@madebygoogle I know! The handset freezes constantly then becomes completely unresponsive. I've tried a factory reset and not copying any data across at all but still get the same issues. Have to wait for @EE to provision my SIM before ordering a replacement. Could be weeks 😞

I don't want to be doing this on Twitter but I was just passed around by @EE and BT for 2 hours on the phone finally settling on being told it's been over 14 days since the new broadband deal despite being mislead and lied to by an @EE employee... This is real **** of you EE

@CateFox @EE Yeah it's gone downhill a lot recently. All I wanna do is chat to someone to discuss an upgrade! Quite disappointing as I've been with them for years and years and this is the worst it's been.

Experienced the worst customer service in my life. I have been a customer of EE for 5+ years (seemingly not a valued one) I would urge others to steer clear of @EE and BT. I'm going to cancel all direct debits until a human reaches out👍 Please share to help me get this resolved

@HyPeSTsNaTchY @EE When PoGo first came out with sponsors stops the same was for the Sprit stores. Some of the employes knew others did not. I have worked retail. Info from HQ doesn't always get down to employees as it is supposed to.
