    @EE Your company has had my phone for 58 days. They have made me waste approximately 20 hours of my time on phone calls and going in store. The level of customer service specifically at your store has been terrible. I'm bored and tired of this situation, can you please help me.

    @EE received an email yesterday that the discount on my contract would be cancelled due to my old phone that I sent back using the pre paid packing is lost or stolen . Be careful with trading deals that @ee offer poor customer service .

    @EE is there a known problem with signal in the worksop area of England. These past couple of months signal has been really poor. I recently upgraded to S22 ultra so not sure of the phone has known issues or if its network related. Thank you for any info.

    @EE Hello, I've not heard anything regarding our broadband being fixed from when I phoned the 150 number on Monday, and I was wondering if there is a way for me to check on the progress that's being made to fix our landline fault.
