@EE No, your automated line wouldn't accept my account number, and your call centre was shut/broken. An internet company ought to have a working website anyway.

@EE just had yet another sms from EE saying problems in the area. 2 days to fix but I can use wifi call, blah blah. No I can’t in the middle of a field on the farm. Maybe a reduction in the bill for this issues which is probably the fifth or sixth recently, would be a better idea?

@EE Very disappointed that despite coming into your store last week to close my deceased's wife phone down I get a link to my new EE online account and it's all still in her name. I was assured it had all been sorted. Very disappointed and upset.

@EE Earlier today, and tbf it seems to be an automated message. You and your parent BT are selling 4G into poorly served areas as a way to achieve the USO, then you come out with this crap. All it achieves is making those reliant on an already flaky service, feelever more put upon

@EE But if you want a different wound to salve… how can my service be marketed as unlimited when in reality it has a 600GB data limit?

@EE I’ve been advised it’s already in hand and should be resolved within 5 hours.. what I object to is being advised to use a service that isn’t available to me

@EE I can’t seem to make any calls in the US. I’ve tried resetting roaming, turning my phone on and off and I can’t get in contact with my bank so I’m in a bit of a bad spot. Any chance you can help?
