    Hi @EE my 4G has been down for a day. I’ve tried switching the phone on and off and downloading the latest iOS but it doesn’t work. I’ve sent a DM which hasn’t been replied to. Please help

    @EE After 17 hours that’s a **** response tbh. You managed to reply to others within 20 minutes yesterday but hey why not piss off other customers and ignore them

    @JackMulhall92 @EE Considering we don’t have any service with @ThreeUK, it can’t get much worse! No signal at home, and even when we’re out and have 4G full strength I can’t stream a song! 😒🙈

    @ee hi all my WhatsApp and Internet is working when connected to WiFi now unlike last night... but when I disconnected from WiFi nothing works at all. Can you help
