    Really wish we'd stuck with our old BT broadband. @EE is **** by comparison; we need boosters all over the house, signal keeps dropping and I still can get wifi in the garage. Absolute waste of our time switching over to something which was (falsely) promised to be better.

    @EE is it too much to ask to actually speak to a human? I’ve been poorly advised by one of your reps on a WiFi setup, but now I’ve bought and paid for it, it’s impossible to get through to speak to anyone about how crap it is. How on earth do I get a human on the phone please?

    @EE your network has seemingly collapsed in the didcot OX11 area Any particular reason why? It's iffy as it is but now in Didcot it's proper toss

    @EE honestly the signal is horrific none or very weak even with wifi iv had this since my phone updated have wifi calling won't even work be bye ee next year

    @EE your customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. Have had a business account for over 20 years which counts for nothing when trying to speak to anyone would never recommend EE to anyone now.

    @EE having issues with broadband keeps cutting out at least 5 times a day since 6/12. Usually back on after 10 minutes engineer visit 11/12 confirmed external fault to be fixed on 17/12. Tonight came home and router had stopped altogether, I wfh this is unacceptable
