    @EE hey, was offered a perk as part of upgrade (prime video) but explained I've had it before but was told not a problem. I charged for it last month & now can't use it as I cancelled the card to avoid other charges. How do you plan to solve this? I can't get through on the phone

    @EE hi, I got a text when I recently upgraded my phone with a link to get a quote for insurance. The link doesn’t work & the website directs me to call but I can never get through. Is there another way? I just want a quote first really!

    @EE my free trial of the BT Sport app ends this month, if I carry on can I cancel it at any point or am I locked in for an amount of time? Thanks

    @EE. Hi, just received my upgraded phone in the post. Inputted the sim card, phone did not recognise it. Tried to open the sim card but it will not open. Help.

    @EE haven’t been able to log into @btsportfootball app for at least a week. Keep getting errors and you’re not taking calls. How can you fix this?

    @EE Thanks Megan, I have messaged. I have now been cut off 😔 I've never missed a payment and I've been with EE, I feel this is unfair when nobody has tried to call to rectify considering the ongoing issues
