@EE Hi, I upgraded my contract to the Samsung Galaxy S22 on 2nd April, trading in my Samsung Galaxy S20. My old device has to be sent back to you by 19th April. Other than the order confirmation I haven't heard anything regarding delivery of my new phone. Can you help?
