    @JennieeBCUstn @EE you could cancel the contract and go elsewhere, or get them to deliver it to your house, and make sure that they do not charge you for the days that you have missed.

    @EE hi EE. Your website says I should get good coverage 4G at my home address indoor however I don't get more than 1 bar and my network keeps disconnecting. Who do I connect?

    @EE One of your advisers told me my phone was on van to be delivered yesterday and it never arrived so I got intouch again to find out the phone is out of stock and was never on van to be delivered

    Thank you but certainly no upgrade or contract renewal @EE I've never been in a contract with such awful customer service, takes double the amount for the bill then only pays you half back and for the best part of the first year i could never make a call . I will bid u farewell
