@gemz03 @EE Good luck. I ordered mine over a week ago, it was sent out by DPD and it's been "lost in the DPD network" Pretty sure one of their workers has stolen it

@EE A 10% discount wouldn't cover it either, given that the majority of the cost of a contract is the value of the phone itself. Feels very much like you are scamming loyal customers because they forgot to cancel/change their contract after it ended

Spoke to an @EE manager with the worst attitude. Literally copy and pasting the same thing multiple times. Then when I said I’d take the complaint higher, they literally said “sure”. #EE #EEMobile

Well after being with @O2 for just short of a decade finally left after years of rubbish customer service and poor service. Who knows I could be back but looking forward to being a customer with @EE who have been fab at customer services and great in getting me set up on EE.
