    @EE should not be a functioning company. Cannot overstate how appalling their service is - for me and others on asking around. If you're looking for #broadband or #phone services please don't go with them. They shouldn't still be in business.

    @EE So, yet again - EE MyPlace update message on the phone this morning. a problem in your area affecting service should be back to normal in 2 days! 0-1 bar on phone again. this is the 20+ time in 3 months we've had this type of message. what the hell is going on? Area: TQ7 3

    @EE I have noticed a sharp drop in Internet speed since the 4G mast was removed from near to me. CW1 3HN, down from 100mbs+ to 16mbs+ Is this temporary?

    Internet via @EE down in the north west. Manchester and surrounding areas are a hotspot. Reports of phone coverage down intermittently. Problems first reported at approximately 3pm.

    @oppo your customer service is nothing short of terrible. ive been 5 days being passed between you and @EE with a faulty phone, and now its past the a month period, due to messing about with you both, you wont replace it? really?
