  @WeAreOpenreach @EE If Openreach can’t sort them self out and supply a reliable service, then we should be allowed to cancel our contracts free of charge. It’s a complete shambles that many of us are self employed and can’t work. @Starlink can you come to the rescue!!!!.

  @EE It’s not just EE it’s sky mobile also and most other networks . Everyone I know moans about poor signal no matter where they are! Why is the service so bad?

  @EE So far- Broadband and phone goes down on Friday. 3hrs in total trying to find out what’s going on. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.

  @EE And a total waste of time that is - I don’t want apologies, or someone to say sorry - I want a resolution to something that has been going on for nearly a month now - not fit for purpose is how I describe the (non) service I have received from everyone I have dealt with so far

  So @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.
