    @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔

    @EE @EE 150 is exactly where I already got nowhere that’s the problem. Charged £4/min and now refused a refund. I’m raising a formal complaint, and if it’s not resolved it goes to the Ombudsman. I’d rather sort it here please DM me.

    @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

    @EE WHERE'S MY BROADBAND? It's been months now and I'm still using your awful 4G hub . You've got until the end of August then I'm leaving. I'll also cancel my phone contract out of shear spite.

    @EE No problem, thank-you :) i have an iva if that impacts anything? Would only be a sim only i'm looking to add
