  What on earth are @EE doing…clearly a significant problem with European connections and yet they have not advised anything to customers, business users or otherwise. In France unable to call the U.K…an hour and waiting on the online chat or non-chat in this case…hopeless

  So today has been a new low for @EE a staff member has refused to connect me to there cancellation team and then telling me I don’t have the right to cancel. As a consumer we all have the right to cancel if we are not getting the service that we pay for!!. @Ofcom

  @totfinsol @EE @BradChuck Their app is shocking. I still cant link my device despite contacting them several times. Gone backwards in customer service. Its all "call 150" now. No I just want live chat like most modern companies that I can text and not waste time talking to them!

  @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @CallaghanK79781 @EE It's a constant since they all got rid of 3G but they all treat us like we are stupid. They should pay us for using their networks now as we are ripped off for a service they don't provide anymore. I am lucky if I get 1 bar on a 4G signal. We now have to rely on shops wi-fi 😡

  Het @bt_uk @EE we don't have a landlines any more and we're never going to subscribe to your ****** ripoff broadband or TV service so can you come and take the cable away? Thanks.

  Hey @EE your engineer has been & fitted new broadband at my in laws today. Despite your assurances over the phone your engineer was the smarmiest, clever arse **** who ever walked & it would seem incredibly rude to boot . And the TV & telephone don’t work either.

  @EE (2/2) I also pay £25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about £10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for £70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online
