  @EE how do you justify £300 charges in one go to cancel wifi a bit earlier? You are money grabbing and have 0 ethics. I will never recommend you to anybody and will make sure everyone is aware how you operate as a business

  @EE It cannot be condensed into a DM. I need to speak to someone so can you at least provide me with a telephone number. And may I suggest you speak to Morgan from Customer Services who did his best to help last Thursday/Friday. The attitude of the store manager today was appalling.

  @EE They already have several times and the problem keeps recurring, surely we're not getting what we pay for and therefore should be able to get out of the contract, with a refund
