    @scriobh @EE I would recommend you get someone in to check your aerial. Usually a signal fault or faulty tv amp.

    Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars

    @EE Your broadband service is rubbish. It frequently drops out and tonight it dropped out half an hour ago and has still not come back. And the 4G backup is useless as it doesn’t work. Really fed up with this now.

    @EE I reported a fault with our Broadband last week, it was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, just so you know it’s still not fixed and nothing has been done by Open Reach, no updates, which is really poor customer service, and cost to me paying for something that isn’t working.

    @EE I have full fibre with you and my internet has been down for couple of days. Why is this? I can't beleive I'm asking this again.
