@EE, a communications company, that refuse to communicate, unless you are rich enough to pay over £50 p.m. Cue the copy pasted 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal, demands for DM, that they won't read, and leaving me with a barely functioning signal.

@EE why is it impossible to access the EE shop online, I’ve logged on etc, tried on my phone and iPad, all I get are blank pages, I’ve cleared my history and cache, pages still not loading.. looking at ee community this is a common problem…

@EE The increase inline with everything I get but the extra to help others should be optional. I’m the 3 years of my contract it would result in around £10 more overall then what I signed up for

@EE morning. I upgraded to a s22 ultra on 25/2 order number xko286920711. I haven't heard anything since the original confirmation email and it says the order number can't be traced in the app. Can you help please. Thanks

@EE can you help me please? I’ve recently left EE and changed my number to my new provider, but I don’t know if my iPad has been cancelled as well? As it was an additional line to my phone. Also when I log in it just says “Account Suspended”. Any help please?

@devcfc88 @EE It’s very one sided isn’t it. It doesn’t sit right with me that you enter into a contract and they can put the price up mid way through, and it doesn’t count as them altering the terms, and you’re not allowed to cancel.
