    @EE I’m talking to a customer service rep who is being ableist, rude and ignoring me. I expected so much more from such a big company. I’m so disappointed

    @EE your internet broadband is awful! Always down and comes on only in the day time and can’t connect during morning and night time what is all that about!

    @EE My phone is showing no SIM card installed, I’ve swapped it into my wife’s phone and it does the same on hers. When I’ve tried her SIM card in my phone it works. Help.
