    @MarkDavisonUK @EE @Plusnet BTO say everything is good at their end. But then again EE said that too. I’d hate to leave EE to find the same issue (which would suggest BTO)

    @s_starrr6 @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

    @BorderOtter @EE red los after they've ceased copper's properly scary when security's down, can't imagine waiting for a splicer while they cancel tlos

    @EE @OliverH69492772 You go to Gran Canaria get a ferry out at sea and get a perfect 5g signal but back home down at my local sea front you no data signal at all . pathetic.

    @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
