Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

Your call operator was patronising and could not explain why the issue was unresolvable. Incredible. Do you want customers?
