@EE absolutely disgusting service I have been a customer of yours for 5 years both mobile and broadband I am moving house and need to cancel my internet and you are charging me £228 to cancel because I recently signed a new contract. Safe to say I will not be renewing with you

@Burnsey1985 @EE @spaloney I am the same, got mine and partners email, both eligible plans (as used add to plan before) and got nothing. The process doesnt work but all you get told is its your fault.

So what does @ee do when I tell them nobody can hear me on the phone? 1) Say it’s official policy that chat & social media staff can’t make calls 2) Finally ring, but then say they can’t hear 3) Call on land line but hang up 4) Promise to call back. I’m waiting #NotAnAprilFool

Slow hand clap for @EE who miss-sold a data plan to a vunrable widow today who just wanted a preloaded data SIM for her son to play fortnight on his birthday. They then flat refused a refund and suggested that she just use her phone as a hotspot if he wanted internet. Sharks.
