    @EE awful customer service! I placed an order over a week ago, paid an upfront cost, now it has been cancelled as the website had a mistake on it?! Apparently they don’t have a complaints system or contact either? Please contact me about this. Thanks

    @kevinbacon @ee you are advertising a network that consistently has problems in my area. Every 2nd day I receive text messages saying they have a problem in my area and it will take up to 8 hours to resolve.

    @EE My mum has got a new smartphone and kept her old ee sim where she is paying a lot for next to no data. She can't remember any login or password but needs to change her contract, but keep the same number. How does she go about it?

    Hi @EE I have 5G Router and we are not getting any internet through it!! We logged into it and nothing is wrong but when we can’t even do a speed test!!! With only one device connected to it! It costs £50 a month for this crap?!

    @Zenith_UK @O2 @EE EE is terrible. Great coverage, probably the best coverage however, they charge so much more monthly than most other providers!

    @EE just had the most horrendous customer service from an agent regarding roaming charges I’ve incurred ringing EE can someone please help me as I’ve been calling for days to no avail

    @EE Uig Isle of Lewis - 2 weeks after getting our broadband and mobile signal back, it's playing up again. Crippling for my online business. No other masts cover our area most people don't have land lines. When EE goes down we are back to carrier pigeons & smoke signals
