  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

  @edfen19 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm leaving them cancelling my mobile account gave them the 30 days notice & tv & broadband account will be next when contract runs out best network in britain MY ARSE 🤬

  @EE well well, I’ve just received a letter from yourselves at EE stating that my complaint has been closed ! Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time off on was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩

  @EE Why have I got to keep on calling? Surely good customer service would look at the number of complaints about the poor broadband and then propose a solution? Oh and also take into account the number of times I’ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault

  So, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time 🤔 Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow
