    @EE I have, more than once and recieved no resolution. It is not worth me annoying myself reporting it again for you guys to do nothing when i can just change provider

    @EE I live in the middle of nowhere. I have the EE app but it is sending me messages via my non-working phone number. I have missed 11 calls from my GP and 14 from the district nursing team today. I do not have a landline. This problem occured a month ago and you sorted it then

    @EE @O2 @O2 whats your sales number please I have contract sim but never use it we are dire customer service so I'm moving to o2 entirely

    Absolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customer….. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK

    @EE Hi - I'm afraid that I don't have the time to navigate your website/or call you ... just letting you know that your customer (account) details used the wrong email address and has none of your onboarding messages. If you have an email address which can be used, let me know

    @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64

    @EE your customer service imo now falls below even virgin media, 28th day of a complaint today so there is a dispute on the account, I'm currently on hold to some foreign country collections team, if the complaint is not escalated to exec team now I want a deadlock letter and
