    @richardmadden @EE The answer to your question is, sadly, "no". The people taking your call don't have the slightest interest if you take your business elsewhere. That's my experience with any of the network providers, electricity companies etc etc.

    Good evening @EE ... hope you are having a smashing evening. Can you please let me know why it’s cheaper be a completely new customer than add a 4th line and phone to my plan? We’ve been together for years too which adds to the pain... I’m talking through the T mobile early days!

    @EE I still seem to be having a problem getting the laptop to connect google etc. to the wifi even though it says connected on laptop I had a text saying data had been added but wifi not working please help asap Thanks

    @EE I don’t give good feedback very much. But I picked up the phone, called, answered 3 questions and was through to an agent. The hold music didn’t even fully start before somebody answered the phone. Great service!

    @EE hi from Costa coffee WiFi. Any chance there is an issue with broadband & 4G mobile signal in TR13? Its been consistently poor/not available most of the afternoon. Yes I've rebooted multiple times and still not stable, hence Costa WiFi Please help

    @MarcAllera @EE Out of interest, what counts as a customer on your 5G network? A customer on a 5G capable tariff? A customer who has ever connected to your 5G network?

    @EE Get me a signal, stop asking me to tune my phone off and on again and again. 5 days with no phone and you still think it’s my fault.
