    @mouthwaite @EE All these companies are using COVID as an excuse to reduce staff. 12 months on they should have all sorted their systems out to give better customer service. Let’s keep people on furlough though and let someone else pick up the bill. Totally agree with you

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately I'm having the same issues with O2, signal drops out in an area where I should get minimum 4g, they constantly double bill me, one for a number I've never had

    @mouthwaite @EE I’ve been an EE customer since the orange days, I cannot fault their service and would never publicly slander them in this way. Please be mindful of the fact that a lot of them are working from home and there are far less of them on the shop floor!

    @EE Mate I work for carphone. I know what I'm doing. It's yr site, it's terrible. Guess what? Every other site I use in browser works fine. Would you like a screen recording?

    @mouthwaite @EE I was with EE from when they took over Orange, service went down moved to Sky, better deals, better service never looked back….hope you get it sorted!

    @mouthwaite @EE Customer service in the uk is a thing of the past unfortunately. I am with Virgin & their customer service is utterly dreadful. So greedy. In fact I would go so far as to say all US companies are particularly greedy. It’s a shame. It’s wrong & you absolutely should expect better
