@EE It’s in regards to an account that I do not have and never opened with yourselves as on my credit score it states that I have opened an account with you guys in 2017 which I’ve been told there isn’t one on there however I would like this in writing or an email...

@EE once again I had no service at work today (PE1 5XL) we are key workers and every month for over 4 months it’s been the same . I tried to phone 150 but couldn’t contact after 30 minutes of waiting I’d like this complaint dealt with again

@EE hi, I've had no signal where I live since the beginning of November now. Quite ridiculous I'm paying for a contract that I can't even use unless I'm on WiFi (and even then, the WiFi calling doesn't work) When will this signal issue be fixed? It's getting ridiculous.
