    @EE I know why you’re doing it, but it never used to be required and if you need extra money... why are you giving new customers lower prices than I’ve been paying so far? This is literal nickel & diming and it does not sit well.

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @EE How do you know when #EE is lying to you? Easy, everytime they speak to you, Tweet or email you. Maybe that is why 76% of customers rate them BAD on #trustpilot

    @EE The lousy customer service team still haven't called me 24 hours after they told me it would be within 2 hours. I have 4 phones on EE contract and EE Broadband yet I am treated like cr@p. #leaveEE

    @mcDarke @VodafoneUK @EE is the way forward mate. Last time I trialled a Vodafone sim the customer service was shocking, but that's another story.

    @EE Don’t worry, it’s not at an intermittent issue, it’s constant. At home and the spot I was in.

    @EE - I've been out of the house 3 times this week and on none of those occasions have I been able to get voice or data. Are there ongoing issues in TA6 or is this scheduled maintenance? Having a phone that only works on WiFi is a bit poor.

    @EE Don't upgrade with #EE just leave go with company but #EE. They steal, lie and refuse to fix problems and apologise.

    @EE ‘s customer service is ****! £600 phone bill due to their mistake .. threatening emails and text messages! 3 months worth of aggravation.. safe to say I won’t be renewing my contract with them at the end of it 😡😡😡
