    @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

    @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

    @tholumusam @EE We still have no signal, we still have no internet, no call back, still no engineer, still no 4gmifi and the customer service has been shocking with being lied to miss advised and when telling the you rely on internet for your job they just aren’t bothered. Completely shocked!.

    @EE can you advise why this morning my husband was given a 12 month SIM only deal and I am being told now that I can’t have a 12 month deal as you don’t do them. I have been a customer for over 15 years.
