  @EE It appears to have now resolved itself, connection has been constant today. Do you have a broadband checker tool / website where I could see these issues, or is it a case of contacting you when issues arise ?

  @EE Internet still down. I was given 8:30pm on Thursday to be back up and running, 7pm was the time given yesterday. Just wondering if you can give another random guess for today. Cheers.
