    @MancPictures @EE Yep 👍🏼 send me a code, wants me to set a pin (which is odd because it’s already been set) and then tells me I can’t login

    @EE are your door to door sales teams trained to lie and tell people that “The internet is slow in this area and we’re updating the lines?” Over the last 2 years we’ve had the same from different sales teams. It’s nothing but fraud.

    @aftertheflood_ @EE i’m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but can’t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit
