Absolutely horrendous customer service from @EE. We’ve had three appointments for someone to come out & install our broadband. No communication & no one arrived each time. Over a week now since it was supposed to be installed & still nothing!

WOW, after years of being a loyal customer of @EE they are happy to leave me without any ability to use my mobile in my home since they no longer provide signal booster boxes & mine stopped working 2 weeks ago 1/2

Spent the day @HenleyRoyal regatta yesterday. Data service from @EE was rubbish! Had 4bar connection all day but nothing was getting through. Trying to msg friends to meet up was impossible.

@EE I have 2 problems: 1: I can get full bars but can’t practically load anything online. Now I have to use my friend’s Vodafone network to twit. 2: At home, I get full bars but can’t receive calls. They go straight to voicemail. I don’t even get missed calls but can make calls.
