Anthony Savage BSc (@TS77UK) reported@EE They said they can't help as it's from Flow but if I wait 48 hours then it MIGHT fix itself and allow me to order. You missed the main point about cancelling without asking me if a different colour would suffice. But thank you for replying. Colby from Ireland was amazing though

jellybean1976 (@jellybean_7676) reported@EE @ee all I want to do is cancel roaming. The WhatsApp bot doesn't recognise what that means and I can't cancel it on the app or by logging in on the website (presumably making it deliberately hard to cancel).

Naomi Langford-Wood (@NaomiLWood) reported@EE what’s happening? I’ve received another text saying that equipment is ‘in its way’. It’s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isn’t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare

The Driver 🏴☠️ (@i_drive_the_bus) reported@EE are utter wankers, done it again, buy this piece of tech for well cheap only x amount of them, by time send me message all sold out, **** em, can't even get semi decent service out of them let alone a cheeky brucie bonus, wankers

Bionic_KT (@bionic_KT) reported@WeAreOpenreach @EE Openreach essentially allowed an order to fail because a form wasn’t completed when Openreach hadn’t actually sent the form…
-
Dan117 (@Dan117TV) reported@CawSticky @EE I pay £90 a month for the same speeds as you, wtf.
-
John Lee Garrett (@johnnyg_pinty) reported@EE so after your advice on speaking to you again on potentially upgrading and staying with you. Not only was the price again higher than a new customer but was more expensive than the first quote 15 years ive been with you and you clearly no longer value my custom

Mark Davison (@MarkDavisonUK) reported@KevlarBrock @EE Black routers are WiFi 6 and outdated, if you’re on a full fibre connection request the WiFi 7 routers that’ll hopefully fix the issue. See if they can send it free of charge if not escalate it.

Liam Wilko (@CFCLiamW) reported@EE are actually the worst broadband and TV provider ever. Always up and down like a yoyo and cause its all internet streaming now, when it goes down can’t even watch TV. Every day its on and off ffs
