    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!

    @EE An hour? How does that work if power lines rarely done if there’s a storm or any other kind of emergency..

    @LeilaniDowding @EE True. My parents, in their 90s, have been endangered by not being able to phone out for help when EE has not been able to maintain coverage. @EE

    @hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!

    Does anyone have any tips as to how to get a response from @EE_coapp or @EE Have tried DMs, their useless help message function and a call. Nothing Think they’ve all left this Earth. So much for their performance guarantees

    I'm convinced that zero humans work for @EE what a **** storm of conflicting information. Repeating yourself over and over with different outcomes to only be put to someone else and repeat again and then told different information and other person wrong. FU EE FU

    @sophie_reed98 @EE Because they want new customer details that they can sell on to make more money than your plan. They have yours, mine and they’ve already sold them probably twice over. They don’t care about loyalty - never have never will.
