    @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

    @ChefJBS @robbopalmer @EE Yes you are right. Why are we surprised when we get good service? It must be because it’s rare but nobody cares.

    @EE Hello.. I'm currently in the US and for the last few days have been unable to send texts and now my phone won't connect at all. I have wifi, but need mobile service. Any ideas?

    Had nearly a full week of drop outs and slow speeds whilst paying a fortune for '1GB broadband' @EE. Sort it out ffs.

    @EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
