@EE I’ve previously contacted you regarding issues I’m having with calls which is still happening. It’s impossible to have a conversation as the call breaks up on both sides constantly. This is a huge inconvenience. Why is it happening all the time?

@EE Hi there, I have no network access on my phone, is there a National issue? Thank you I am struggling to get hold of anyone and I need access to my phone

Getting mighty fed up with @EE disruption of network coverage in Powys. All year this has been happening. It’s not good enough to just send a text apologising. We customers are paying for a service that is unreliable and intermittent. When are @EE going to reimburse us?

@O2 @EE @VodafoneUK All I keep seeing and hearing is 5G, the signal is so poor here in Bridgwater, Somerset that on a large scale we struggle to get 3G!! Sort it out please, either increase the power or get some more masts up! It’s dreadful for a town of this size!

@fugazidirect @EE Never ending. On / off and 2 bars on a great day. Usually 1 (or me waving my arm around trying to locate 1 bar)

Hey @EE when you demand your customers go visit a store, perhaps you should add to your script a question about if the customer can physically get to your store…. #inclusion

Once again @ee provide me with another reason to stay with them after years of service. Second-to-none customer service. Make sure all those involved in my recent interaction are rewarded accordingly please. :-)

@EE I received notification that my mobile number is going to be disconnected from the 3G network on 27th January 2023 and I will need to move to 5G. It is not clear to me if this is going to happen automatically or if I have to do anything to continue using my number with 5G.
