    @EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window

    If you're abroad and your SIM card breaks (or you lose it) you better pray you're not an @EE customer. Absolutely impossible to report it or speak to anyone!

    @EE you website and app are a nightmare. Can never log in, and now it's saying I'm blocked while trying to view my bill.

    @EE The app is awful. Why won't you just come out and admit you're having major issues with it? I can't even manage my home broadband through it. It worked fine a week ago.

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort
