DEANO (@_Deano__) reported@EE thank you EE for another bad experience, now moving away from this company, all they’ve ever done is cause me hassle… almost 2 years ago lies and problems (someone did fix the issue after couple weeks) and now issues with broadband.

Nick Iles (@nick_iles) reported@EE what’s going on in Bury St Edmunds with your network- your mast behind FarmFoods at IP32 7be has no transmission equipment on it for some reason creating a not spot in a busy town. Yet when you log a fault you claim ‘no fault found’. Please investigate due to impact!

Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽

Steve Moye (@SteveMoye) reported@EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

Mark Davison (@MarkDavisonUK) reported@KevlarBrock @EE Black routers are WiFi 6 and outdated, if you’re on a full fibre connection request the WiFi 7 routers that’ll hopefully fix the issue. See if they can send it free of charge if not escalate it.
