    @EE my elderly father was out of contract. Aug 2nd I rang up, agreed new contract 18months at £8 a month plus a £5 block on premium numbers. Told £8 contract would start that day!. But he's just got his bank statement to say he's been charged £31 odd on the 12th August. Help!

    @EE Broadband has been terrible on-and-off here (postcode CF11) for a few days now. Websites, apps etc taking ages to refresh, constant buffering issues, unable to connect to sites etc etc etc. Is there a known issue please?

    @SaKaLaZaNas @Johnson23Luke @EE Hi 👋🏻 it may have some free ones him to use to get used to the controller. I’ve not tried mine yet. But my friend said it had some games pre- installed to help get used to the gameplay.x

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE Is the service down yet again in Brighton? Endless problems today. About to invest in a private leased line as it seems to be the only way to run a business now.

    @EE I've left EE before my contract even begin. Very poor customer service, especially 1 individual in the wakefield branch. Disappointed
