    @EE I am sick of this now, WHY CAN I NOT ACCESS MY BROADBAND AND TV ON EE APP? I am more than happy to cancel all my services including phones and tablets as well as tv and broadband unless this is dealt with! Oh let me guess we can not help please call?! No! I would like account

    @EE @_deedee33 Love the fact your advice is to use a website to check service status and signal strength when the complaint is lack of signal / service. Think about it!?

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

    That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

    @EE can you please tell me why I’ve had Nigerian scammers calling me directly through your X account and harassing me. You need to check your support team account because it’s been hacked , they wanted my WhatsApp details.

    @EE It won't let me in. Says there is an error your trying to fix. I want to report my broadband and WiFi has been down since Tuesday morning and want to know when I can expect a fix.
