    @EE All my HD channels gone. Spent 1hr on phone with EE...Said they don't know issue. VERY FRUSTRATING...Virgin here we come...

    Is @EE the hardest organization to speak to. Instead of meaningless text options why not answer a phone. And why when you open a complaint will you close it unless I contact you. Surely you should contact me to say how and when it’s been resolved. Absolutely appalling

    @EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

    @EE I have already called 150 which is part of my complaint! I have emailed it to complaints. I would think at this stage EE should contact me

    @EE We tried an option where we have slight increase and installation was due, but even keeping the same it still said installation was required. We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...
