Hi @EE I am unable to connect to the internet using my data (I have got a balance update and I have 15gb remaining), I can connect using WiFi temporarily, but my data connection doesn't work. Do you know of network issues in Kent/London?

If anybody is looking for a new mobile network DO NOT choose @EE . Mass outage in UK thousands asking whats happening and all their customer service saying theyre unaware of any issues. You couldnt mae this up. Absolutely clueless. No network, emails, socials, internet, nothing

@EE just so you know your DNS server seems to be messed up. Switching my router to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary) seems to have fixed my service.

@EE 4GEE home router not working at all and my mobile device on 4GEE is very slow and patchy. I use this internet for home working please provide an update. Thanks
