    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @ee @O2 if yous do start to slow speeds yous better reduce the bills and prices because your in breach of contract

    @darksister841 @EE Sadly what the world is coming to. I will never use a call centre again after this, just not worth the grief.

    @EE your customer service is an absolute joke. Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.

    @EE do you offer broadband and TV similar to @virginmedia? I am looking to move away from Virgin as they have charged me a late payment fee which was down to an error they made.
