    Upgraded my phone today at the @EE branch at kinnaird park, Edinburgh. Fantasy service from Simon. Another reason I’ve been with EE/Orange for nearly 20 years.

    @EE is one of the most customer-UNfriendly companies I have ever dealt with. I regret using them as my mobile service provider. Cannot wait for the contract to be over so I can deal with a more friendly and professional company. Absolute waste of time.

    @HarryHowells90 @EE I’m with EE, had loads of issues prevoiusly because of a faulty router and it took the best part of a year to be fixed due to the intermittent nature of it
