  @LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.

  @EE @sophie_reed98 I never understand why companies reply with “contact our team & they will assist” good customer service starts with EE taking the lead to contact the customer & directly assist the customer, if EE or any company value loyalty make the effort to keep your customers, it’s just lazy

  ******* @EE & its multiple options of help but non of which are to talk to a ******* human! also not one option on any link covers my issue WHICH I WHY I NEED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE YOU *****. (I have mental issues that make this stuff super hard)
