    @EE @sassy_social Both my partner and I are having the same trouble getting onto the EE app and the website. We have both deleted and reinstalled the app and there has still been no fix. We need to get in contact with you as we have landed in the USA and our add-ons have not been recognised.

    @EE How come you planks haven’t got an email address on your mobile help page? How come it tells me I’ll get a message box in a moment and ten minutes and many tries later there’s no box?

    @EE Except app updates usually happen automatically and in the background, so something like this would be missed and give customers the appearance of a broken app.

    @EE help EE just got my upgrade phone put the new sim in the new phone and erased the old one but just realised on your website I needed to activate the new sim but can’t without the old phone and can’t make calls and don’t have an alternative phone, and your chat isn’t working

    @EE How about coming up with a company policy that treats your customers affected by domestic abuse in a professional and supportive matter rather than the current policy of shrugging shoulders and blaming them for any issues?
