    @Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care

    @EE Or you can answer why is your network getting worse ? Yet you keeps putting prices up for this poor service, won’t be getting another contract out with when mine runs out again

    @EE I can login on the website but I need the app to be able to control my broadband as it wont let me edit or do anything.

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

    @GreenVapinGiant @EE How stupid can you be? Not everyone has the money to buy the phone outright so the pay more to get it with a sim. Basic economics.
