    @ee is your login and upgrade journey working properly? Keep getting told can’t login (when already was logged in) to see upgrade options even when being told I can upgrade. Same problems on app and web experience

    @EE now my broadband is finally working again properly after 4 months, when are you going to let me know the compensation? I’ve tried emailing but all your emails are do not reply! Customer service as poor as your broadband! please don’t ask me to call you, life’s too short

    @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

    @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

    @Hepworthclare @EE It’s called “customer service”, apparently. It’s sadly lacking in some companies & yet they talk about it enough. As with so much else, it’s just words. 😩

    @edfen19 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm leaving them cancelling my mobile account gave them the 30 days notice & tv & broadband account will be next when contract runs out best network in britain MY ARSE 🤬

    Did anybody else get the government emergency alert at 2am this morning and again at 7am. @EE This was in top of the original one at 7pm a night!

    @EE Your agent was supposed to email me the bill's and the non existent emails I never received telling me the line was going to be cut off, I still have not received them. This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.
