@EE @imDJB Thieving little kunts, sooner the world knows how vile EE is the better. All the want is money, worst service provider. Too greedy.

@EE @LasallianSean What really annoys me is that if you want to buy something, few online clicks and sorted. If you want to cancel, you have to telephone, wait, listen to their grovelling nonsense, talk to a human. Just make things easy for everyone

@EE internet is broken and the earliest you can get out to me for a *known hardware issue* is next Thursday? I WFH, everything relies on internet now. What are you going to do about this?

@molimo3 @EE Unfortunately a no go because it’s a SIM that I use for broadband. I live rural and copper broadband is too slow, so 4G served me well. Ordered Starlink now. I’ve cancelled now, but they still owe me for an hour of my time

@superpaddiepads @sassycassyL @EE I’ve never minded paying for the phone monthly, because the contracts used to run side by side. Now you pay longer for the phone.

@EE an issue with the signal in Tenby West Wales?? Multiple people can't make calls to either landlines or other mobiles.

  • T_Northernbloke
    Andrew Harbot-Taylor (@T_Northernbloke) reported

@Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

@EE is it standard practice for your staff to laugh at customers when they complain and refuse to answer perfectly reasonable questions? I’d just like to clarify before I send an invoice and issue legal proceedings if it isn’t paid.
