    I see posts on here slating @EE I have been a broadband customer since 2017 and earlier this year I took out a phone contract and got a great deal as I now have both with them. I have been very happy with their service.

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

    @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

    @EE any known issues with your BB in ML11? Nothing is working, lights on hub are suggesting everything is working and can’t run a test on the app.

    @EE I left my airtime contract with you at the start of the year but I'm still paying my device. Due to issues with my bank account I missed my direct debit last month. I can't see anywhere on the app or website to pay it?

    Why is it on iOS there’s no ui change to say you’re on 5G+? @EE & @VodafoneUK both say they have 5GSA or ultra 5G but you never know if you’re connected to that and not just the normal 5G.

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

    @EE Hi there The link you have sent does not work - have tried other connections and still fails - no point now as I am arriving back to U.K. tomorrow- this is soooo disappointing and I would like to be compensated. Really has caused me issues

    @Ofcom Could you help direct me in the correct path. @EE sold me contract which as been billed incorrectly for 5 months since I been with them, 1 hour calls each month to get them to add credit and not fix the issue. Endless managers and complaints and it's making me ill.
