Formal complaint seemed promising but when passed to their 'Value' team, price offered was £10 more than for a new customer. It was nuts.

Simon Franklin (@SimonFranklin12) reported@hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE You got away cheap our free tablet costs £10 a month for 3 years. EE frauds have now been reported to ofcom for it after they refused to cancel it once we realised it wasn’t free.

Garry Walker (@GarryWalker) reported@Etsphonebill @EE My AirBNB just cancelled on me. £450 down the drain. Router is still showing blue and giving me a login screen. Which means I just need an active username and password. They aren't willing to give me one. They say there is no possibility of compensation as my contract hasn't started. Technically they turned off my dead mothers internet. The only reason I agreed to a 24 month contract with them when I will mostly be in thailand is i need internet now. Im in a village where there is no phone signal. Maybe ebola is too harsh. Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome is more appropriate.

New customers? £28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be £769. Me? £2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was £1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis
