@EE Just tried again, manual amount entry and got a 502 Bad Gateway screen. My phone just alerted me to the £10 topup, and also got an email. Please look into this, as there is obviously a problem here. Thanks.

@EE Hi, the network is fine, it was an issue with my card payment. I presume it's due to the increased checks brought in by banks.

@EE Sadly nothing I've done seems to have brought back my previous download speed. As I said, this happened after a several-hour-long outage, first time it fixed itself, but after the second the bandwidth has remained at ~7.5Mbps instead of the usual 14.

don't know why I bother anymore with @EE , getting internet on my iPhone lately has been awful....contract is almost up so I guess its time for a new phone and supplier

@EE My DD has been taken and it appears that I've been charged £6.95 delivery due to completing the upgrade over the phone, I only called because the #MYEE System wouldn't allow it. charging me for your system errors seems very unfair!!

@EE Hi, just received my iPhone 13 pro max with seal on the box broken. There was no protective bubble wrap at all. Called 150 and got fobbed off. What is supposed to happen? Not happy

@EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

@EE every time I try text through Siri it fails to send, even though I have signal?
