@EE Hi. Little issue with my latest home broadband bill. My latest bill shows £40.04. My plan was £26.33/month. It's the last month of my 18-month plan. Is there any chance to get this reduced back to £26.33? I don't understand why it would change without notice. Cheers, Jim.

@EE No I wanted to upgrade to Samsung s21 I tried as a new customer it let me sign up to 40gb for 37.60 but as I'm already with u I can't get that one

@EE I have moved house this week and despite your web site saying the coverage is good, I rarely get any signal, phone completely unusable at present. Having to tether with my wife's Vodafone which has an excellent signal?

@ee I need to make an insurance claim for a damaged device. I have called twice and was told to call back each time or use the app as your systems are down. Can you let me know when they are working please so I don’t have to spend the whole day answering security questions.

@EE How can my wife change the email address on her account? She has changed it online, checked it has been changed, messaged with a customer service rep, and yet you keep sending emails to an old address which I now use for MY business. What’s gone wrong with your systems?

I need to contact my friend due to this “Britain get talking” thing but I can’t due to your awful systems. No outbound services. Moving to @EE so I can actually use my phone as well as getting an unlimited plan for less than yours with a network that will eat yours in one test.
