    Hey, @EE, I was wondering whether it's possible to change my SIM only contract to a cheaper plan and still be able to use the same data add ons that are available now. I tried looking on my MyEE account but couldn't find anything of use. Any help would be great, Thanks

    @EE The SIM card was never opened and destroyed so therefore never used. Please refund the 2 payments you have taken from my bank account.

    @EE hey, my phone was working fine this morning, then all of a sudden the screen now won't turn on. I've tried resetting it with volume/power and it vibrates as if it's doing it but nothing shows. It's on an S21+. Can you help please?
