  @EE I have—repeatedly After a further 40 min call secured appt for tomorrow PM. It shouldn’t be this difficult to become a New Customer, where equipment is correct & right 1st time✅ It’s cost me over 5.5hrs of my time If you say you’ll call back—just do what you say you’ll do!

  @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

  @bt @EE @openreach the worst companies on this planet to deal with, awaiting broadband since February with escalation after escalation, simply brilliantly rubbish. A customer for 40 years and they really do not care
