@EE is there a direct line to @eebusiness billing? I called earlier have to be tfrd 4 times to fet to right dept. The issue is big do referred up the libe, was told we would be called back but no reply. Dms on here dont work so just a phone no pls?

If you like throwing away money then join @EE otherwise I recommend going with a different company as @EE customer service is a joke they employ stoners that have no core what they are doing because they are high as a kite

@EE you have now sent me ANOTHER threatening email saying I owe you money for the return of the Apple TV when you called me and confirmed the issue was resolved. This is harassment!

@bt_uk Know this, i will be taking my complaint to ombudsman to be refunded for the price I have to pay @EE especially when installation was given as 7th January!
