  @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

  @EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE can you explain why the people operating your live chat service aren’t clear like those on the phones. The person on the live chat has now left a 16 year old girl without data, which she relies on whilst travelling to school for her safety and the checking of bus times. Does the safety of 16 year old girls not matter?

  @My_Metro The mobile signal and tunnel @EE relay hasn’t worked between Gateshead Stadium and Gateshead for months. Used to have full signal across the entire route but now I get no service from Gateshead until we get towards Central. Is there a known issue?

  Why it’s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. I’m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I got the iPhone Air. Had to swap to pay monthly for eSIM only, 50p cheaper. But the eSIM didn't hop over. So now I have no phone line. Fraud prevention due to one fail. Modern tech eh? @EE
