@denkmit @EE I’d speak to EE first because I’m not an expert and I’ve not seen this exact problem, but updating to 15 and then removing and reinserting sim might fix it. @ee

@EE I moved house last week and your coverage checker shows good coverage in my new area. However, I now have zero signal at my new address, reported online and have been told there is no issue in my area and to call 150 to be told there is a 30 minute wait to talk to someone.

@denkmit @EE And if that doesn't help or it happens again I think at that point you may need to contact your carrier. :(
