been shocking for the last few days

  • F0xyG4mer Chloe Clapham (@F0xyG4mer) reported

@EE Yes and it wasn't the ultra it was the Flip Z but its asking for an upgrade fee on those that have an upfront cost of 50£ but those where its free the upfront cost is 400£ I haven't had a message back about this issue yet

  • JB72499847 JB (@JB72499847) reported

Hello @EE - any chance you can fix my @btsport subscription which I requested almost a week ago already but still isn’t accessible as a swappable benefit. What am I actually paying you for, if you’re not providing a service you promote?

  • JB72499847 JB (@JB72499847) reported

@EE Just checking, is it too much trouble to acknowledge my tweet and take steps to fix my issue? Not sensing great customer service @EE

  • Lord_Steerforth Lord Steerforth (@Lord_Steerforth) reported

@cntraveller @EE These articles are the kiss of death to anywhere half decent, like those travel guides that tell you where you can find the bars "where the locals hang out." Naturally, the moment a bar becomes full of Lonely Planet-clutching ponces, the locals move somewhere else.

  • Danny39098934 Danny (@Danny39098934) reported

@EE Claim to be the fastest network, absolutely awful. Speeds are slow, even though on their end they reckon its fine. Doesn't work when I get 5G either. Definitely won't be renewing.

  • bradyates_ Brad (@bradyates_) reported

EE are the worst I say it all the time but they are mate my iPad contract finished last month and I’ve still paid for this month, £108 is a joke you lot are ridiculous @EE

  • JamesWatts85 James Watts (@JamesWatts85) reported

@EE My signal has been rubbish for a few days now, my mobile data has been so slow.
