Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.

Also Stu (@stuinweymouth) reportedCan someone explain what @EE are doing?? Out of contract. I sign up to a sim only deal on Saturday. Get thanks for your order and here’s details of contract. Look at the app. They haven’t done it!! If you go to a contract paying less money they cancel the order. @Ofcom

She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.

Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

Diane Jeggo (@DiJeggo) reported@EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
