    How long does it usually take a replacement sim to swap over on @EE ? New sim is in my new phone and old sim in my old phone but neither has service 🤔

    I was trying to move into @EE today until the sales guy moved from sales tactics into bullying tactics and I'm just wondering if this is what I'm getting from sales, what will I get from customer service when I have a complaint. I'm so unhappy.. 30 mins wasted

    Seriously most @EE staff are USELESS. Tech guy fobbed me off to BT, didnt even tell them the problem & transferred me to the billing team who transferred me to the tech team who told me to go back to EE to sort this stupid BT Sport issue. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

    @EE I have received the following text message about my flex35 tariff? It seems like you are just going to stop a vital part of my tarif which is the international calls for no reason? How can ee do this and why are you doing it without any proper explanation to the customer?
