    @EE Spoken to your customer service team, they still say its being looked into. We've had no internet and no updates for 36 hours now.

    @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

    @TheSegaGuy_ @EE UK network quality is utter rubbish. When they had huawei towers it was awesome but after taking it down; it sucks.

    @EE Been on messaging service since 13:58 today - told I’d beconnected with manager at 14:55 (after several requests for matter to be escalated). 15:20: still waiting to be connected. 15:25: Billing desk manager introduced himself - have not heard from him since. Total time wasting

    @EE @EE 150 is exactly where I already got nowhere that’s the problem. Charged £4/min and now refused a refund. I’m raising a formal complaint, and if it’s not resolved it goes to the Ombudsman. I’d rather sort it here please DM me.
