    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE

    Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

    EE suck. They need to apologise for their totally ****** service. @EE
