    @mattsprake @O2 @EE I also left 02 after 15 years and went to EE even on full signal phone hardly ever worked. EE far better with more 5G

    @EE (2/2) I also pay £25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about £10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for £70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online

    @bmstewart2004 Was with @EE who are ****. Just left them for @Virgin £91.99 for e'thing+1gb. Was stuck in a 2yr contract after being forced to switch from BT. Was paying £118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.

    @StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!

    I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

    @EE you people should be embarrassed for the service you offer. I have had connection issues in my house 3 years now and you have failed to fix it. I have now been told to buy a shelf to elevate the modem which i did and its now even worse. What exactly am I paying for?

    @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.
