    @EE Have to say EE, am absolutely disgusted with your customer service. My son has had to buy out his contract because his Z flip developed a ‘known’ fault and was outside Samsung warranty. Shameful situation. You wanted him to pay an outrageous repair cost for a ‘known’ fault!!!

    @bt_uk why the hell did you push your broadband customers to be managed by disaster that is @EE??? Calling their complaint policy stupid is understatement. They will close your complaint automatically if I don't answer their phone call during my work hours. Ever heard of email?

    @EE shout out to a guy in your Exeter high street store who solved a SIM / eSIM issue for me in about 12 seconds with a smile. Sad I didn’t catch his name but yeh, just wanted to pass the positive feedback on.

    @EE still not able to access anything on my email or account. Under the DDA service providers must make reasonable adjustments for service users. EE have not done that and are in breach of the DDA 1985. #Bbrokenthelaw
