@EE the app still won't let me access my account and I can't login via the website. What's going on and when will this be resolved?? I rang 150 as that was the only answer I could find online; told there was an issue but was offered no update on when it would be resolved!?!

  • Sawhno Samir Sawhney (@Sawhno) reported

@EE hi! Called a few weeks ago to cancel a tablet contract and haven't heard anything to confirm since then? Was also meant to get a call about a potential business additional line. Please advise.

  • ColinTheMathmo Colin Wright (@ColinTheMathmo) reported

@foster63 @EE Also, I don't have the knowledge immediately to hand, so I'll need to look everything up as I go, which is slow, tedious, and error-prone.

  • CasualCreation2 Casual Creations (@CasualCreation2) reported

@EE Could we have a hint on a possible drop? could one happen this month? Personally I'd prefer to get it from yourselves its one place bots can't crash as its all to do with our account and the length of time we've been a customer.

  • MiyagiSense1 Miyagi_sense1 (@MiyagiSense1) reported

@DeanofLaw @EE You dont need to extend the contract, just keep paying the broadband until youre ready to cancel and then let them know. They usually have something like a 30 day notice period so make sure you let them know beforehand.
