    @EE Hi I need help. My contract is set to end today and I need a PAC code. This is for my personal device (my work one is still with you) how do I do this as I cannot call from the phone, when I try calling from another it’s not recognised. Really disappointing.

    @EE can someone assist in getting access to my EE Benefit that I have never been able to access! I tried 2 weeks ago and you could not assist as the App wasn't sending me a PIN number and had locked for 24hrs

    @EE can you please help, my phone can’t receive or make any calls, I’ve done all of the recommendation steps to reset the sim. It seems to register the network, but I cannot send or receive calls. Your live chat is busy. Thanks x
