  @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently I’ve got no data no calls or texts either and I’m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so there’s defo issues lol

  @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care

  @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

  So I go to Turkey, @EE bill is paid up, come home, service has been cancelled, broadband shut off… And obviously no one to talk to about it…

  @EE Where is my phone? Ordered Wednesday, no update. Phone and got told I would get a text yesterday still nothing. Terrible service

  @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

  Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future
