    @EE @rootmetrics Hate to say it but you 4g has become a lot more unreliable/droppy. 4G is fast enough, its not all about speed would be nice to have a reliable network

    @EE my 4G is gone. It reverts to 3G when not on wifi. I've done the troubleshooting (resetting, checking SIM, etc). They've just updated my network settings but still no luck. I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

    @EE You have overcharged me, a long term customer for years, used my energy and time when I don't have it... forced me to repeat over and over again that I don't want to talk prices. you know that the problem is - your sales policy. I'm done.

    @EE what a disappointment massage I received from you today. After over 10 years with you you send me text that you gonna charge me350 pounds for nothing!!! After numerous calls and hours spending to talk with the customer service and promise that has been sorted!!!

    @EE Morning folks, I've been trying to pay my bill via your app on 3 different devices but keep getting greeted with an error message of 3ds failed or something similar. Online chat is useless and won't connect me saying they can't help (lol) and ringing 150 isn't connecting. 1/2
