    @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

    @EE Five weeks now and I’m still not receiving the service I’m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this “Hi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩

    @bt_uk @AndreaS51917891 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @EE very disappointed in your false offer of some Buds. Voucher code doesn't work. Have phoned twice getting promises of a new code being sent & receiving nothing. Been with @EE forever but now having 2nd thoughts.

    @EE Issue now resolved. Not the outcome I was looking for but a fair compromise.
