  • Crabbers29 Ian Crabtree (@Crabbers29) reported

Don't know why i ever went back to @EE . I'll be leaving as soon as I can. Awful customer service and now putting up my bill nearly £8 a month.

  • ChiocciMike Mike Chiocci 🏴‍☠️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇹💛💙 ❤🤍 (@ChiocciMike) reported

@EE @georgedaws You already make £Bns is profit. It's repugnant to rise bills so much during a cost of living crisis. We all need help, not lines to take.

  • grobee81 Gail (@grobee81) reported

@EE No i still need help

  • cjp_88 CJP (@cjp_88) reported

@EE doing over their customers by a massive price increase when their profit margins have been huge. Them and other network providers really should look at more than maintaining those massive profit margins.

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

So it's billing day again. Have @EE Sorted my issue? No change in hell. I am now literally being billed £3 more for 15GB of data less. Due to @EE Failed attempts to correct an error on their part. It's like groundhog day.

  • JulianCTurner1 Julian Turner (@JulianCTurner1) reported

@aerial99 @EE I just left Smarty as they do not support short code texts! They are cheaper but you get what you pay for...

  • BytesGuy Adam H (@BytesGuy) reported

@O2 I’m having trouble activating iMessage since porting my number to you from @EE on Tuesday. Chat support in the O2 app just tell me to contact Apple who in turn tell me to contact O2. I have DM’d you a few hours ago

  • Raymbb Rachel Benbow (@Raymbb) reported

@EE I took my contract out in September 2021, there certainly wasn’t a clause for a 16% increase with 3 weeks notice. Maybe a slight increase but 16% is absolute day light robbery. Maybe if your network actually worked efficiently then it would be less insulting.

  • jakeclarke1306 J₳₭Ɇ (@jakeclarke1306) reported

@EE keep hammering on these ridiculous price increases “in line with inflation” which is 8.8%, which by the way, these increases are WAY higher than 8.8%, thinking we ain’t just gonna tell them to **** right off at the end of our contracts? Nah. Buh-bye 🖕

  • Pleyndamour Mark F (@Pleyndamour) reported

@SFraze_ITFC @EE @tescomobile I’m going to drop them when my contact ends due to this. Can afford to pay Kevin Bacon but can’t afford to support ordinary folk. Another greedy company.
