    I think @EE have been hacked or sold their customer details to someone dodgy. Haven’t had an EE account for years but have received an email and now a text saying that they can’t verify my billing details and to click on the link/go to EE to avoid a block on the account.

    @EE hello I have tried to register for EE perks several times with my nhs email. Every time I try to validate my email it just takes me back to the login page and then when I login it says validate email. I have been trying since mid December now can you help? Thanks

    @EE My broadband is still hit & miss open reach diagnosed a issue with my router private messaged & emailed no reply nothing but trouble having it installed, I advise get BT EE don’t care

    @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?
