  @ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

  @EE If I'd known about these charges, I would NOT have bothered with the upgrade!! Absolutely shocking!! An extra £40+ on top of an already extortionate service!!

  @EE I can login on the website but I need the app to be able to control my broadband as it wont let me edit or do anything.

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.   @EE How is this a marketing preference? How did i ever agree to receive notifications for mailbox messages every 15 minutes when I have never had a text message ever. It's a constant nuisance call which are unlawful. Stop them now! If I call i will just cancel & close my account.
