    @EE please contact me urgently, I have a sim for data and the bandwidth is fluctuating constantly frim 40mg to 0.7mb which makes it unusable. I am getting passed from pillar to post and need to sort this out. Very disappointing service 😰

    Customer service and respect seems to no longer be relevant, sad after being a customer of @EE for well over a decade that this year I have no intention of renewing/upgrading with them.

    All friggin day. Lots of faults @BT Contract with @EE needs compensation for all the customers left without service they pay for. 👁

    Dear @EE: Now getting 500zillion spammy/phishy calls a day each of which I report. Perhaps you & the other phone companies could get together & do something about it? Then I can have my life back rather than simply working for you for free to solve problems you create? Ta. Xx

    Well, I was all set to start a new trend - “Get Drunk and watch Dark” - but my @ee broadband has been down since lunchtime and still got a big red light. So, no @FiteTV for me. Still having some beers though. 🍻

    @EE hi, my WiFi has been down for a few hours, is there an outage at the moment? My router is flashing but it’s just not connecting.

    @EE Well when I try to ring for help this morning I get told office is currently closed. Broadband is off. Dh8 5 postcode
