    When I’m outside my phone love connect to random hotspots with no data.. like I ain’t unlimited already @EE fix up!

    @EE It’ll be connected and than randomly appear. I’ve been with you since Tuesday and it happens every day. Also, I’ve having really connectivity issues on multiple devices. Speed tests show a decent 60Mbps but I can’t connect to video and pictures on Twitter don’t load

    @EE I'm disappointed to find out that 5G doesn't work unless you're on a special "5G" plan. That's not the case with other operators. Your £16 plan only allows a paultry 1GB(!) meaning you can use your entire data allowance in less than 30 seconds.

    @EE I think my number has been spoofed, is this anything you can help with/have guidance on? The people getting call (and therefore trying to call me back) are all 07966 22 numbers

    @EE please can you explain why you sold me a 5G phone in a non 5G area and expect me to pay the 5G price. Your customer service team just said basically it is tough and refused to put me through to a manager!! I would like answers and will be asking @HCC_TS
