    @vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer

    @EE how on earth can you have 4 bars of signal and 5G and yet you can’t do anything online. Horrendous!

    @EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.

    @EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

    @EE Sick of wasting my breath with you guys, my app hasn’t worked for 18 months now and signal is very poor around Gateshead riverside. Don’t even know what I’m paying for anymore

    @EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better
