    @EE @KevlarBrock I had an EE engineer out because my tv signal constantly breaks up. He told me that he would send a new router because an EE update was doing this. No router. Still crap service. Will be moving to a reliable supplier soon. (Engineer also advised me to buy a £200 3rd party router

    Less than an hour after an @EE home engineer visit (that resolved nothing) we’re down yet again. I think this is now the beginning of the end. Hey @Plusnet 👋🏻

    @EE We already have every day for the past 5 weeks multiple failed visits it’s been escalated so many times with an open complaint still keep blaming each other, on the verge of cancelling the contract as you’re not providing the service we’ve signed up for and going elsewhere

    @Mobilescouk I'm stuck in limbo over here, after moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK . My switch date was yesterday and my SIM wasn't delivered. So I've got no service, can't call or message anyone. What can I do?

    @EE And a total waste of time that is - I don’t want apologies, or someone to say sorry - I want a resolution to something that has been going on for nearly a month now - not fit for purpose is how I describe the (non) service I have received from everyone I have dealt with so far

    @EE I have just spent another 1hr 30mins on the phone when the phones been put down, this is and utterdisgrace. I will not spend my life on the phone to EE, I want a senior manager to ring me!!

    Why are mobile signals so despicable- I’m with @vodafone & husband @EE. Both terrible in our house.
