    @EE sick to death of my home broadband being either totally down or slow !!! I was guaranteed a minimum speed ... it’s not happening what is going on ? My kids have used all their data !!!

    @EE what is it with your broadband? it’s fine one week then the next week it’s then on off on off 7/8 times an hour! We pay for a service but it just keeps playing up. This is especially irritating as me and the wife are working from home! Speed is fluctuating like crazy too!

    @EE I want to upgrade to sim only but it won’t let me amend the address. My upgrade was due at the beginning of this month so I need to do it ASAP to avoid unnecessary charges. Pls help.

    @DeanofLaw @EE You dont need to extend the contract, just keep paying the broadband until youre ready to cancel and then let them know. They usually have something like a 30 day notice period so make sure you let them know beforehand.

    Why are you calling me repeatedly every day @ee ?? Yet no message is left. This has been happening for about 2 weeks now. If there is not a problem with my account, then please leave me alone. If I have a query, I will contact you.
