    @EE yet more billing problems with EE. Why is this so terrible? Some of your team are great, some not so good, but your systems for dealing with problems are awful

    See whilst I hear it....sometimes this UK place has trash signal 😤 Don't even know why I continue to pay a phone bill to @EE 🙄 Then they make your data move really slow when on a phone call, so to use my phone whilst one a call, i either need to whatsapp call or use wifi

    So, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time 🤔 Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow

    @EE Thanks for the reply, i have done all this and still have not been able to. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.

    @EE Hey, that's great but you can't receive texts on the watch number, tech support confirmed that yesterday. And there is nowhere to change it to the actual mobile number

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    @Hepworthclare @EE It’s called “customer service”, apparently. It’s sadly lacking in some companies & yet they talk about it enough. As with so much else, it’s just words. 😩
