  @EE Hi, is it normal for a £165 bill for equipment being returned, added to the bill in advance of receipt of the equipment. £165 charge, reduce the cost by £65. If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support

  I can’t believe that in this day and age @EE is allowed to offer such atrocious broadband services. Good luck if you can even speak to customer service and if you do they are utter useless and incompetent Can’t even get basic things right. @EE you should be ashamed of yourselves

  @EE It's impossible on the iPhone. As soon you as you swap out of the login process, it is gone. No, I was in an area without mobile signal and I was trying to reach a relative. I am replicating this again at home, this is the last page I can see, out of here it starts from scratch:
