    @EE I'm stuck in a doom loop with the EE Diagnostics bot trying to get broadband help. It asks me a question, I answer the question, then it starts the whole thing all over again - help!

    @EE Any updates? Going to be losing WiFi shortly and getting around without signal’s going to be a laugh. Can’t order taxi, zilch.

    @EE @sarkeycockney That's utter ballshit and you know it. You have manually with mouse click, closed the complaint as you think being quiet will make the complaint go away.

    @EE Can you please fix your service that I pay you to provide by contract. I have gone through all of your different avenues and no one can provide me with an answer as to what the fault is. The connection is spotty at best and drops out fully roughly every hour.

    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks

    @janettocornetto @EE I’m glad it’s not just me, but contacting ee is impossible abroad when they have cut off service and only on WiFi.

    Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.
