Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

Edwin Fuller (@EdwinFuller1) reported@EE Just to report that there seems to be fault with your website. Unable to update an address on 2 accounts. Tried the app as well but not working as well on 2 different devices. Might be worth advising the tech team to investigate the issue.

Alan Aiken (@AlanAiken) reported@EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.

Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
