@EE if I can’t gift data within users in my account due to your system issues and one user goes over data allowance will you charge me for going over allowance?

@EE Hi the callback system is not working,no texts are being received,it’s pretty poor tbh that you have to call and call and hope to get through it never used to be this bad

@EE You might brag about being the best network for 12 years running but I can't even get through to a customer service rep after more than 20 minutes editing with no idea of what the waiting time is expected to be.

Trying to speak to @EE to cancel an old contract I don't need, 45 minutes on hold and counting. Called their sales line (different phone) and was speaking to a human in less than 45 seconds.
