Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.
-
Alun Morgan (@Broomrig) reported@ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.

-
KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.
-
Clint Sookermany (@ClintNorDD) reported@_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
-
hanmark (@hanmark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.

Keith Brown (@KeithBr89743464) reported@EE @ee I do have an appointment for tomorrow but I’m pretty sure it’s a bigger issue. Have you got any sort of update as I’m also getting slower internet speeds on my iPhone 17 pro max using mobile data

Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
