@EE My two sims have somehow stopped working, sayin’ register failed. Somehow your company, a whole f*ckin’ EE, can’t do nothing to change it. Tellin’ me to get a new sim and ****. Wtf! Fix it instead, bruv!

Never dropped my phone in water, never spilled anything over it. Won’t turn on. Told by @EE that not covered under warranty for repairs due to ‘water damage’. Not sure where the water came from, I know it rains a lot in England but surely @google Pixel should withstand rain... 🤨

And I'm now struggling to pay for my months worth of bills as I rely on my phone for work (emergency responder). Just letting everyone know that this is how @EE treats their loyal customers. It's an absolute joke.

@EE For over the past week I've been experiencing mobile connectivity issues in Lowestoft. Your website says there is a problem in the area. When is a fix likely? I get no service in areas that were previously great.

Oh FFS. On the phone to @EE to complain about my Mum's phone service (SOS only, i.e. no signal for the last week) and mid-complaint, my own call is dropped.
