  @EE what’s happening? I’ve received another text saying that equipment is ‘in its way’. It’s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isn’t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare

  I’ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.

  @EE never had reason to complain but following you failing to turn up to upgrade my broadband you are sending repeated messages that I must return the kit & a list of penalty costs if I don’t. You know, the kit I continue to use as you failed to turn up. This is harassment

  @EE where can I get support about an issue with my dads home landline/broadband that was installed yesterday? I’m shocked that an 82 year old appears to have been left without a working landline system 😤

  @EE How long does it take you to deal with complaints? sitting here with a potentially damaged iphone after my new order dropped thru letterbox after me paying DPD service they used Royal Fail ! and now nobody from @EE wants to talk to me but bet they’ll take the DD next week!

  @EE I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service my elderly mother has received. This situation is causing her considerable stress. Calling 150 and every other route we’ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(

  @EE @EE if l come here would my problem be solved faster?l am at my wits end. Your technical team and call centre have for the past year failed to link my products to my EEapp. The cherry on the top is l can’t cancel any of my plans because l will be penalised for a YOU problem.
