    @EE such disappointment with the customer service just recently I’m constantly having to call email and chase for an update regarding a return so much for me being a good customer over the years ! Means nothing ….🤨

    @EE You DO NOT take fraud seriously. It took 4 phone calls to eventually find a decent member of staff to talk with. The online chat is totally pathetic and causes people subject to fraud nothing but problems. Ofcom are being alerted to your deliberate barriers to reporting fraud.

    @CineIreland @EE Did you get sorted out. I finally got mine after ee support told me to tell the shop they have to order them through sales plus in shop.
