    Hi @EE some time @SkyUK did work with @SamsungMobile it does not work for something not understand why hope sky fixing errors & problem i hope ?

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2
