    @MarkyTalk @EE I had this exact issue recently. @EE didn't care that i'd been with them for 25 years and were happy to screw me over at the first opportunity. Considering a new company now, as it clearly doesn't mean what I thought!

    @EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?

    Went into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. Thankfully my apple watch ultra finishes next month and i can pay off my device as mazuma have offered me enough to pay it off. Not only that but my wifes sim and daughters phone can go to

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I too have had so many issues with EE/BT, spanning in excess of two and a half years. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

    @EE are you having login issues? I’m not receiving the code to verify and login despite asking for it to be resent so many times it’s now locked me from trying lol

    @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further
