@EE hey. I’m trying to upgrade my second line. I’m having issues with the online system. Regardless of the phone I choose, I get a message saying there are no suitable plans. I don’t have time to go in store or do it over the phone. Any help is appreciated.

@EE and @VodafoneUK are having a competition to see who's worse ATM. EE's been down in my area since November and Vodafone a rocking a solid 1Mb/s. With neither looking like they intend on fixing their issues. Good job I'm not paying a combined £70 p/m for these services then.

@virginmedia no broadband in KT8 since yesterday lunchtime and fix ETA of 4pm today, not good enough. No-one on our street using @SkyUK has these continual drops in service, and we never had full outages with @EE either, just slow speeds, so why should we stay with you?
