Called to advise @EE - told to present ID in store before they could speak to me. Started getting debt collection letters. Presented ID, called back and was told that yes, EE would enforce a contract against a bereaved daughter who has never had access to the handset/SIM. 3/

@MarcAllera what happened to @EE?! Used to be so customer-centric and I was a huge advocate! Now, every deal comes with a catch, specifically designed to boost recurring revenue at the expense of customer benefit.

So @SamsungUK replied they can't see anything wrong in the logs, I explained the issue was being able to make them before needing to reboot. @EE since you ain't doing anything to help I would like a deadlock letter as I can't continue like this my anxiety is in overdrive.

@EE Can I just say I really don’t like the EE Kevin Bacon ‘buried alive’ advert. One of my worst nightmares….bringing together claustrophobia, a fear of death, and an impossibility of escape. Much like a mobile phone contract. #notreallysellingmobilestome
