  Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

  @EE I did call again and the woman said she'd send him a message to call me. That was over 3 hours ago. This was all about retaining me as a customer. Henry had an idea that he was going to check out and come back to me.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.

  @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @EE my daughter signed up for your broadband on the basis of getting an iPad for £100. She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.
