    Afternoon @EE - I’ve recently upgraded and while BT Sport is showing in my benefits I am unable to log in. BT have said it’s because I no longer have a BT ID and need to speak with you as it’s an EE add-on. Help?

    @ManLikeJJ @nikolajht @EE Damn, so that’s what it is. Yeah, definitely screams an iOS 15 bug affecting EE. The workaround worked for now, thanks.

    @EE Hi, I'm trying to preorder the new Pixel 6 Pro to upgrade. However, the only thing currently stopping me is awaiting for my ID badge I submitted to EE perks to be validated. Was wondering if you could help with this at all?

    @EE I'm actually appalled with your service. I gave you a call as I was looking to see if I could stay with you. I had received a great deal from another network for the new pixel 6, but instead offering a solution. You put me on hold for 45mins then disconnected my call.

    @EE When are the signal issues that have made my phone unusable locally going to be fixed? It’s been well over a year now and you won’t give me a refund until it’s fixed and you close my complaint without ever contacting me?

    Wow is @ee signal crap while travelling!!! Was on the phone and all i got was hello are you there!! Constantly having signal issues with EE
