  @EE when will your app be up and running again? Says it's down for maintenance but can't put devices back online that were paused. A warning about this on the app would have been extremely helpful!

  @EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff

  @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

  @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?
