Hey @EE can I ask what’s the best number to call your customer service team when calling from another network as I have just joined EE in the last few weeks & have limited signal at my home address & yes I currently have an contract with @VodafoneUK as well 👍

@EE I was told I had to switch from BT to EE because BT were only handling commercial customers from now on. What a disaster. That was back in December last year. Took 3 months to get my phones to work, even though they worked under BT! I recently had another problem.

@bt_uk & @EE I became a customer of BT only for it to be taken over by EE! I left EE as a mobile provider because their services were absolutely appalling now I'm finding the same disgraceful service for my home services & dont get me started on trying to 'speak' with someone!

@EE I already submitted one yesterday but it said it would take 7 days to hear back. I am rapidly running out of time before my contract prices rises so I would like a quicker solution please, given that it has already been 3 weeks and no solution

@Lionesses @EE It's a disgrace that Jess Carter isn't up for this. Get her in for ****. Jess was absolutely IMMENSE and a huge reason why Spain found it so difficult to break us down.

@EE And yet still no broadband fix huh. Ya know, the fact that even turned on it fails to display router names, and yields ZERO connectivity no matter how many restarts are made. I'm suppose to leave contract early on the 30th.. guess I'm spending the last few days with NO WIFI, JOKE

Nothing says "treat yourself" like upgrading your phone with EE and getting the full DPD chaos experience. It's the annual stress-fest I never asked for. @EE

@EE morning guys. I upgraded my Apple Watch last week. Had an issue with delivery so cancelled and reordered using your chat service. However this morning I notice an extra Watch account on my app - so I have 2 phones and 2 Watches. It should be 1 Watch. A bit weird?
